So grateful for the support I received at Promises; it truly changed my life! The kindness of the staff, the yummy snacks and food they provided, the endless art supplies to paint and draw, the clean facilities, the mini gym, and the memorable movie days/nights with other clients brought me so much joy and healing. I also really appreciated all of the scientific knowledge the Promises team provided on mental health diagnoses, as well as their willingness to answer my endless questions!
Elisabeth (social worker) went above and beyond for a family member of mine, there were many ups and downs at the facility for my family member. Elisabeth was always supportive even beyond her role, I had no problem getting ahold of her anytime. Anything she did not know herself she would find out and call back within the hour and I NEVER was rushed off the phone. I have had past experiences with most past facilities have little to no contact with me (with hippa release forms) that said Elisabeth is truly exceptional. 😎
The best place i been at for Detox residential. The staff here was great I Love Mrs. Liz my Therapist, the clinical Director is Amazing she understood my needs ❤️ and made sure I was hear .Bill the Director runs a Great program. Cheff Bob is An Amazing Cook 🍳. Aftercare Mrs.Melisa is amazing she will make sure you get to your next place safely 😊. The techs Caleb ,Tanisha ,Dawn ,Jayde,Shatreece was my favorite 😍. And of course Brenna 😀 she did my intake she made me feel welcomed by sharing her own story with me . Mr.Chris and Mr.Ryan power house brothers supervisors of the Techs hopefully when I return and apply for a job they will remember me . Mrs.Tiffany a therapist also shared her insight with me as well and I thank her for that . Nurses : Yasmine, Alice , Danny i love ❤️ these three women ❤️ ima miss all of you ❤️ Love Brandon Evans
