Westbridge Recovery literally saved my life. I entered their treatment in mid-April, 2024 and immediately they discovered I had an unmanageable high heart rate in terms of bpm (beats per minute). They also discovered I had tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. All of these heart related issues were corrected with new medication and through intense therapy and positive work group sessions. During my stay in their treatment program, I was able to understand and eliminate alcohol and other "get away" bad habits I had formed. The staff, the facility and the programs are all top notch in my viewpoint and I will forever be grateful for time I spent there and the lessons I've learned and implemented in life going forward. This place saved my life more than once. I have been there a couple times (my fault not theirs). This facility is a home for people who have lost their way. The director Eled is absolutely the best person I know, he actually truly cares for his clients in a way I have never experienced. I gave him and the staff all the reasons in the world to give up on me as many have. They don't. Please, if you or a loved one needs help, this IS the place. Thank you to my family at westbridge.

I'm sharing my thoughts and feelings today freely, because I'm not ashamed that I had to get help for my addiction. I've been in other methadone programs in Houston, and they were good, but Conroe clinic is GREAT! The staff, from the medicating nurse to the counselors, and even the financial staff, are very friendly and informative on ANYTHING I've ever needed help with or info about. I feel safe and secure while there, and can call anytime of the day or night to speak to my counselor- and that is truly an important thing when you need someone you can trust to talk to. They are honest and caring, and would never steer you in the wrong direction for such important things like your physical or mental health. I feel that I can talk to ANY ONE of them about ANYTHING, and not be judged or disvalued as a person. They are there to help YOU, and they ALL take that responsibility seriously. IF YOU NEED HELP, THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO FIND IT!!! Call and talk to them, and you'll hear it in thier voices. It's not just a paycheck for any of them, helping others is a calling, not a job, and you'll never go wrong by calling to inquire about thier services. I would not listen to the lower reviews but I would still try to see both sides. Most of the lower reviews are patients who did not get their way...The staff was amazing they were super responsive and helped me with my medicine. Theres recreational group music group and going outside! I just got out 4/12/2022 and I was in the hospital on my birthday 4/9/22 they got me a cake and sweet tea and all of the patients and staff sang to me. There is one lady named Ms. Shelby she is super super personable and very kind. and Ms. Christie is so funny. I love the girl with silver hair she's funny too. and Ms. Angela is a darn good cook. I met some wonderful people in there and I felt very blessed to have everyone that was there. and Mr.Hood is so funny lol. I think everyone should go there I do not know what goes on in the other units but ours was very calm but the washer did break but we were allowed to wash our clothes in the sink and they would dry them!!! everyone had a beautiful soul their and I appreciated everybody. Ms. Shelby helped me meet people because i stayed in my room for two days and she introduced me to everybody. The beds do hurt a little but they can give you Tylenol to help with the pain or a lidocaine patch if you need it! I wrote them a long thank you note because I felt very well taken care of!!!!. This hospital is a blessing they took care of you like a family and all the patients felt like a family too and Ms. Coleen was a blessing and helped me and a friend out!. I don't wanna share the patients names due to confidentiality, but this place was beautiful. They can give you a hygiene bag which includes a comb, deodorant, tooth brush and tooth paste as well as mouth wash. They also give you shampoo& body wash + conditioner. They do have hair detangler and Chapstick. It's a wonderful place it really does feel like home. They are quick! and if you need to find a place to live they can do that as well also they helped find a pharmacy close to you! and they can help find you a psychiatrist virtually or in person! If I could I would give them infinity stars! loved everybody there!!!!!

