I have been going to therapy for about 7 months and my therapist has helped me so much. She is a great listener and has some amazing suggestions. I would be lost without her.

I was very happy with DR.Accardi. She took time with me and asked good questions. I feel very comfortable with her. I would tell everyone about her.

I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I d be lucky to make it back to this place meaning that I d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how horrible and defiant I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying one of you is going down a dark road really? These are the people to trust? These are the people getting me better. Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious.So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them.I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won t name you but I know that you know who you are.Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down.That s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder.Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. I would love to come speak one day at an event, I don t live close by anymore but I d love to make something so please contact. Anyone wondering if they should come here, yes. Yes you should.

Coming up on 5 years and I couldn't have done it without this place forever grateful

I needed a waypoint in my recovery. This program fit that need extremely well.

This is my first outpatient experience and have found this program to be very helpful. My therapist is very insightful and super kind. The group facilitators are very knowledgeable and genuinely thoughtful and supportive. This is a great place for both addiction and mental health.

Have been going to Resilience since November of 2024 and have nothing but great things to say. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the group therapy is engaging and interesting, and the one on one therapy is extremely insightful. Whether you re here for substance abuse, mental health, or are a veteran in their veteran s program, RBH is the way to go.

Resilience has changed my life drastically for the better! I cannot recommend this program enough. Coming in with an open mind and ready to work on myself helped me better myself all around. This was the best decision I have ever made and I am happy I chose Resilience to help me with this journey! Thank you all!!

Some of the best medical care I have ever received. Some things take time but it is always worth it.

Difficult weekend I had in the ICU, and I felt really fortunate I had the team I did, they really helped me through a serious medical emergency. Massive thank you to the 2 nurses who helped me through, you guys were really the best.

Professional, kind, caring, best of the best, especially my PCP, Dr Emily Leveen, Steve in Pulmonary scheduling, and Sean Lonergan over at HPACT in trlr 37, housing. 5 star all the way. Also, my HUD/VASH case worker, Carmen, the best I have ever had, on a scale of 1 to 10 I give her a 15!!!!! She's the best!!

I finally registered for VA Healthcare and with some doubt, made an appointment for a physical. I was completely surprised and impressed with the whole experience. The staff was knowledable, friendly and showed concern. They were all articulate and spent considerable time with me. The facility was clean and modern. I had a follow up with the Pharmacist to go over my meds and same thing, she was wonderful. I am now using the VA for my primary care. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Dr Joo is an outstanding physician, extremely concerned with his patients well being. Will definitely go through barriers to ensure his patients are well taken care of. Dr Joo treatment of his staff is of utmost importance and professionalism.He takes very good care and respects his staff, which in turn makes for an extremely productive working environment.

There is no right or wrong way to go through the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. But I can honestly say that the Brook Retreat has a revolutionary grasp on reaching the broken hearted. The level of care and accountability this program has for its clients is in-measurable from my past experiences. I had the pleasure of staying on an extra 6 months as a house manager at one of the phase down houses. I can honestly say the experience has sincerely changed my perspective of addiction and of myself. It was truelly amazing to be apart of this community and continue to be a member of an Alumni fellowship which is growing in its Miracles.

Just started coming here a month ago and I ve been kicking myself for not coming sooner. Definitely had some misconceptions about methadone clinics that have all been proven wrong by personal experience here. Every single member of the staff from the security at the door to the counselors, medical staff, and dosing nurses are incredibly kind and supportive and just want to see you succeed. Despite being spread thin and having minimal staff for the sheer volume of patients they see the staff is always so positive, helpful, and caring. I am incredibly grateful for every single person working here. I have already seen a difference in my life from having a set schedule in the morning to adhere to, and the staff here made this entirely possible for me. I don t think I would ve been this motivated to become clean if it wasn t for the people that make up PCTC. Thank you so much! Y all have made a difference in so many peoples lives, including mine.

The greatest rehab anywhere

This is a recovery center for men and is wonderful. I am a proud graduate of the program and had a very pleasant experience working on myself and my recovery. I would recommend this location to anyone struggling with addiction and trying to get their life back on track.

This is a wonderful community. Have been there in 2009 I met some amazing people and staff. Would recommend this to any male who is serious about recovery.
