Not all the staff are perfect. I did meet a lot of great people. Tempest was amazing bright cheerful smile. Both Angie's were awesome. My favorite person was Juanita! I will say the dietary needs to be worked on especially for diabetics. We are not suppose to eat carbs like other patients. The group activity were wonderful. I had a lot of fun inside the block with my hall mates. The patients help each other and make the days go by.

Discovery point has changed my life I've been to 22 other rehabs it has been the most influential the staff is amazing the staff Miss birdie, Miss Whitney Brian P. Tim, David, Nae, Emry all the amazing therapist this is not a standard rehab I needed something more it teaches you how to recover as well as live and enter society as a new sober person. Love this place if you truly want to get sober this is the place to do it

I came here for my recovery, and at first I would say that I didnt like it, but that was making excuses for myself. But I stayed and graduated, this place tought me to learn patience and roll with changes that can come up in real life and not have to turn to drugs. Now im a peerlead helping others in the community to see the bright side of things and fight those urges we all get. This is hard thing to do alone, but if u build a community it becomes easier. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

It’s rare that I take the time to write reviews but this program is truly one of a kind. Burning Tree is not for everyone. They are clear about who they serve and they are very effective at what they do. Their years of experience working with chronic relapsers has shaped the program into something you can only find on their grounds. Greenhouse has truly saved/changed my life and rewired my way of thinking. The classes were extremely impactful, filled with knowledgeable information, and kept me in a solid routine everyday. The staff is so incredible from the doctors, nurses, therapists,TAs, cleaning crew, to the cafeteria cooks/attendants. The warmth and smiles from everyone make you feel safe and warm inside from the moment you walk in. I visited the Dallas VA Medical Center Emergency Department and received excellent care from the moment I arrived. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient throughout my visit.
The team explained everything clearly, ensured I understood my care plan, and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. The facility itself was clean, modern, and one of the nicest VA locations I’ve been to.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. I gained many friends and have been touched by staff members such as Lauren, Jasmine, Tristan, Ms.Millie, Stephanie, Isabelle,Mrs.Tammy, and Chad, in ways I will carry with me in lifelong memories. Nexus gave me to the tools I needed in my empty toolbox to allow me to turn the waterfall of sobriety into the stream of recovery. There were a few hiccups in my stay there which is why I will only give 4 stars today. I am genuinely grateful and happy that I went to Nexus and was able to grasp ahold of the horns of courage, the wings of serenity, and the strength of wisdom. I would recommend this place for anyone who is serious about staying sober and has the capacity for tolerance and patience. Thank you to all the amazing staff that helped this wayward sheep find her way back to her heard.

Nexus provided many things I needed for recovery. I was busy all the time and challenged in many helpful ways. It was an overall great experience for an elderly alcoholic trying to get a firm grip on sobriety. Keep in mind, side effects may include lifelong friends and increased self worth.

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

This is a great facility and program. The staff is amazing! I took off one star because the billing department at corporate is incompetent. Make sure you are well educated on your insurance coverage and know the financial process at the center ahead of time to avoid stress and frustration.

I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day.
Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups).
Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment.
I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. I just wanted to say that I loved my 90 day stay over at the ranch and i feel it played a big part of who I am today the staff was amazing and every Thursday and Sunday we would worship and share the word of God but I really appreciate the staff for everything they’ve done for me while I was there I went back in December 2023 to March 2024 and I can say it’s helped a lot and I would like to say that Samantha and Jason were two of my favorites and Jeff and Lesley were two of the nicest people you could meet on this earth This place will always have a special place in my heart :)

The first thing my adoptive daughter said when we drove off was, “I am happy you brought me here.” Thank you all so much. I had my reservations, based off some bad reviews but when I addressed the staff with my concerns they gladly discussed my concerns with me. Samantha, her counselor communicated frequently with updates and always responded to my emails. To the whole staff million thanks, and thank God for programs like Sundown Ranch.

My son is in need of a shelter and they would not take him in because he is on a controlled substance for ADHD He gets it prescribed from a doctor. He’s never had any issue with substance abuse and this place would not help him out. Stay away. Go somewhere else live on the damn street Would be better than staying here

Don't come here, the fake christian shelters don't care for mothers at all. I was stuck in a car because ofa storm. Their curfew is so early I wasn't able to come that same night. The next day I'm hot and tired with all my things I was bringing because I was low on clothes(ps I communicate this problem and they said it would be fine to get my things) then kicked me out because I was gone for 24 hours even tho I called (nevered answered a unprofessional shelter) I am now standing in the rain with my 3 year old daughter. They don't even have enough compassion to let me wait in the lobby for my ride to pick me up. A Christian facility but no compassion, they obviously are a cult, and they expect you to follow every rule to accordance even if you don't know Louisiana and you just move here. No help with transportation. They don't care if you're sleeping in the car in the middle of the woods. I pray that a mother who read these reviews would run away from the shelter go to someone else. If you're stuck at one place and you can't leave and you don't mind having a hundred rules and having to come in before 5 then do it. You just can never leave nor can you be in your own room at times to they can harass you and your belongings
