Like all sober living you're going to have your pros and cons. Real deal is a staple in the Dallas sober living community. Keep in mind when reading these reviews that drug addicts and their family members are sick people this is a family illness. As a person who has had some time sober and relapsed again Real Deal never has not welcomed me back. It's exactly what they tell you it is a bunch of sober dudes in a house living together. I know personally the work the house managers do and the energy they put in. Decent spot if you're coming out of treatment or detox . They also are very efficient at getting you moved in.

I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.
Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).
Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.
I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

This morning my son had a seizure, he is epileptic. We called EMS, after arriving and accessing the situation they said to take my son to the ER in henryetta and that they would inform them we were on our way. We arrived at the ER shortly after, my son did not have any vitals taken at any time. When I went to ask the nurse for a blanket I could clearly hear the nurse's and doctor around the corner speaking about my son and myself in a very unprofessional manner. He was sent home with nothing more than anti nausea medicine. I will never go back to that hospital due to lack of care and unprofessionalism, they should be ashamed of their behavior. Disgusting, if I could rate 0 stars I would.

Please don’t let fear of cost keep you from making an appointment! the day we had our intake appointment I cried happy tears knowing my child was finally somewhere GOOD! They even offer transportation to and from the program which is so helpful! Que is the best driver around! The staff has an amazing way of connecting, getting on their level and truly mapping out their success WITH them and not just FOR them. My child felt very hands on with her healing which made a huge impact. They listened to my concerns and observations at home and helped build a real village for me as we went through this. Courtney was my child’s counselor and we wish we could keep her forever! So many breakthroughs and advances in mindset were achieved by how she conducts her connections. Marleny made handling our ISD so smooth; both she and Courtney helped fight for things we needed upon her return to school. Miss Kim the program specialist always made her look forward to coming in person. Crystal at the front desk was always welcoming, helpful and has the lobby smelling like a 5 star resort! We are sad to leave our new found village but are grateful for where life is headed with bigger dreams, bigger tools and better familial communication than when we enrolled. The staff is good for most part ! The techs are on there phones way to much! The food is great! They didn't give me all my belongings and it took 4 trips to get it and all my Rx and 24 hrs. But it was a blessing for me to be able to go there for rest to get back to my former self!

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! I just got home from inpatient with Carrollton springs and I loved it, as much as I could with it being a mental health facility. Everyone was so nice and I really got the help I needed. The therapist Nitten Khana was absolutely amazing. The reason for the 4 stars though is just the disorganization of admin here. It wasn’t great. Other than that though I would highly recommend this facility

The nurses and staff here treat my elderly mom with such care and compassion. They are always on top of prescription refills, paperwork and anything she needs. That might be hard to do, in fact, as I am in the chapter house and no person that attended this facility shows up here for service work or support.
