This review is for the symmetry of recovery in spring, Texas.My goodness, what a wonderful place.If it wasn't for the counselors like regina and rachel joanna , and shanita but especially Regina i dont think I would be alive. These people have saved my life time and time again. Even when im crazy 🤪 they have always shown me so much love ❤️ and support the nurses are so caring 💗 even john is ok lol 😆 but Mrs Tina is the glue that keeps symetria together. She has thought me so much she is a amazing smart and classy woman. Her and Regina have changed my life. My experience was excellent. I felt genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable discussing with the doctor. The therapist was compassionate, professional, and very thorough in her questions and assessment. She took the time to understand my experiences and made me feel safe and supported throughout the appointment. It was a very positive first experience, and I feel confident moving forward with her.

Dr. Bobby Nix was very helpful and I felt comfortable with him during my appointment. Highly recommend him to anyone who’s in need of a psychiatrist!

I’m grateful to have found this place because it was a huge help I didn’t have to pay so much to get treatment and to see a psychiatrist. The process is long but good things take time 🙏🏾❤️ shout out to the people working there helping those who need it and can’t afford it

Ok hear me out …..I didn’t have any issues . If you are worried about wait time just show up at 7 you are still going to have to wait a few hours but not like a crazy wait time . If you come after 7 expect to be there a while ….i walked in did paperwork got evaluated(I already have a diagnosis) and dr appointment scheduled next day for meds in less then 3 hours very fast easy process (IF) you come at 7 . I’m sure it’s easy after 7 as a well just maybe not so fast …. Hope it helped.

I stumbled upon Positive Recovery Centers - Cinco Ranch’s Intensive Outpatient Program through a simple Google search and I am incredibly grateful that I did. Terri is an amazing counselor! She is very knowledgeable and knows how to tailor her advice to each person individually. This aspect was incredibly helpful for me in my recovery process. I truly believe that I would not have recovered as thoroughly or quickly as I have without Terri and her guidance. We need more counselors like her in this world!

I’ve been to the ParC three times; twice very recently. At the tail end of my last stay I had an absolute horrendous encounter with the CEO and another staff member. Both of their behaviors were disgusting, petty, dishonest, and totally contrary to ethical patient care. That said, I cannot totally bash the place. The vast majority of the staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers and my overall staff experience at the ParC was better than any place I’ve been. The place is undergoing a lot of changes. A great deal of staff have left recently and I’ve heard a lot of complaints from staff about the upper leadership. For the most part the technicians, nurses, and counselors are truly great. Most of them truly, truly care about the patients and their success. There really isn’t a bad counselor there and a couple of them are the absolute best you will find. The program is a whole lot of classes. You get breaks in between but you are going to groups, classes, or meetings for 12 hours a day. As far as patient education it’s really a great place. If you’re serious about getting better, it’s the best place I know of. It is undergoing changes though. I write this on 9/11/2026 and the staff is having a lot of turnover. If it wasn’t for my disgusting interaction with the CEO and one particular care coordinator I would give this place an honest 5 star review. But the staff and patient moral had a noticeable decline in the 50 or so days I was there. That said, I am eternally grateful for the ParC and have a real love for a lot of the people that work there. Hopefully the upper management either leaves or adjusts things because this is a great place for recovery and I truly hope it stays that way. Edit 9/15/2026- The CEO left soon after my post. Hopefully things will return around. This is a great place to recover and I hope things improve.

If you need an alcohol mental recovery center, Skyward Recovery is the place! They helped my son become a better version of himself. Asking for help was one of his biggest challenges. The staff there are all incredible! I highly recommend this place. We came from Dallas to Houston.

Skyward drug rehab is great. My son only planned to stay a few days, but he ended up staying for 6 weeks because he liked it so much. We are from Fort Worth and decided to come to Houston just to change his surroundings, and it was the right call. The staff are genuine and really care. If your honestly looking to get clean from addiction and willing to do the work, this place in Houston is realy good

I needed help getting a family member help and the team here was amazing. Jacob has a personal story and connection to the mission that they provide. But he was compassionate and very helpful and patient getting my family member set up. Big shout out to the team there these people are genuine, they can relate, and they really do care.
