I want to thank the staff and especially nurses Julie and Marilyn. My brother was inpatient Hospice. They were the most caring, nurturing and attentive staff, that I have witnessed in a very long time. The housekeeper’s and kitchen staff were so kind!

I have been to several hospitals and I have to say all the doctors, nurses and staff were so knowledgeable and such a great bedside manner. I've never felt this much kindness from any other hospital. They took such wonderful care of me. They genuinely care about patients.

One of the best decisions I ever made was going to Rivendell. I went inpatient first and it helped a lot. Everyone treated me with kindness and care. After about 7 days I started the outpatient program. I looked forward to going every day. I learned so much about myself. Marla is the therapist and she is wonderful. Rachel is the RN. She is also a kind and caring person and Dr. Street the psychiatrist I can't say enough about him. He truly cares about his patients. I wish I could still go but it's time for me to go out in this world and use the tools I have learned in rehab. If I ever feel like I need help again I won't hesitate to go back to Rivendell.

I have had a good experience with Rivendell. No complaints and they helped my son during a crises . Also helped to get him on the right kind of medicine. Any time I ever called up there they answered right away and told me anything that I needed to know . No complaints from my son either .

This VA facility is pretty good. It's just a satellite it helps you avoid going to little rock. If you have larger issues in your health you should expect to go to little rock. People here are friendly and helpful.

My son is currently a residential patient here, and I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the care and support he’s received. I adopted my son from foster care in 2021, after fostering him for some time. From the very beginning, it was clear that he carried a significant amount of trauma from his early childhood experiences. Over the years, we’ve faced many challenges together, and he has spent time in and out of several local facilities across Idaho in an effort to find the support he needed.
This is the second residential treatment center he’s been placed in, and the difference we’ve seen has been remarkable. For the first time in a long time, my son is truly thriving. His confidence is growing, he’s finding stability, and he’s beginning to rediscover joy—and for that, I am beyond thankful. Hi, my name is Raya Lewis I am from West Virginia and was a past patient at mill creek behavioral health, my cottage was flamingo hall. I was admitted 3/16/23 I discharged 6/16/23. Some of these reviews are interesting to read but everyone’s opinion is respected. Mill creek being my first facility ever wasn’t as bad as it seemed. Some staff have their own personalities like every human would, but some staff really did care for me in this facility. I put my head down did my treatment and learned some things and was discharged on my 3rd month mark while being an out of state kid. It’s not so much that the staff are jus upfront rude to you, it’s are you being respectful? If you really jus focus on yourself and don’t worry about other kids opinions it’ll make your stay 10x better my therapist ms deedra was awesome as well as my case manager ms brittney this place was difficult sometimes being distracted by home life and the 19 girls I had on my unit, but it also made me realize there is alot more good in life than being caged inside of 4 walls everyday. Overall the education system was great the teachers were willing to help. The days were scheduled accordingly. The place was fairly clean and staff tried their hardest to find activities for us kids to do. This was just my experience, I’m aware everyone’s is different. Shoutout to Ms Leslie brown, ms Mona, Ms Zee, Ms nia, ms Kimberly dawn, and ms Christina. Y’all staff most definitely made my stay 100% better.

I’ve been going to this clinic since 2017. Brenda Crownover is the best counselor I’ve ever had. And having a psychiatrist (Love you Dr Carter!) to prescribe me in the same building is extra convenient. Dr Crownover is the first counselor I’ve been to that made me feel like she was listening and trying to help instead of just saying “chronic depression take some pills” and being done with it. She took my mental health concerns seriously and even researched and helped me find someone willing to test and diagnose me with autism as an adult. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, going so far as to tell me they’ll be praying for me when I cancel due to illness and saying they’re happy I’m feeling better next time I come in. I cant think of anywhere more deserving of a 5 star review than this counseling clinic.

Three months ago, my dad was very sick and was ordered to go the nearest hospital and so I drove him . We were immediately checked in and the Doctor immediately went to work on him. They explained everything that was going on and treated him well. He was admitted to icu, where he spent the next five days. Dr. Miller ( who I can’t say enough good things about ) was awesome from beginning to end. Unfortunately after three months passes, my dad is having issues, because of the care he received we took him back to this hospital. Again, they had him checked in, the nursing staff treated him with great care. The Doctor on duty was not what I had experienced at the previous visit so I can’t say I was happy with her. She only came in the room once and stuck her head in once. She didn’t explain anything to us. Never knew what was happening. Later he was admitted which would be around 4 am the next morning. Dr. Miller was with my dad by 6 am. The nurses took very good care of dad. He loves Ms. Dorsey. From that 4 am admit until today when we left, every single person we came in contact with was educated, I caring and super friendly. I am happy that our hospital is making some good changes. I pray that it continues to strive. We need this place in our town. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff for helping my dad live a little longer, thank you for caring about not just him but his children too. Keep up the good work.

Last month I was in the Camden ER and I was with a friend while they were providing him care. All of the nurses at the Camden ER were so professional and understanding. We were given quick and competent care. Leigh and Johnathon were some of the nurses we seen and they made sure we were taken care of. Glad we have a great facility like this in Camden.
