I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutes the nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place .
