BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. My experience with my treatment is life changing and the treatment team has went above and beyond in leading me to a sober lifestyle. For instance, I had some insurance issue and it stopped me in mid track, and that did not stop the care team, matter of fact they had the right to discharge me right then but they cared for my recovery so much I was allowed to stay and continue my recovery process without any interruption until I was able to fix this issue. I am so lucky to be able to go here and get medicine. It took a few years to get the meds right but it was worth it. I am happier than I have ever been and I don't feel worthless anymore. The people who work here deserve medals because I have seen them keep their cool around some nasty people. And I was one of those nasty people in the beginning. I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

My first time coming to this location. I normally go to the Fort Worth location on Presidio st to see my Dr but she told me I could get labs done here so I tried it out since gas is expensive and I live in Arlington.
I've gotta say, this was quite a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in. Haley ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) was my phlebotomist and she was GREAT! She was both friendly and professional. Did a fantastic job. I didn't even feel the needle. A++

From the first moment I walked through the doors I felt welcome accepted and apart of a family. I didn't feel ashamed or embarrassed the staff accepted me with arms open. This was my 4th rehab this year and it was by far the best. The food is TOO good and the staff was wonderful. I felt like they nearly bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable. I felt finally made it through a 30 day program without quitting. I feel it was because of the love and support from the staff who seemed to care more than all the other places.

I have struggled with addiction for almost 15 years. I went to many rehabs in Texas & EXPENSIVE ONES in California. My Mom got sick of paying for pricey rehabs that didn’t help. Oh, you can bring your kid to Nexus too! They have a separate dorm for families and pregnant women.
Homeward Bound was the first rehab/detox I went to in Dallas. They USED TO give you Ativan when withdrawing from alcohol or drugs. That's a Godsend and that's the SAFE way to do it. Homeward Bound stopped doing that - they take you off everything, even medication for your heart, blood pressure, antidepressants, even seizures. The new doctors are sadists. DO NOT GO TO Homeward Bound!
Then I discovered Nexus. What a breath of fresh air! Helpful and safe detox - they give you a full week in a separate building before starting you in the dorms. It's weird to say, but I loved it! The doctors, the "techs", the teachers, they even have a program for people who lost their ID'S, birth certificates, etc (as many of us addicts do). They have a program to help you get housing and a job too!
It's like a big family. I actually went twice. You have to be ready to quit. If you truly are ready for real, Nexus is the place. I finally got sober after 15 years. I am now ALMOST 3 YEARS sober and I still talk to people from Nexus.
Parkland's mobile bus also comes so that you can get real help right away, if you have urgent medical issues. As of 2022 they offered MAT, which is Suboxone.
Nexus is so great, there's usually a waiting list, but you can show up in person (go EARLY), they'll interview you and if they think they can help - then you can get in. Anyone reading this..if I can do this, so can you! Be stubborn and don't let addiction win. Do whatever you have to to get here!

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

This is a great facility and program. The staff is amazing! I took off one star because the billing department at corporate is incompetent. Make sure you are well educated on your insurance coverage and know the financial process at the center ahead of time to avoid stress and frustration.
