We now have a hospital we can be proud of! I was admitted, diagnosed and treated. I'd been to Paris before, but they said I was fine. Paris has shitty equipment. MMH, though, has new equipment and the attitude of improving life! I was very impressed. No one has been able to tell me, until MMH last night, what was wrong with me. I have pulmonary fibrosis. You can now safely go to our fantastic hospital!! Thank you MMH!!

I’ll be honest and say that some things I’ve heard lately about the facility weren’t good, but that just goes to show that you can’t believe everything that you hear. I had some of the best care while in there recently. Every person that I interacted with was great. Now that I’m home I wish they could have come with me haha. I have been to so many places but I never felt heard like this before. Meds working but you're having annoying side effects? They'll listen to you and they'll let you try everything until you find what you like! They do it right too! They check in with you to make sure you're okay, you can call anytime if you need help with anything, and they have soooo many resources to help you. Addiction, medicine, therapy, if you want to get help, this is the place you should go. They understand you. Too busy? They do over the phone appointments sometimes too! Not to mention how personable everyone is. The ladies up front will remember you, the doctors and nurses are spectacular human beings! They're all a little goofy but they're also wonderful listeners. If you are reading this, just go. What's the worse that could happen? They won't let you get worse and stay that way. It's worth the effort.

I moved to the area year ago, finding a dentist has been very stressful for me; I have implants, a fixed bridge, crowns and suffer from dry mouth. Because I hadn't had an exam in over a year I was worried about bone loss. After asking friends and random people what dentist they use and doing research online I finally decided to use Wellness Pointe; mainly because the providers on the website looked kind and friendly; also the office is in my insurance network. Anna, was very patient, gentle and kind while taking my xrays. Dr. Jennifer Smith along with Anna are so nice and put me at ease. This may be the first time I have had an examination where I didn't feel like my mouth had been ravaged by a bulldozer. Dr. Jennifer examined my whole mouth for bone loss, went over my list of medications and assured me that everything looks good and recommended a toothpaste that should help with dry mouth. I was very surprised to be offered a dental cleaning right after my exam. Because of time constraints, I will be returning next month for my dental cleaning. This is a very clean dental office. I got Cherry, Tony, and Rebecca as my team and they all seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made progress with everyone of them. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

Update 2: The dental clinic prices are high for a simple cleaning at a supposedly discounted rate. I found anorher clinic in Longview that was $40 cheaper for the first visit and future visits were also cheaper, plus you don't have to wait for months. Update: The clinic is still a good clinic, but the current doctor is not patient-friendly and will cut you off if you try to say anything. My daughter and my neighbor will no longer go there for this reason. He may be a good doctor but patients want to know they're being heard. First review: Easy appointment scheduling and wait time is minimal. I've used this clinic several years and definitely recommend it. Much better than having to travel out of town.

The ER on Pine St is amazing!. Very little wait time and the staff was over the top wonderful. I’ve been 2 times and both were a pleasant experience. I landed in Texarkana regional ICU Tuesday after a weird ordeal, the care I received was extraordinary!!! I can't say enough good things about 4th floor ICU! Everyone was professional, courteous, and went way above for me, there aren't enough thanks to share the gratitude I have for these folks. I had an amazing experience. Check in was easy, the lady at the desk was extremely nice and got me admitted very quickly I wasn’t able to catch her name. Nurse Robert was spectacular!! I don’t like hospitals but he made my visit very quick and pleasant. I dont remember my doctors name but he was hilarious and definitely helped lighten then mood!!! I highly recommend coming here the staff is knowledged and efficient you can tell they care about their patients.

This is a great place for seeking help with mental health. I've seen some one star reviews. Unfortunately, there will be those who don't like you. And those are the ones super motivated to post a review. You may have 98% satisfaction rating. But if only unhappy people give a review, it doesn't reflect the true quality of a place. I have gotten to know the CEO, and he has a true heart for helping those struggling with mental health. He sets the bar high at Ocean's. I highly recommend this facility.
