I m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven t felt as normal if that s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don t treat you like someone who doesn t deserve help or like it s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

In the 10+ years I have been battling addiction, 8 of which were in a MAT of some sort, and spanning across 5 US states, I have never encountered the level of compassion, professionalism, and just plain old fashioned wholeheartedness in the care and treatment radiating from every staff member at the Med Mark treatment center in Dothan. I was always just a number anywhere else. Here, I walk in the door and feel like they are happy I made it that day. This may seem like an exaggeration to some but it's considered an understatement by me. Thank you, Med Mark, for going that extra mile to help me.

My only complaint is being charged for days that I don't go I used to go every other day it was way more affordable they now charge you 7 days worth even if you only go 4 days

My Grandpa was a resident on the rehab wing for around 2 weeks and while I was hesitant at first, we could not be happier. He felt respected and like he had his dignity throughout his stay. Staff members not only treated him with courtesy, but actually got him stronger physically and helped improved his overall outlook towards his decreased mobility. These ladies (and gentlemen) work so hard to provide an enriching experience for residents who live within their walls and they do it with care and respect. In my opinion they all deserve raises and more funding. I can't even single anyone out because SO MANY staff members provided excellent care.

Different name same style of having great workers. I currently have a family member that resides in the facility and I must say and give the facility a hands up for the job that is being done. When it comes to the front office staff, Debbie and Michelle are always on top of making sure that everything is on point and accurate. They assisted with making sure my father account is well managed and informative on what is taking place with any changes. Kizzy is the overall jewel that keeps a smile on your face and updates on the facility and the care that is being issued. My father loves the restorative care that he received from the aide Kalea who is very supportive and goes above and beyond to make sure that he is receiving the one on one hands action to continue his strengthening and everyday of life motions. His walking has increased as well as his will to want to strive for the goals set. I must say that it was not an easy decision to have to place my father but I am glad that the Springs have became a family in which he is proud to say he resides. Thank you all for the hard work

April is the best.

Enjoy The ease of teletherapy and that mail out prescriptions are Fantastic. Personnel and doctors that I have encountered have all been more than pleasant. It s a joy to work with them.

They kept in contact and bought me a bus ticket from West Palm Beach to Panama City Florida . They are helping me get to a HPH program after I leave Journey pure. I have 25 days sober after struggling with addiction for about 2 years. Staff are mostly "one of us" which helps to know they have also had similar struggles

Journey pure, save my life before coming here. I legit hated myself after a few weeks. I began liking myself. The staff is amazing. Everyone from admission to discharge. I haven't met anyone who didn't have my back.

They really care, and it s a nice place.

This place is great..with staff that truly cares for you,and a chef to that prepares each meal with love..24 hour nursing staff that knows exactly what you need.and therapists that get to the cause of your addiction..this place showed me that I can be happy in sobriety..and after 35 long years in addiction to opiates ..I want to thank Marcus and all staff at recovery bay.for helping me get my life back!! I am sober and confident that I will remaine that way.

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn t ever seem like she s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion She s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

I went there in 2020 for a few weeks. it was a really good program, I was not ready for help though. If you are not ready to get help, it rarely ever works. So I came up with every excuse why I should leave. But the staff, counselors, food and everything else I highly recommend.

Had a problem with appointment and medications. The staff moved mountains to get everything straightened out. The desk ladies, nurses, and NP Burgess were awesome. Thanks to all of them.

Bridgeway has been a real life saver for me. I've been seeing them over 25 years for medication management. There have been so many people there that have helped me through my journey with Bipolar Disorder. Very fond of April Burgess who I visit every few months via tele health. She always has a smile. Thank you all for being there for me when I'm not smiling. You have made me into a normal guy on a mission.

This place has various services but their is one person who is clearly a angel and her name is Tina. Tina was a breath of fresh air and when you meet her, you will instantly feel like you just met your new best friend. Thank you Tina!

Amazing staff and it feels like they really care about you. Was a key point in my healing journey and wouldn't have gotten this far without them!

Truly amazing people. They have gone out of their way for me more times than I can even count and I am so grateful for them. I wouldn t have made it this far in the healing process without this program. If you are struggling, please please give them a call. Healing is possible and this place is the best to help you through it

While I was in the outpatient program I learned a lot of coping skills. My therapist Vanessa did a wonderful job with my issues and was very insightful to my needs. The whole staff did a good job.

