I can't say enough positive things about Purple. It was a godsend for our son and our family. The support of the Purple staff and Purple families helped us get through a difficult time, and to understand what our son was going through with the treatment. It also supported our family with support/ learning classes.
The comradary that the men have is so special during treatment and afterwards. My son has made a lot of lifetime friends. Thank you Purple... we love and appreciate you!💜

I have a family member that attended Purple and I feel that he is here today thanks to Purple's program and by God's grace.
My nephew has been clean and sober for over 10 years and he is now a loving husband and new father. He would never have achieved these goals without God and Purple.
The program was exactly what he needed as he is, and still needs to be VERY active. The program fit him perfectly and he is still very involved with his Purple family and their active lifestyle to this day.
I know it was hard for him, but Purple's program, their method of reintegrating their clients back into their families lives and the work force, and post recovery programs are unmatched. Purple becomes a second family for these young men and they perform miracles. Thank you Brett, Joel and all the others that helped mold my nephew to become the awesome young man he is today! If you have a son or husband that struggles with addiction, please run, don't walk to Purple. They change lives!

MARR holds a very special place in my heart. I love it. It was everything I had heard previously to going there (the best way to describe it is “big girl rehab”.). If you want to get and stay sober MARR can help you.
It does make sad that there have been so many changes since I have gone through the program. It seems like pretty much the entire staff has changed.

6.13.2025 -Went to this VA clinic for the 1st time to have my blood drawn. Fred, at the front desk, was very professional. He gave a number to me and I did not have to use the kiosk to sign in.
Broderick is the lab specialist who drew my blood. I informed him that I do not like needles and requested for him not to use a large needle. Broderick used a small needle and I am so grateful. He is very personable and professional

I am posting this on behalf of my husband about today's call on Thursday, 29th, 2025. This is what my husband experienced on the call:
"I would like to take a moment to commend the exceptional customer service I recently received from Ms. Takita Taylor at the Lawrenceville VA Clinic, located at 455 Philip Blvd in Georgia.
Ms. Taylor provided an excellent, superb, and truly amazing level of service. She not only answered all of my questions thoroughly but also went above and beyond by personally reaching out to my doctor and the doctor's assistant to ensure that my concerns were addressed. In addition, she took the extra step to check the location of my medical equipment, which is vital to my ability to walk and function day to day.
Her professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion made a real difference in my experience. I also had the pleasure of speaking with her supervisor, Mr. Rooks, who was equally professional, courteous, and respectful. It’s clear that positive changes are happening at this clinic—changes that are so necessary for veterans like myself who have sacrificed to serve our country.
Thank you, Ms. T. Taylor and Mr. Rooks, for your patience, kindness, and outstanding professionalism. Your dedication and care are deeply appreciated."
Sincerely,
Mr. Marshall

My 5-star rating is for our counselor, Angie, and the office manager, Nathan. I am very pleased with the high level of service and professionalism I've received from both.
My children and I started counseling with Angie at a time of crisis for us. I chose Flourish Family Therapy because of the convenient office location and appointment times.
Angie counsels each of my children according to their individual personalities and needs. She has been thorough in documenting progress, and she is intentional in choosing activities and topics to help my children. The counseling has helped them tremendously.
Nathan is always courteous and professional. He schedules and collects payments with accuracy. His personality is a calming presence in the office.

This place has been a heaven sent I go to the one in Lawrenceville. The staff is professional. Counselors don't really seem to stay but in no way has this affect my treatment GG and I feel horrible I can't remember the new girls name but she has braids, keeps her nails done and always looks beautiful. I wish I couod remember her name but she's there every Saturday. The new Counselor seems to be pretty good. Someone left a comment about the owners only want your money well considering this is there business and they provide us with our meds and counseling and anything else we may need. I don't think it's asking to much that you pay. There are government methadone facilities they can help you if you can't pay. This place is a private methadone clinic. This is the owners job. You want to get paid for your services you provide at your job and its the same for them. However with that said these owners have Ben there for me when I got hurt at work and couldn't pay for over a month, and there been other bumps in the road when I didn't have the money but still wasn't turned away. I always kept my word and brought my account back up to paid off. Maybe this place isn't for everyone but if you are serious about getting well and putting the work in then I feel they have my back. Thank you guys nurses owners and Counselor for saving my life ❤️

I've been seeing Dr A and others on his team for a while now, and most recently have completed TMS for depression following a previous TMS treatment for anxiety.
Both treatments have helped to improve my mood and life significantly, as someone who has persistent depression and anxiety. I feel I can think more clearly, have had less lows in my mood, and overall have started feeling ready to get back into life in a way depression had robbed me of for a long time.
To anyone who is considering TMS or is finding meds to be not helping much as I was, I recommend this treatment, though it is a bit of a commitment it seems very worth it.
Hoping to keep improving with Dr A and his team, thanks so much.

It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. First of all, if you or a loved one are struggling with addiction of any kind, please know there is hope. My heart goes out to you. Stay strong, stay connected, and never lose faith.
ARP has truly been an angel sent into my life. I feel so blessed that our paths crossed. When I thought my world was ending and I was losing all hope, they stepped in—for both me and my daughter. Now, about five years later, I can honestly say they saved my daughter’s life, and in many ways, they saved my family too.
It’s not magic—it takes hard work—but none of it would have been possible without the people who work there. I may forget some names, but Jeff in particular is a gift from God. He does his job with love, empathy, honesty, a sense of fun, and unwavering dedication.
I truly hope ARP can help you or your loved ones the way they helped us. I know every journey is different, but from the bottom of my heart, I wish you the very best.
Thank you, ARP and team, for everything you’ve done for my daughter. Watching her grow free from chains and thrive is priceless. Thank you!

