Westbridge Recovery literally saved my life. I entered their treatment in mid-April, 2024 and immediately they discovered I had an unmanageable high heart rate in terms of bpm (beats per minute). They also discovered I had tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. All of these heart related issues were corrected with new medication and through intense therapy and positive work group sessions. During my stay in their treatment program, I was able to understand and eliminate alcohol and other "get away" bad habits I had formed. The staff, the facility and the programs are all top notch in my viewpoint and I will forever be grateful for time I spent there and the lessons I've learned and implemented in life going forward. I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen.
They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are.
Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

Highly recommend!!! I bought my loved one here and my experience as a family member was exceptional! The staff was always courteous and friendly. They were compassionate and understanding while guiding us through the process. Communication between staff and family is top tier. I have never encountered a facility that listens and addresses concerns so kindly and professional. I can't recommend this place enough

I’m putting this here so other parents can be reassured. My daughter is getting out today and she had an overall good experience, considering this is a psychiatric facility and the reason we came. This was an overwhelming experience as it was our first time having our daughter(10) in an inpatient facility. The intake process was easy and the intake nurse was very kind and comforting. As far as the nurses in her unit we heard nothing but positives from our child. She especially liked Mrs D but liked all of the nurses. They also didn’t make me feel bad for calling 1000 times to check in. The therapist was sweet and understanding and as I understand she attended group and individual therapy. They called the day after she was admitted to inform me of medication and get consent. The front desk staff, especially Fran were very helpful and understanding. Also the discharge staff were very responsive and informative. I specifically spoke with Josh who was super understanding and went out of the way to answer my calls. The only issue we had was we had missed a call from the therapist and initially had a hard time getting a call back at first but eventually got a hold of someone, but I believe that is only because of them doing their job and being away from the phone which I can’t blame them for. All in all they made a stressful experience more tolerable and if I find myself in this situation again with my daughter I know she would be safe and cared for at Kingwood Pines.

I’ve been going here for around four months now hands down this place saved my life if you’re thinking about changing your life. This is the place to do with that but it’s a willpower. I came to them broken, and in crisis. With no appointment I was speaking with someone within 15 minutes. That day turned my life around. Ricardo Bolton has been like a guardian angel to me. Dr. Bobbadilla has managed every issue I was having and gotten me care throughout the network in a very timely manner. In less than a year's time, my knees have been replaced so I can get back to work, I've had a complete physical and am scheduled for a PET scan next month for a shadow they found on my chest xray. They have saved my life. For years I've heard bad things about the VA. Let me tell you something, things have changed. If you need care, this team can make it happen. I am so very grateful.

Before coming here I went to the 30 day program at PRC Dallas (Euless) and it went by so fast! Thank you PRC for saving my life! M. Smith, NP - a great experience overall. Compassionate, empathetic, and most importantly a great listener. She involves you in your care and provides information on how to communicate with her. The ladies at the front desk were great, as well. I only have positive feedback.

This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

This is my 17th treatment and honestly I was a sceptic. But so far I love it! The team has shown nothing but love here. My intial phone call with Tiffany was welcoming and positive. Alicia is always smiles welcoming me whenever I come into the office. Abi, my medication provider is always a warm conversation when it comes to my treatment, you can see she cares for her patients. Brianna and Minh are always a vibe to have! Good conversations to have with them during my TMS treatment.

What an incredible, amazing, wonderful, beautiful, awesome place and community this place is! I was searching for a PHP/IOP/Sober living facility for weeks to help me continue on my path of recovery and as soon as I made my first phone call and spoke to Jacob I knew it my heart I had finally found the perfect spot for me. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful and supportive, the group sessions along with my peers helped me fully understand this disease and without them I’m not sure if I would’ve made it. My appreciation and gratitude for this program are through the roof and I would HIGHLY suggest anyone who needs help with addiction and mental health and staying sober to contact this place. They are #1 in my book and again I cannot give them enough thanks and praise for everything they’ve done for me!

Even the techs were so helpful n friendly i went in on 7-23-23 everything was good towards the end i got a couch how lucky was i to get couch AUTUMN ha she talked about my pants not being fancy enough for community saying i wasnt serious that I don’t want to b sober ( hint I was in rehab willingly) n basically ignored me wouldn’t help me get help with anything literally SHE DID NOTHING for me n the day I graduated im all proud n happy she walks up to me says “ im not gunna b ur couch, u don’t want this ur no hope bye “ I told the lady in charge she said “ she has to it’s to late , o well just go ask another couch “ other couches had already left or said they were full so while Santa Maria was great couch AUTUMN shouldn’t b a couch if that’s how she thinks while Santa Maria was setting me up for greatness the one person that’s supposed to b ur support on the outside tryed to set me up for failure n Santa Maria as a whole don’t need her mentality in a place like that ur supposed to couch help not tear us down

This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.

Billy's passion to take care of the clients needs is inspiring.
They really helped my son get over his psychotic episode and he said that this was the most intense program that he was ever in.I am so proud of him for sticking it out and going to sober living house. And they were able to stabilize my Son on his Meds
