I feel as if I generally got the help I needed to be able to come home after 60 day treatment plan and continue my sobriety. The staff tries very hard to make you feel like your at home with family. Give it a try if you feel your in need of help from active addiction, they're waiting on ya.

I have been to so many places but I never felt heard like this before. Meds working but you're having annoying side effects? They'll listen to you and they'll let you try everything until you find what you like! They do it right too! They check in with you to make sure you're okay, you can call anytime if you need help with anything, and they have soooo many resources to help you. Addiction, medicine, therapy, if you want to get help, this is the place you should go. They understand you. Too busy? They do over the phone appointments sometimes too! Not to mention how personable everyone is. The ladies up front will remember you, the doctors and nurses are spectacular human beings! They're all a little goofy but they're also wonderful listeners. If you are reading this, just go. What's the worse that could happen? They won't let you get worse and stay that way. It's worth the effort.

I had a weekend retreat here that focused on Awakening the Soul, and got more out of it than I could have hoped. The grounds are lovely, the rooms are comfortable and the food is surprisingly tasty. The monks and other staff are kind and supportive.

Back in April of 2026, I had to stay at Focused Care for rehabilitation on an injury I had in March. All of the employees were so compassionate and understanding. I consider some of them my family and I made friends with some of the residents, who are also family . Some of the people that worked there that I love are Tannie, Jeannie, Jay, Lawanda, Makaela, Takela, Chris, Rose, and I'm sure I'm leaving out so many of them. They all made me feel at home. The facility is very clean and inviting. They have wonderful activities for all the residents. They were quick responding to call lights. The food was great and if you don't like what's on the menu, you can order something else. The people in the rehab department were great! They push you to reach your goals at just the right pace. If you're having to make a tough decision about your loved one being in a nursing home/rehab facility, I highly recommend you give Focused Care a chance! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give more than 5 ⭐'s, I would!

Was very nervous to go here based on the reviews but my experience couldn’t have been more different! Went to their ER & was triaged immediately & taken to a room. The staff was super nice & took me seriously & got me fixed up & discharged. I would definitely come here again if needed & would recommend it to the others!

We now have a hospital we can be proud of! I was admitted, diagnosed and treated. I'd been to Paris before, but they said I was fine. Paris has shitty equipment. MMH, though, has new equipment and the attitude of improving life! I was very impressed. No one has been able to tell me, until MMH last night, what was wrong with me. I have pulmonary fibrosis. You can now safely go to our fantastic hospital!! Thank you MMH!!

I’ll be honest and say that some things I’ve heard lately about the facility weren’t good, but that just goes to show that you can’t believe everything that you hear. I had some of the best care while in there recently. Every person that I interacted with was great. Now that I’m home I wish they could have come with me haha. I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. Everything about the place showed they they truly care. Mr. Raj has really turned that place around. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.
Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).
Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.
I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. My mother was a resident almost a month here Denise and Josh were a fabulous duo if you lose one I really feel sorry for this facility Denise keeps her hall decorated for every season and the rooms are so tidy I love Denise energy as well she's always happy to help Josh is also amazing the weekends should run like Monday -friday it's a different thank you Josh and Denise for everything you both deserve a raise in my opinion

I got Cherry, Tony, and Rebecca as my team and they all seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made progress with everyone of them. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

After seeing other physical therapists with no progress, I was skeptical of trying GTC, but I am so glad I did! They had a customized approach to addressing my issue, and for the first time in almost a year, I am able to live an active lifestyle pain free!

Staff care and work hard to help. Groups are focused on individuals needs as well as the whole group. They encouraged us to learn and grow from each other's successes and even failures.
When I struggled they accommodated me and helped me with the extra help I needed. They also find services for additional help or higher level of care if needed.
Side note: I noticed a lot of the negative reviews were for inpatient and children's services this location in Plano doesn't even offer at this time or never offered.
I'm assuming many of the people were looking for the main hospital in Carrollton to review and made a mistake.

In my personal experience, I did not run into Scientology indoctrination. The facilities were really comfortable - good A/C throughout, a nice rec room and a gym with everything you need, beds were very comfortable, showers were great with hot water on demand, and the views there are fantastic. Food was great too.

I have always wanted to reach my fullest potential and live life the right way and couldn't figure out how to do that. I am the hugest disbeliever when it comes to drug treatment and always thought it was a bunch of bull. But here I am now telling you Narconon Arrowhead have all the answers you need to live a happy, fulfilling, and sober life. It isn't easy but it is more than worth it.
