Absolutely blown away by the staff. While the facilities aren’t stellar, that’s not what we need. You get exactly what you need here and I’d recommend Royal to anyone looking to live a life in recovery.

Tacoma branch lied to my layer and said I didn’t graduate from Impatient and tried to go against my original discharge plan.I had to get my patient file and threaten to go to the health department to get them to fixe their mistake.Also Neglected to let my lawyer know I was in inpatient and had to get bench warrant straightened out when I graduated inpatient.Stay away from this company definitely about insurance money over helping their Patients.

This place offers super quick and convenient service! Even though my son was born in a different county, the staff confirmed over the phone that they handle birth certificates for all of Washington state. I was able to pick up the certificate and was finished within five minutes.

Security took one look at me with my frantic demeanor, said “you need your birth certificate miss?” I shook my head, he said “the kiosks are to your right when you walk in, grab a ticket and they’ll call you”, I had no wait time and the young lady upheld such professionalism, was also very kind. Very clean environment and I like how it’s been a little renovated.

I had an expiring options contract, and I needed to move. Time was of the essence. I called the Robinhood support number help and was called back within seconds. The options specialist on the Robinhood customer service phone number was calm and efficient. They explained my options—selling, exercising, or letting it expire—and what would happen to the underlying hood stock. Their common sense in a stressful situation was simply amazing.

I was an athlete my whole life—earning multiple full-ride scholarship offers to play college basketball and football. I thrived as the starting quarterback at Glacier Peak High School and competed in a wide range of sports: MMA, black belts in karate and Tae Kwon Do, BMX biking, snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing, and more. But a string of serious injuries changed everything: I broke two vertebrae in my back playing football, tore my MCL and ACL playing basketball, broke my nose, and suffered many other major injuries.
My addiction began as a direct result of being overprescribed opioid pain medication for these injuries. Back then, opioid prescriptions were handed out far more freely and without the strict oversight we have today. I became one of many who unknowingly fell victim to that crisis.
After years of pain and physical setbacks, I also suffered a severe work injury as a marine machinist at the Port of Seattle shipyard—where I proudly served as a member of IAM Locals 76 and 79, District 160. I herniated two discs in my lower back, lost my mobility, and was forced to give up the physical lifestyle that defined me.
Evergreen Treatment Services changed my life. From the moment I started at their Seattle clinic through the support I received at the Renton clinic during difficult times, ETS has been nothing short of outstanding. Their professionalism is unmatched—efficient, kind, courteous, and deeply compassionate. Staff don’t just treat you—they truly care and go above and beyond to help. My counselor Jeff is wise, supportive, and positive, even on my darkest days. Every team member, from front desk to nurses and technicians, treats you with respect and dignity.
I’ve been a patient and receiver of M.A.T. Services (medication assisted treatment) for over 15 years. As a result of my addiction, I spent over 5 years incarcerated in prison and additional time in county jails, psych ward etc. I have tried countless programs - including Suboxone, the vivitrol shot, I've been to 10 treatment programs intensive inpatient, intensive outpatient, halfway house programs faith-based recovery programs including teen challenge and the Los Angeles dream Center Christian Boot camp discipleship program, NA, AA, CA, Celebrate Recovery, SMART recovery, Buddhist Recovery - but nothing compares to the stability and hope I’ve found through methadone treatment at ETS. Despite homelessness, serious health issues, and mental health challenges, I’ve never missed a dose or a day. Their unwavering support has been the foundation of my recovery and new life.
From me, my fiancé, my family, and friends—who are so happy to have their son, brother, nephew, grandson, friend etc back from the grip of fentanyl addiction - thank you, Evergreen Treatment Services, for all that you do for people like me. 🙏🏼

This review is specifically about the pediatrician Dr. Kowals. Dr. Kowals was exceptional and seemed to truly care about my kids and their care. He noticed things I didn't even think to bring up and gave us options for treatment. He was very respectful with our decisions and was friendly to us all.
I was nervous before the appointment to bring my kids to a new doctor, not knowing what the doctor was going to be like. I was pleasantly surprised and am very relieved I have a great doctor for my kids!!