For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. Locate | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Honest rating of overall facility.
This place was genuinely a life changer for me, and I could see that in other kids there as well. I loved almost every therapist there, and most of the kids were friendly. I really liked the adolescent room because it was spacious, and it was always clean. The bathrooms never had any paper towels, but other than that the restrooms were very clean. Honestly, I can't ever remember a time that the facility was dirty or cramped.
Honest rating on each therapist.
Ashley - Ashley is awesome! During my time at Embark, Ashley ran most of our groups. She was so kind, and compassionate. I feel like she genuinely perused this kind of work because it's her passion to help people. She always listened and made sure everybody got a chance to talk. She also is very observant, and checks in if you're not having the best day. Which is really nice sometimes to know somebody notices and cares is comforting.
David - David is also a really cool guy. He ran group often. He can be a little bit rough sometimes, but everybody has different ideas on how to do things. For example, if you were sleeping during therapy, he'd bang on the table, which can be a trigger for some people. He can also be a little bit strict sometimes, for example taking the markers, or popsicle sticks that we're aloud to have with every other therapist. From what I heard he does really well as an individual, or family therapist. Overall, I think he genuinely is passionate about his job, is a good person, and cares a lot about the kids even if it might not seem it sometimes.
Elvin - Awesome dude! Elvin was genuinely so kind and always energetic. I think he wrote prescription medicine, and if you have any problems with that, he gets it resolved very fast. He only did group sometimes for adolescents when I was there, but when he did an amazing job in my opinion. He's genuinely such a cool dude he will talk to you about literally anything, he's an open book and has some pretty cool stories!
Myron - Myron was my individual and family therapist. Genuinely such a cool, funny, nice dude! I really enjoyed my individual therapy sessions with him, and he was the first therapists I felt I ever made progress with. He didn't do group much, so I can't really say if he's good at it, but I'm sure he is! He really cares about his patients.
Jamonica - Jamonica was someone who also did groups quite often. Her energy is so great, and she was soooo kind to me while I was there. She's such a sweet person, and you can really tell how passionate about her job she is. I've also heard she's an amazing individual and family therapist.
Lauren - I rarely ever talked to her. She rarely did group for the adolescents, but some of the other adolescents said she's an amazing individual therapist. I didn't not talk to her for any specific reason; she just didn't do group much and primarily was in her office. I talked to her maybe once or twice, and when I did, she was nice.
Maya - She ran group occasionally and was perfectly fine. She wasn't my personal favorite therapist, but not for any bad reason. I didn't really love the skills she taught, and how she taught them, but nothing against her at all. I'm not sure if she's an individual therapist.
Med management (Dr. Hooper) - Dr. Hooper is super friendly, and really good at finding the right medication fits for you. Php meets with her once every week, while Iop meets with her once every 2 weeks.
Maria - Maria is also a nice lady. I'm honestly not sure what she does, but when I was enrolling, she did the paperwork and stuff. You will also take outcomes, which ask you questions about how you're dealing with anxiety, depression, etc. She has access to those outcomes, so 100% feel free to ask her to take a look at them!
Overall, I think the staff is awesome!
Please check bags better, Embark. The bag checking is honestly a joke. There are people who deal with all kinds of things, and not saying anything would happen but please check better just in case.
Goodbye, Team Embark, I'll miss you guys!

We have been on a mental health journey with our daughter for quite some time. Nothing ever seemed to click, and past PHP programs caused only more harm and trauma with no healing. Since joining the Embark program we can see glimmers of it working. I know that she feels safe here, and has confidence in her care (as do we). We attended a family night and when they say family they clearly include the caregivers and staff along with the patients and their family. I say this because the whole vibe was joy and love. I couldn't be happier (or more relieved) about our choice.

Both David evans and Andres in Jonesboro have been great leaders and excellent role models to me. I graduated last month from this program after doing nine and a half years in high max level five prisons. Where it's stab or be stabbed. Seeing death almost everyday. When nobody would sign my parole papers. Sober living America did. I am grateful to God, Josh, David Evans, Andres, Clement, Greg, and Salvatore for being great leaders and directors. If you are an addict that needs help with recovery. I would highly recommend coming to sober living America in Jonesboro GA. South Atlanta and josh David and Andres will help guide you. With the help of God. I would also like to give a shout out to David and Greg the drivers- for they have the hardest jobs here besides the director David Evans.
Thank you all
I love you all and Shalom

Southeast Addiction Center has helped save my life. I'm an older recovering alcoholic. They hold you accountable here with breathalyzer and urinalysis tests five days a week. Their therapists are the best I've ever had. You have group therapy and individual counseling to ensure your mental and spiritual growth. Accommodations are very comfortable and not crowded. If you want to recover successfully, give them a call.

Where do I even start? I was a client at Twin Lakes in Oct/Nov of 2022 and I can say with my whole heart that it saved my life. Not only did they give me the tools on how to maintain sobriety, but they also showed me community and connection. And now, a little over two years later, I am still sober and blessed with the opportunity to work at the same facility that helped save my life. The program showed me a new way of life and for that I will be forever grateful.

Faith was amazing! I felt very comfortable speaking with her, and she shared a lot of helpful information with me. She even supplied me with plenty of condoms and taught me how to use them properly, so I’ll know for next time. She also gave me important advice about not letting myself get caught up in the heat of the moment, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past when with someone new.
I want to wish her a safe delivery. She truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for her guidance.