I have been a patient for several months, and let me tell you how wonderful the whole staff is. The receptionist, is so kind, she s truly amazing. Doctor Amanda Liles is such a wonderful person. She s so amazing. I m lucky to have her. I m lucky to have both my doctors.I reiterate, Dr. Amanda Liles, and the staff at Lakeview are amazing people. I don t know how I got so lucky to have them in my life.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this treatment center because that's exactly what this is. It treats not only the addiction but the mind as well. My counselor, Kris, has helped me just within a year and a half to completely shift my way of thinking and get to the root of my issues. I would encourage anyone needing help with opiate addiction to let this team of wonderful people help change their life as well.

I am THRILLED to update this review.I went in this morning and was told that my case had been reassessed and that I would be immediately returned to phase 27/This tells me a lot...It tells me that they actually cared enough to consider that the drive might be a hardship. they didnt have to do that but they did and I deeply appreciate it. It also tells me that they are willing to put some trust in me and that goes a very long way towards me trusting them and it makes me want to show them that trust is not misplaced.Bottom line they actually cared enough and I am very pleased.Now if they could get a camera bathroom it would be perfect. I understand it is a community bathroom and as such a camera in there would be a problem but there has to be a better way.I can say that I HIGHLY recommend this treatment center, they did right by me when they didn't have to and that should tell you all you need to know.Thanks Y'allWhile I appreciate the service these people provide the experience is not a good one. I was a phase 27 patient for 3 years in the Atlanta area and had to relocate to the Florida panhandle. This was the only clinic that takes my insurance and its a 90 mile drive each way but I figured once a month would be doable...wrong I had to come weekly for 2 months and twice a month for another..I never failed a drug test and they had a 5 plus year history from my previous clinic....as if that wasn't bad enough they stand with you in a tiny bathroom while you pee in a cup this is both humiliating and abusive, every clinic I've been to uses cameras not this one. If you are an established patient I highly recommend you seek other options doctors can now prescribe suboxone that may be a better route for you. I strongly recommend Lakeview update its policies rehab should be easier than maintaining an addiction and here it is not. It's better to help people than to humiliate them addiction is bad enough by itself. Ps I am self admitted nobody made me seek help and the Atlanta clinic healthqwest was wonderful they treated us well and when we made the effort we were rewarded and celebrated milestones. Cameras are cheap these days...get one your patients and your employees deserve it.

I transferred around Fl quite a bit the last couple of yesrs and the panhandle area is without a doubt the most in need of quality MAT. THE ONE IN Panama city is the worst, long lines no phasing past 6 and you are treated like a criminal. Bei.g a phase 27 that was out of the question for me so I enrolled here. The people were great, the clinic was efficient clean and friendly my issues were that it was over 200 miles round trip and the biggest they stand there and watch you pee. I have shy bladder and was to the point of having to use a catheter because it was taking an hour or more to do a urine sample.I transferred to Tallahassee clinic the drive was a little shorter but they just pat you down before a urine test so that made it way easier BUT the Tallahassee clinic has huge turnover and currently just 2 councelors, they are more interested in squeezing money than helping even at phase 27 they want you to attend 2 groups a month, 4 so called physicals a year and so on...dont get me wrong, the counselors are good and want to help but it is obvious that they have thier hands tied by corporate.If lakeview could use cameras pat downs or anything other than the stand and stare method for tests i would transfer bsck despite the extra drive...yall PLEASE give that some thought i know I speak for others ss well...you have a really good clinic with really good people you shouldnt abuse patients and staff with this archaic practice.

The people that work there actually car about your recovery..money seemed to be the important factor in other clinics..Dr. P is great and helps you whenever you need him.

Overall the staff cares about your recovery. The program is definitely better than most clinics in the area. Some of the staff act like correctional officers though.

This facility is great but, there is such a high turn over rate.

I have been seen or treated in seven VA clinics or hospitals, Smyrna, Stockbridge, Decatur, Biloxi, Colorado Springs, and Tucson. Pensacola was the best. Their staff are competent, caring, and professional.

This is far better than any VA care I received in DC and Virginia
