Caring dedicated hard working staff who goes above and beyond to make sure your mental health is in tip top shape, and your well being is so important to them, they really care and try to help make sure all your needs are met. When it comes to the clerks at the front windows, I understand why some feel that they are rude because they can be curt and short in their answers. But, I think that's due, at least in part, because they are so busy.Folks get impatient while standing in line waiting for a clerk to call to the next person because it looks like the clerks are not doing anything and ignoring the queue. But the clerks are also having to answer all of the incoming calls, verify all of the vet's info, then deal with everything else concerning each call. Just think about all of the info they have to get and verify each time a vet calls or when they check one of us in.And sometimes a situations is complicated or difficult, then it takes more time.I do my best to keep that in mind and try to remember my Southern upbringing. I call them by name, say "please", "thank you", "ma'am". Most importantly, i smile because smiles are contagious. I'm hoping one day to infect them with it because I don't think I've ever seen even a hint of a smile on any of their faces. They can't ALL wake up having an innate inability to smile and be in a bad mood every single day, so I'm betting that their smiles and positivity are quickly drained away by the negativity put forth by the folks they interact with all day long. So show them those Southern manners that our mommas taught us, like politeness, courtesy, and respect, and you just might be surprised and get some in return.

The staff and, clients are TOTALLY FREAKIN' AWESOME!! I mean, as a Yankee, from Long Island, New York, I kinda was expecting the typical geographic nonsense from them. Yes. I did "get it." But, much to my surprise, they were "good about it." Yes. I *gave it" back to them, but, was just as respectful as they were and, we all had some fun!! I have been to so many places but I never felt heard like this before. Meds working but you're having annoying side effects? They'll listen to you and they'll let you try everything until you find what you like! They do it right too! They check in with you to make sure you're okay, you can call anytime if you need help with anything, and they have soooo many resources to help you. Addiction, medicine, therapy, if you want to get help, this is the place you should go. They understand you. Too busy? They do over the phone appointments sometimes too! Not to mention how personable everyone is. The ladies up front will remember you, the doctors and nurses are spectacular human beings! They're all a little goofy but they're also wonderful listeners. If you are reading this, just go. What's the worse that could happen? They won't let you get worse and stay that way. It's worth the effort.

I m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.Everyone s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only got me sober , but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it.

I could not recommend Enterhealth Ranch more. The entire staff were professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to help you. You can tell they genuinely care about your sobriety. Autumn, in particular, showed compassion as she navigated me throughout my stay. Always answering my questions or concerns promptly. Every therapist I met was phenomenal. The property is beautiful and peaceful. You have your own room and can have cellphone- which is a plus. The food was great and nutritious. Kitchen staff were lovely. Everyone knows your name and asks how you are. Attend all the classes and get to know the other clients. I appreciated and learned so much from them. Enterhealth s unique, challenging curriculum taught me a lot about the disease of addiction and my part in it. How to challenge my thoughts and beliefs. I look forward to attending monthly Alumni events. I m also continuing my aftercare with their IOP program in Dallas. Could not thank Enterhealth enough for my jumpstart on this sobriety journey.

Love this place.. . I have 7 months 10 days sober today. If only you knew what my plans were when I got to centikor on November 17th... but God and the staff at Centikor changed my . I just graduated this program and I must say thank you Cinekor for saving my life! I was very sick and went through detox and then residential. The community was warm, we were able to go out to meetings several times a week, and they fed us well even grilling outside on occasion! Thank you Cinekor!