This VA facility has earned 5 stars from me. I usually don t need reminders of my appointments since I track my stuff very closely but I have had a few times where I forgot an important detail and they called to follow up. I have not had a bad experience and I have been visiting this facility for a year now. Fellow Vets, yes wait times are long but do your research and come prepared to set your self up for success and get the great medical help we earned with our hard work. The woman nurse didn t judge so I felt I could be completely honest with her and I did and it felt great. She listened, and I could really really see that. I also respected that dearly. The counselor outstanding, I talked for an hour straight. He sat and listened every word and was truly engaged into my treatment plan. Great guy!! Last but not least got to see my old counselor from my old methadone clinic CARS A clinic that caused more PTSD than my military service. I couldn t believe it my heart skipped a beat in a good way when I saw her I was so happy she moved on from that hell hole! lol and The smile on your face said it all had me come her office and sit down spoke to me like a human being like she always had done before. These people truly care, and now for the final step meeting the Doctor who was the coolest guy ever! That s the most nerve racking part especially for me when I ve been going to Methadone maintenance clinics since 2017 and I just know that right dose there s a sweet spot that works for me perfectly for me without any side effects, cravings etc. he s was beyond outstanding most kindness doctor I ve ever met. If you re looking for help when your at a complete loss or want to prevent yourself From going to far down that path of your addiction and you don t know where to go give these people a call don t give up. Trust me they will save your life and get you back on track. And the best part of this place is getting you back on track getting back on track fast not these hard insane rules. Before deciding I was ready for treatment I always had a very negative view of therapists, counselling, and everything else typically included in a rehab center. This location proved I was far from correct. The staff are kind and keep the days going at a pace without it feeling like I am "locked up" or without freedom. The location is absolutely beautiful with activities such as fishing, volleyball, kayaking, or simply taking a nature walk to help keep everyone involved and physically active! Above all the counselling is unable to be put into words how helpful it is. The counselors here care deeply (with lots of relatability and knowledge) and take each case individually to address whatever each client is needing help with most. I am beyond grateful for this program and will never forget my time here (I even got the logo tattooed on my wrist!). If you are someone who feels they are ready to commit and accept help, I HIGHLY suggest this place! I will be attending all alumni events and stay involved with this location!

I went into Taylor Recovery with my life shattered. I needed help, not only for the demons I faced, but the situation those demons had landed me in. I was provided information by my medical insurance company (a department within it to assist with the type of issue I was in). The individual I spoke with expressed their trust with Taylor Recovery Sober Living to provide the help I needed. I called the TRSL. Kimberly Isaac (Ms. Kim) answered the phone..... thank God. I went into detail with my situation. She told me then and there I was welcome.I was at TRSL for almost a year. I now have a new home, well new to me. This become possible by the opportunity they provided me.I was introduced to the staff (Megan, who did my intake and did catch me on a white lie, Jacob, Ms. Marjorie, and others who came along later.... Tish). Additionally, by the grace of God I was introduced to my counsellor, Ms. Gail (...aka..Ms. G), also Steve. I needed the support and the wisdom from both of these individuals, the staff, Ms. Kim, and Teresa.I made it perfectly clear two things would be necessary for me to discharge treatment. First, I wound need to know I could live independently (secure by myself, okay with my own skin), and that I would be a homeowner when I discharged.Had I not came in contact with TRSL, and these individuals, I would either be 6' under, or property of the State of Texas. I was not aware of the side withdrawal effects that come with quitting alcohol, and how dangerous it is when someone is dependant and quits from one day to another.Luckily i found this facility were professional employee Ramona returned my call from. She honestly, genuinely and willingly took her time to answer all the questions that I had and she guided me through the process of how to quit alcohol in a healthy way.Ramona successfully found a detox program that will help me deal with my horrible alcohol addiction and with the professional help that I need.Although Ramona doesn't directly deal with alcohol withdrawal problems. Cenikor definitely changed my life for the better. They gave me a second opportunity to restart my life and for that I will always be grateful. The staff is very caring and always willing to help with anything you need. They will help you get social security cards, and identification to help you get a job to get back on your feet. And there are many job opportunities local to the facility. I am blessed to have 16 months sober today and could not have done it without Cenikor. If you are looking struggling with alcoholism and or addiction I highly recommend the 30 day residential program and then going to the sober living as they have the staff with the willingness, and the resources to help you.
