If you want a way out of that hell hole called addiction this is the place to go. This place has literally saved my life. The staff here are so caring and understanding of addiction because most of them are in recovery as well. I gotta say Nay is my favorite though. Will is pretty awesome as well but i could go on and on with how much each and every one one of them have had a positive impact on my recovery!!! If you re serious about your recovery this is the place to take your life back !I started treatment on January 4th 2025 which was the best decision of my life. This is my 3rd month sober and I have to say that it was mainly because of the effectiveness of this program. I want to thank the whole staff for their professionalism and commitment. The program will guide you through the steps needed to defeat your addiction as long as you re honest with yourself and willing to put in the work. I want to say thank you to Sarah my therapist Tyler who coordinates the 12 step program, the other 2 Sarah s, Mr Jones, all the nurses, techs and the awesome chefs that made every meal so delicious. Edit update 1-8-2024I just received a bill for $577.06 from Bicycle Health for a visit I had on February 16, 2023 almost a year later. I have been on phone with insurance company and Bicycle Health and insurance company is saying denied because they must of coded it wrong. I can't get anyone else to help with this. The visit clearly states $199 a month so I have no idea why they are even charging me $577.06 for a visit. I have good credit . I owe nothing to anyone. Credit is spotless so if I don't pay they will put this on my credit. I will remove this review if someone from Bicycle Health will call me and bill me correctly which is $199 . This has just causedunnecessary stress. I will pay the $199 if you will help straighten this up please. My insurance has paid all year no problems with a $20 copay. I can't believe I'm slapped with a $577 bill almost a year later.Probably like everyone else I thought this may be a scam but I was willing to give it a shot to keep my life. It definitely is NOT a scam. I have been seeing doctor just for a few weeks now and so far I am impressed. The nurse is the nicest person I think I have ever met in the medical field. I don't talk about my past and everything I have gone through ever but she made me feel so comfortable sharing with her. I have been on pain pills since 2008 due to several injuries and surgeries. This year alone I have had two surgeries and although I stopped pills for a few years I had to restart this year because of surgeries that I had and need. I knew where this was headed. Back to the circle of draining account buying pain pills. Losing my life again. I am so grateful for Bicycle Health. Just a few short weeks and I already know my life will stay on track. If you are hesitant about calling and making appointment, don't be. This is 100 legit. I live in Texas so they take my health insurance. Even if they don't take insurance it is $199 affordable. Best thing I have done this year. Get out of that terrible circle. Take the chance and call them. You got this. You are worth it. The app is super easy to use and they also have support groups.

I've been attending this facility since 2016 great OBGYN. Dr.Folashade is the best at the women's clinic. I would highly recommend her! The hospital was also great, I've only had one bad experience in 2022 sent me into a deep depression. But the nurses and staff was comforting some of the staff has been there for years. So many familiar faces I remember through my journey of coming here.

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define homeless in some people s eyes, I would ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every nightin exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she s my family.Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it s hard to maintain a job if you can t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I m at now without them. And although it s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. Honestly, this place has helped me tremendously! I ve been coming here for 5 years! I would likely be further along in the process of recovery but my original counselor purposely held me back many times. She was eventually fired and I thank God for that because there is no telling how many lives she disrupted being spiteful. Now I absolutely love my new counselor Crystal! I feel like she cares about us and her job! All the counselors they currently have are super respectful and seemingly genuine people that truly care about your progress. 5 years of sobriety and counting!! It wouldn't be possible without the effort of those counselors and the positive environment they now maintain on a daily basis. They truly bring a family vibe and consideration that you won't find in the majority of treatment facilities. If you're serious about your sobriety and future then I would strongly suggest this place. There support team is off the charts.

I couldn t recommend Origins more, I first attended their IOP program, then their residential program in south padre and lastly their Dallas sober living. I m writing this today a year and a half sober and going strong. Origins has literally saved my life in more ways than one.

Origins Counseling was exactly what I needed. The staff (Andy, Joellen, Shay, James, everyone) were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. They come with years of experience and consider each individual they're helping. If you're looking for a facility that will truly care as much as you/your parents do, or are desperate for a miracle I can't recommend Origins more!

I was in Valley Hope Grapevine for 45 days and never did I think I would say I was sad to leave rehab! My counselor Ross and all of the staff are amazing. We have created a community of people who are just like us and looking for the same goal, sobriety. I highly recommend here for a safe place to recover and get to know the real you again. Greenhouse Out Patient Services (GHOP) has been such a healing place for me!!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for IOP or PHP. We are literally like a big family up here and I know I ve made connections that will last a lifetime!!!

There are plenty of veterans who complain about their Healthcare. There are plenty that complain about this facility, but I won't. For the past 6 years I've finally gotten the mental health and physical health care I've needed since I my service. There's plenty of construction going on and it's located in an impoverished area (like most Federal Govt buildings), but why would I complain about improvements being made? I appreciate all the men and women that work there asses off to ensure each and every veteran is getting quality healthcare!!

Always appreciate the VA. Wish lab hours were posted surprised the don t have their own page on the website. Or at least I couldn t find it. Lab hours 6am to 4:30pm M F and 6am to 2:30 on Saturdays.
