This was the best decision I could have made for my mental wellness. Everyone has life issues and experiences. Sometimes you don’t know you need professional help until you’re in the middle of it. Well I was. I am blessed to have a support system who was on board for my self care. I researched various IOPs/PHPs that my psychiatrist suggested. The Heights Treatment sounded like the best fit for me. Based on reviews and researching the area, solidified my choice to start treatment there. So I did. From the intake for IOP5, to individual therapy sessions, to group sessions including equine therapy, to individual sessions with Dr. R, was well thought out to get this group of professionals to help people. The one who held it together with scheduling to communicating to even listening for a couple of minutes in passing, was truly a blessing. Their client care services, Adam, is kind and professional. They all make you feel welcome. Bre - my therapist, help tremendously. Various group sessions, helped me realize so much. They gave me the tools to help me reach my goals. They helped me choose to do the work. Be it daily checking in, verbalizing my emotion at the time, concerns, etc, these are the things for me, that were so beneficial in my mental wellness. Trust your gut. Don’t hesitate to get the help. If you choose The Heights Treatment, you will be in great hands.

Heights Treatment was a Godsend and it saved my life. I love how unique each therapist is. They have a wide variety of therapies including equine therapy, emdr, trauma processing, as well as individual and group therapy. Scheduling was easy, the staff was kind and were always available for me when I needed to talk. Not only have I come to living life, but they've given me a toolkit on how to navigate life and live it to the fullest.

I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional care and support provided by The Heights Treatment Center. Their dedication to both addiction medicine and mental health services is truly commendable. It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. They mentioned that they work as an EMT and that they were dropping off a stroke patient - but this clinic does not receive stroke patients from EMTs - they are an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic.

The whole staff is awesome. Went there for PT on my knee and they helped me recover quick.

My therapist Salvatore did an excellent job. I went in walking sideways and left with a noticeable change. Everyone was professional and kind. Thanks to all at Hermann Memorial Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Great place excellent therapists and doctors. Just wish they letyou sleep all the way thru the night without waking you for you to take medication vitals etc otherwise top tier facility and services. Nurses are professional and compassionate.

Wonderful experience with my daughter. Bianca is the sweetest. It shows that she truly cares. My daughter is temperamental and gets cranky and scared with new people but Bianca handled her so calmly that my daughter enjoyed her sessions. It is a blessing to find a therapist who treats patients like that.

If Unlimited Visions Aftercare did not exist, my son wouldn’t be alive today. My son overdosed while at this facility and they immediately started life support. They called me while I was at work, facilitated him an ambulance ride that got him to Texas Children’s Hospital. Had this place not existed, I would’ve found my teenage son dead at home after work that day. Also my son was a unique case, he was kicked out of some of the bigger name rehabs and we were running out of options for help. When we were out of options, Unlimited Visions was the only place there to help. For that I am forever grateful. As for the negative comments I am seeing. This place may not have the biggest funding, budget or greatest marketing. But I thank God it exists in my community, because I know for sure it saved one life.

Dr. Kaminar is incredible! I’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years and he is consistently helpful. As a woman with mental illness, I’ve had doctors constantly dismiss my symptoms and concerns. This has never been the case with Dr. Kaminar. He is so supportive and validates my concerns. Even with the smallest shifts of my health, he is ready to listen and find a solution that works best for me.

I was a patient in the adult IOP program at Discovery Mood & Anxiety for about 3 months. When I say this place, and its therapists, saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. When I was admitted, I probably should've been hospitalized rather than in outpatient, but my circumstances wouldn't allow for me to put my life on hold to get better without losing everything. The team at this facility were very understanding and supportive of this decision, and they worked with me diligently to make sure that I didn't experience a lack of care. While both of the therapists here are fantastic, I specifically want to call out Jae Barlow. She was nothing short of a tremendous help to me, and she was one of the most relatable and compassionate therapists I've ever met. I will forever be grateful for the care I received in this facility, not just from the staff, but from the other patients, as well. There was never a time when I felt unwelcome or unsupported. Everyone is there to heal, and it shows. If you feel like you need that extra level of mental health care like I did, I definitely recommend this place. It's too easy to find facilities that feel cold and lack compassion, but this place was anything but that.

If you have alcohol or other substance abuse issues then you really need to go ahead and Call the Gateway to Sobriety.

It’s a good place to get into treatment and get sober

My counselor was great, enjoyed every group and one on one session. Ms. Washington definitely helped me improve the way I handle situations.

I will give you all a ten instead of five, definitely throughout the program ive learned a lot and a lot from the treatment has help me as well the counselors are very cool and there to help and answer any question!

I like this place they take there time to make sure you understand your alcohol and drug problem I am in aftercare as I am typing this thank you guys for helping me

Our family will be forever grateful to Nexus Children’s Hospital. Our son got the best care and our family was able to rest during his stay. Anytime I needed an update on him, we were able to speak with someone right away. Our concerns were addressed quickly and family was able to visit. We wanted our son to have his medications adjusted in a safe environment and his behaviors monitored. All his needs were met. Nexus Children’s Hospital saved our family. Will’s team will hold a special place in our hearts.

I went here years ago so maybe my memories are tainted but I credit this place with helping me maintain sobriety during my probation. Although you are not able to drink when you're on probation, it's still a choice. I feel like I was able to freely let my counselor and my group know when I thought about drinking. My counselor even took the time to get to know my family and Council all of us. This was a very bad time in my life but I truly enjoyed going to group and even when I didn't want to go once I got there I was always okay. Whether by choice or court-ordered you're only going to get out of rehab what you put into it

AAMA is a school that accepts any Hispanic and African American person, they teach pretty well and most students pay attention.

The guy from Unique Minds Outreach is a very weird yet interesting individual I called upon him for help and I swear he reminded me of the movie anger management lol but he took care of business blessing to you young man........

I just talked to a Ms. Stewart and she was so helpful I couldn't believe it after seeing all the bad report on here. She was super.
