I have had the honor of being accepted into the program, the class and meeting are well put together, they do have the skills you need to be successful in your recovery, you just need to be completely focused on your recovery and dedicate yourself to that, because if you don't the program will not work. I sit back and watch women complain and iI see them same women not fully applying themself to the program, if you want something to work you have to read and do what the instructions say or you're not going to get it right, and you tend to blame the program. 1st I believe the consistent use of the cell phones are a major distraction to our recovery while we are here, there are unit phones that can be used. Also, the rules need to be enforced more and taken serious by the clients, the disrespect between the clients are childish in this moment, so staff are in high stress due to the disrespect they receive by the clients, please don't believe all the wrong things you here about this program. I am an addict and in recovery, we have a tendency to say things out of anger and when things don't go our way. this program really works, but only if you work it.... truly, sincerely Ms. Keyonna Fontes 7/4/24

Simply put, Ocean State Recovery Center is amazing.  From the welcoming office staff to the dedicated and compassionate therapists guiding recovery, everyone here changes lives.  It's a daunting decision to seek a program to help with recovery, but the decision to come to Ocean State saved me. I highly recommend Amanda Robbio as a primary care provider. She is truly an amazing PCP who always takes the time to answer any questions and listen carefully to concerns. Every time I have an issue with my health, she makes sure I get the help I need. She consistently refers me to the right specialists who can properly address my problems, and she prescribes the best medications for whatever condition I’m dealing with. Amanda always points me in the right direction and works hard to make sure all of my health concerns are taken care of. She goes above and beyond in her job, and every appointment with her is a great experience. I feel confident and well cared for under her treatment. I’m very grateful to have her as my primary care provider.

I initially came here because my partner was researching outpatient rehab centers for my addiction. Upon coming here everyone was very supportive, Sam, Leigh all the speakers & counselors, specifically Sarah. What helped me most is learning that the people who work here are also in active recovery, so they know exactly how someone might be feeling and/or how addictions work. Coming here has definitely helped with my journey of being sober alot, 9 days as of today and thanks to a lot of people around me including this program, I’m able to continue the recovery process. The staff that genuinely wants to help and make you feel better.....but....If you have no insurance it costs $400 a month. State insurance gets it free $0 and private insurance will run you $240 a month in co pays. It's an astronomically high amount to pay. It's twice the price of Suboxone.. they make you pay, I'm guessing because MTD is a strong form of pain killer and they know it's addictive. I can't believe they charge so much for this treatment... somebody should look into why it's so expensive
