Where do I even begin, as being a said “young buck” I’ve got to say I’ve been through the wringer of life. But I was ready for a change, and ADACCV helped me get my head on shoulders in order to take the steps for when returning to the “real world”. The food is beyond fantastic, the staff is catering to all and any needs, and the program; from what I’ve seen; can catch any addicts attention. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!

Windmill is set amongst a beautiful scenery of trees and deers, that enables peace of mind and a healing quietness for the spirit. Austin, TX | Alpha 180 in Austin, Texas, health is a behavioral health organization that offers mental health and substance use disorder treatment. The facility is conveniently located in the downtown area. Clients can receive treatment services such as outpatient addiction treatment and the transitional living program. Recovery Services For Young Men The facil | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Our experience with Alpha has been nothing short of transformative for my 15-year-old son. When we first sought help following my son's overdose, I was overwhelmed with concern and uncertainty. But from the very first phone call, the staff made us feel supported and heard. The intake process was smooth, and they took the time to carefully explain every step of the program, ensuring we were fully informed and comfortable moving forward.
The team of counselors, therapists, and support staff is exceptional. They truly understand the challenges young people face and have a unique ability to connect with teens in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. My son has made incredible progress, thanks to their individualized approach that takes into account not only the addiction itself, but also the emotional, psychological, and social factors that contribute to it.
What stands out most about this center is their holistic approach. They don’t just treat the addiction—they work on building self-esteem, coping strategies, and life skills that are crucial for long-term success. The therapists created a safe space for my son to open up, express his feelings, and rebuild trust. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the well-being of their patients and their families.
The outpatient program was tailored to my son's needs, allowing us to balance treatment with school and other activities. The center also encourages family involvement and offers parental support and therapy, which has been crucial for my understanding and support of my son's recovery journey.
The progress I've seen in my teenager over the past few months is remarkable. Not only has he shown an improved attitude toward his recovery, but I've also noticed a significant positive shift in his overall mood and outlook on life. We are beyond grateful to Alpha for giving our family hope and helping my teenager reclaim his future.
If you're looking for a compassionate, professional, and effective treatment program for a young person struggling with addiction, I wholeheartedly recommend Alpha 180. They truly saved my son and gave us the tools we need to continue on this journey together.

Mental health and related services have been hit-or-miss for our family, but Alpha has been such a great combination of evidence-based programming, support, love, and a pathway to independence for young men with struggles.
