I took my husband here last month for an accident at work. Despite our past Brian helped him out of the car and stayed with him all the way to radiology. They done a CT and told him he needed a MRI. Everyone was caring and helpful the whole way. He ended up having a torn ACL, PCL, and menicus.

My 6 year old son has been going to occupational therapy for some time now. We are beyond thankful for his therapist, Ashley Sharp. She has welcomed us with open arms since the first appointment. She is always so very patient with my son (he was diagnosed with ADHD and he is also on the spectrum.) He looks forward to getting to work with her every week. It's easy to see how passionate she is about helping her patients better themselves. She has truly made a difference in his life. 10/10 recommend Occupational Therapy at McCurtain Memorial Hospital!

I have been to so many places but I never felt heard like this before. Meds working but you're having annoying side effects? They'll listen to you and they'll let you try everything until you find what you like! They do it right too! They check in with you to make sure you're okay, you can call anytime if you need help with anything, and they have soooo many resources to help you. Addiction, medicine, therapy, if you want to get help, this is the place you should go. They understand you. Too busy? They do over the phone appointments sometimes too! Not to mention how personable everyone is. The ladies up front will remember you, the doctors and nurses are spectacular human beings! They're all a little goofy but they're also wonderful listeners. If you are reading this, just go. What's the worse that could happen? They won't let you get worse and stay that way. It's worth the effort.

I m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.Everyone s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only got me sober , but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it.

I could not recommend Enterhealth Ranch more. The entire staff were professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to help you. You can tell they genuinely care about your sobriety. Autumn, in particular, showed compassion as she navigated me throughout my stay. Always answering my questions or concerns promptly. Every therapist I met was phenomenal. The property is beautiful and peaceful. You have your own room and can have cellphone- which is a plus. The food was great and nutritious. Kitchen staff were lovely. Everyone knows your name and asks how you are. Attend all the classes and get to know the other clients. I appreciated and learned so much from them. Enterhealth s unique, challenging curriculum taught me a lot about the disease of addiction and my part in it. How to challenge my thoughts and beliefs. I look forward to attending monthly Alumni events. I m also continuing my aftercare with their IOP program in Dallas. Could not thank Enterhealth enough for my jumpstart on this sobriety journey.

TLDR: It saved my life.I m driving out to the ranch now to watch a friend graduate with a couple of other alumni pleasantly reminiscing and commiserating on our past time there. Looking back, I m giving 5 stars to this place, not because I loved my time there (it was fing tough), but because my time there impacted my life in a way other places haven t been able to. If you re a parent, a sibling, a spouse, or a significant other wondering Why tf can t he/she get this!? Why can t they stop? Can t they see they re killing me and themselves? We ve been through this rigmarole over and over, and we re at our wits end and financially drained. Or if you re the addict thinking I m so over this BS. What s the point. Nothings worked .AA is a joke, and treatment is a scam. then this may be a good place for you. Over 17 years, I ve been in and out of treatments from California, Minnesota, California, Utah, out to New Jersey. 30, 60, 90, and even a 12-month program. I ve hit the big names; Hazelden, The Retreat, Alina Lodge, Jaywalker Lodge, Michael s House, and a litany in Southern California. Nothing seemed to work. Finally, I landed in Kaufman, TX (honestly, one of the last states I cared to visit) and was presented with the difficult journey and option that is Burning Tree Recovery Ranch. I was in inpatient treatment for 17 months and 1 week .but hey, who s counting, and have been in their aftercare program now for 7 months, scheduled to complete in 5. This journey has been nothing short of a miracle. The treatment while in inpatient can be grueling and ridiculous, but hey, my behavior for the last 26 years (13-39) was beyond ridiculous to the point of terroristic, antisocial, and dangerous, so I d say I was met with an adequate force. A ridiculous place, with ridiculous rules, for ridiculous people, some would say. Long story short, I ve never been kept sober this long and felt so involved in life. I m supporting myself and show up as a productive and invested member of society, which I ve been incapable of achieving for any sustainable amount of time. Thank you to all those who have made this possible both inside and outside of BTTR, but especially thank you to the staff who showed up and fought head-on with me until I was ready to surrender. Kim is so kind and greets you when you walk in and makes you feel so welcome. Chris was amazing! He worked with me and got my strength back to be able to do more and go sailing again without being in major pain the next day. Thanks so much to Chris for all the hard work and dedication! My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori s passion shined through just as Mark s and Brenda s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I attended The Meadows Texas in January of 2024 not knowing what to expect with this being my first time going to rehab. From the moment I was greeted by Kevin my anxiety was immediately put at ease. There are SO MANY staff members I am sincerely thankful for that words cannot express the gratitude I feel for them!Nurses Kayla, Hali, Tomsie, Deann, Leslie and Maureen to name a few although there are many others that truly had an impact on me during my stay there. Behavioral Health Techs James, Beth, Ebony, Amy, and Angie went above and beyond in their duties and helped me through the times I was at my lowest mentally, emotionally, and physically. Again, there were so many other staff members that I am so thankful for that aren't mentioned in this review.The food, facilities, and amenities were amazing! Between group therapy, individual therapy, equine therapy, lectures, and 12 step meetings the days are filled with all the tools needed to take control over your addiction. I could go on with all the good things I have to say about The Meadows but am trying to keep it brief. I'm so glad I chose this place!

It seems like the VA is really stepping it up with the people they are hiring like Daniel Matthews in physical therapy. He was a therapist from Baylor and knew what was wrong in less than a minute. He wasn't rushing though in fact he took his time to show me the stretches and get them tensioned just right. I hope the VA keeps heading this direction.

The nurses and staff here treat my elderly mom with such care and compassion. They are always on top of prescription refills, paperwork and anything she needs. The nurses and techs were all about you not being able to go home. They help you make it through your time being there. They make sure you have every thing you need or want. As long as it's okayed by your doctor. We got to go outdoors whenever the weather permitted. They did everything for us as people not inmates. Except for whenever we hadto go from different rooms. It wasn't so bad for my first time in a behavioral place to help me get better.

I have been coming to the bhc since I was 13 years old the staff is amazing and they treat me like family we laugh we joke and we show love both ways some of my the best staff are the ones that work SCU they show they care even when the patients are not being kind to them they show compassion I love bhc and if needed I would definitely go back