I came to Graham teen challenge, after my daughter died and then, I relapsed for four years. I came to the end of myself. I needed a place to heal and grieve. The staff at Teen challenge were kind and helpful in the healing process. I am now getting ready to graduate in just a few short days. And I'm going to stay another year for internship. I volunteer here and I have been in recovery for many years, this place is one of the best places I have ever seen. The staff and people who run and fund this place really care about their mission. Dr. Davis made my spouse and I feel so at ease and supported during our sessions! She was personable and able to quickly identify our needs. A fear of mine in attending therapy, was feeling like I was "under a microscope". However, with Dr. Davis I felt encouraged to voice/work through my thoughts and challenged to consider them from another perspective. The office environment was inviting and private. I brought my daughter here who is in crisis. From the receptionist to the security guard, these folks have been nothing but helpful. Im thankful to receive help by people who are better equipped to help my child. Although we have only been here a short while, I find all the bad reviews hard to believe. They're typically average for care, addressing my needs and sending me on my way. When making an appointment, it's normally about a month wait, usually not too much of a concern, except when pain is involved. So, after taking time off of work, I checked in for my 4 pm appointment at 3:40, by 4:45, I was still waiting. At this point, I have to reschedule because I need to pick up my son from after school care. Another month down the road to endure this foot pain, when my initial appointment would have o ly taken approximately 20 minutes, considering it is for a condition the doctor didn't properly take care of the first time. I understand government funded centers and restrictions, but courtesy towards patients should not be sacrificed.

Dr. Aaron Bobb is a compassionate and kind psychiatrist. His sessions are a safe place for me and I appreciate the excellent work he does.
The folks at reception are always friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to take a person that is not completely receptive to counseling. My son had the best experience he has ever had with a counselor. Liz is amazing, patient and very kind. He truly enjoys going to talk to her.

Counselors are what you can call "emotionally intelligent". They are trustworthy, and easy to talk to so you can trust that they will help you in your recovery. The only bad thing is that their schedules are too busy sometimes so you have to book pretty far in advance, but it is worth it!

This place has been a rock for my little family. When my husband really needed someone/someplace to put his trust, the supportive members of SEF and the SEF Blue House was/are there. The members are all friendly and involved with the program. They help plan trips/activities, they take turns running meetings, they make donations and keep the property clean. There is always something to do and someone to listen. You are valued and needed. We look forward to seeing you.

My 4 weeks here at the center honestly saved me. My first day I was so anxious about the new environment I had to have EMS called for me because I had a panic attack, and my second day I was throwing up the whole day. All that to say I wouldn’t have been able to make it through the first week if it wasn’t for the loving and wonderful and caring staff and clients. Everyone comes here with pain and it leads to a bright, warm, positive environment where people are able to bond and be their authentic selves completely. It’s been wonderful to have such tailored care for my needs, and now I have the ability to cope with the difficult times and move past them healthily. I truly could never thank them enough!

I went in feeling completely hopeless and that I needed to just accept the fact that I would be surviving the rest of my life. Fast forward 6 weeks and I feel a lot of hope and excitement for the future where I will be able to thrive not just survive. The staff are super supportive and caring I would definitely recommend going if you are struggling with mental health.

My experience with the health board has always been beneficial in whatever I'm in need of. From DV council to treatment concerns, general health to help with housing concerns. This last visit was to see the dentist and again, the service from making a appointment, to actually being seen was absolutely attentive to all my needs. I was put on a stand by list so, if there was a cancellation, I was offered a earlier appointment!! So I was seen way earlier than I was going to be seen, and I'm not exaggerating the procedure filling a cavity I had was literally almost painless I felt a tiny prick and that was it. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I also had my teeth cleaned and that was a very pleasant experience also. Everyone on the team is in good communication with each other so, you don't get the right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing run around. And the whole vibe was just professional and kinda laid back. So you can relax and trust your in a professional caring environment. It's excellent for family from kids to seniors. Now the location is definitely urban with urban issues. but, I've never had a problem getting to my appointments and, I take public transportation.
However there is parking onsite also. All in all just a wonderful place.

It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. A few made lasting impressions that I will forever be grateful for. Proud to say I have over 5 years of recovery, and almost 4 years off of MAT. Thank you, THS for helping me start my journey to becoming a thriving, driven, and respectable member of society.

They are the best outpatient clinic you can go to. They are pretty fast with the lines. One day I was 5 minutes due to finding my friend deceased in his apartment and they still allowed me to dose which they rarely do for anyone
