Promises Atlanta

I've been involved with the Promises Atlanta Alumni group for several months. I'm very thankful to Melissa, Promises Atlanta Alumni Coordinator for the time and effort she puts forth to help me stay connected. Her weekly virtual meetings give me a chance to stay connected with other Alumni members and I enjoy the communication she provides throughout the week.

Promises of Atlanta in Dacula has exceeded every expectation I had for a treatment program. What sets them apart is the way their therapists actually spend the time each patient needs. Nothing is rushed, nothing is cookie‑cutter, and the program is truly individualized from day one. When my wifie arrived, she was in full crisis mode. It took two full days to help her stabilize, and the level of patience, compassion, and steady support they showed during that time was extraordinary. Seven days later, she feels safe, connected, and supported — so much so that she doesn’t even want to leave the program. That alone speaks volumes. Another standout is the food. They have a real chef preparing meals, and the quality is far beyond anything I’ve seen in other programs. It’s not just “treatment center food” — it’s genuinely good, nourishing meals that make clients feel cared for. In my experience, most programs don’t live up to what their website promises. Promises of Atlanta doesn’t just live up to theirs — they surpass it. This is, without question, one of the best overall programs in Georgia for dual diagnosis and mental‑health‑primary treatment. The clinical care, the environment, the staff, and the individualized approach all come together to create a level of excellence that’s rare in this field. I’m deeply grateful for what they’ve done for my Wifie and for the integrity they bring to their work every day. I Highly recommend Promises to anyone seeking a quality treatment program in Georgia. I feel certain they won't disappoint you.

This place was very clean and staff was amazing. Caleb, Marcus, Tiffany, Melissa, Kaylie, Danny, Jada, Ms. Janet, Hailey, Bob, and many more made it even better with the way each one of them cared about you and how you was treated. I'm great ful to have become an alumni. I plan on coming back to speak in the future. I miss them but life goes on thanks to them for helping me find the tools to succeed. I'm ready to take the next steps to the rest of my life.
