I can honestly say that Alternative Counseling is one of the most comprehensive, as well as compassionate counseling services available. Audrey Willis is one of the most knowledgeable facilitators in her respective fields. In my opinion what separates Alternative Counseling apart from the other treatment based programs in the State, is the authentic atmosphere as well as caring staff and facilitators. I am forever grateful for the time that I have spent at Alternative Counseling, it has helped to provide me with a plethora of invaluable tools that I will serve me well in my future endeavors.

I really appreciate your latest commercial about the tribe, showing pics from history, the 'boats' ceremony, etc. I grew up in Western Montana, and had a native friend in 4th grade (1964) who was Kootenai Tribe, I was told by my parents NOT to play with her, for various reasons, which even at an early age I recognized as ignorant, we played together anyway. I was welcome in her home, but she was not in mine. Both of our parents had issues with alcoholism so we had several great reasons to bond, and one that was not. My mother made me wash at the outdoor water spigot before I could come in the house. It was wrong then, and negative treatment is wrong now. Thanks for sharing the truly wonderful birthrights of NA tribes.

I'm always happily satisfied with the service I get, from the security guard at the door, the lab techs, the receptionist, the nurse assistant to Josephine, NP. They are all very attentive to me, as a concerned patient.

What THS did for me was showing me the path step by step to recovery. That was exactly what I needed, they taught me the basic stuff and also the most complex one and now here I am completely recovered.

Going to Intensive Outpatient treatment and it's going good

This is not a "massage therapist." Lol. It's a wonderful mental health location that specializes in out patient services regarding substance abuse addiction as well as therapy. Also many more goodies. Check it out! I wanted to go here. Went for a sec but had issues with my insurance which was due to my bad not there's. They accept most insurances, even state. Give them a try!

I am so glad that I was able to get in here!!! the staff is amazing, friendly and very professional. They understand my condition, they made me feel more comfortable about the treatment, in fact, I felt that was easier to handle than I thought but all was thanks to them.

They have dually credentialed professionals who deals with co-occurring disorders. It is somewhat rare to find this place in Lacey/Olympia area.

This place has been nothing but good to me. I think a lot of people aren't understanding of the fact that a lot of places are short staffed anymore and the people that are working have a big work load on them. We as individuals must advocate for ourselves and not wait for someone else to get the ball rolling for us. I've had some great therapists and some not so good, but they always help me find someone else to better suit my needs. I've been going here for a few years now and I recommend it. I appreciate all of the people that work here. They have always been kind to me. Don't give up on your mental health. This place has seriously saved my life.

Well today was a Breath of Fresh Air Multicare was on top of things being a parent of a mentally challenged individual & after the years of stress - disappointment - canceled appts, staff retiring or changing gears the let down with Washington States Mental Health programs which is beyond heart wrenching for those of you in this boat with me you all know what I am feeling and expressing :( To receive such caring & immediate service - Well this means more than you know more than words can express … Multi Care behavior health & Multi Care customer service - BOTH Stepped up and went above and beyond - I actually got a call back with in a hour of my emails by both Not only by the Behavior Heath clinic but by Multicare Customer Service as well … I am so happy … Thank you As everyone knows mentally changed individuals aren’t to patient so to have the immediate response was truly very much welcomed and appreciated Keep up the amazing job Bravo !!! Bravo !!!

I was there for 3 a half years when I was nine years old there was one staff there he would eat fried chicken with hot sauce his name is Derek

I lived here for 9 months and it changed my life it saved me from my depression and addiction it’s a blessing. The only thing is the low staffing and no money for stuff for kids but it make works truly and I hope they can help more kids like me

It’s a great facility and hopefully one day Im able to come back and work there

The counselors of this center have been so kind and have given me excellent advice that has helped me overcome and cope with my problems. The program offered by this center gives great help. Thank you for all your support.
