I think I pissed off everyone that works here, but that's my stuff. Some of the best people I'll ever meet, even if just briefly like the speakers, I met this summer at the Plymouth House. Thank you specifically to David, to Adam, to Joe, to Hillary, to Carolee, to Tallya x a million, to the techs(Finn, Matt, Chelsea, Sam, Devin .. you really made me feel like it was okay when I was wigging out). And thank you to the monitors. There is always more work to be done, but I am sober. I make my bed everyday. I am grateful. ETA - thank you so much to the chefs, you pour your heart out and it shows. The boy from Alabama (Nate, I think?).. You are very talented, the boy that rocks the Atlanta gear, I was so impressed that you made donuts from scratch... But the female chef... Girl your knife skills and efforts are seen. It's a lot of work what yall are doing every day and I see you.

This place quite literally saved my life. I struggled for many years with substance abuse. I tried for several years to get clean on my own but was never successful. I have nothing but great things to say about the Plymouth House if you are serious about wanting to heal yourself. Detox and Rehab are never an easy decision. You know that you want to better yourself but the process is never an easy one. The staff and clinicians at PH are very understanding non judgemental. Some have been in the trenches at times which makes the care and help they offer much easier. The food is great and they are truly genuine across the board not to mention you couldn't ask for a more tranquil environment to heal yourself. No better place to assist you on your journey to recovery

The Plymouth House will always hold a special place in my heart and memory. It was my first treatment center and I am forever grateful for the respect and dignity I was treated with. I would love to come back and speak at an alumni meeting.

Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle. I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain. Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

Heartfelt Recovery Center is an awesome place to learn to love yourself and find your true self. I came to Green Mountain simply expecting to become sober and work on my mental health. Not only did I accomplish this but I grew spiritually and emotionally, forming both lifelong friends who I consider to be some of my most trusted loved ones and a healthy relationship with my higher power. The staff at the mountain are incredibly understanding and empathetic, both sharing their stories of recovery and actively listening to and helping with my own story of recovery. I am without a doubt a better person because of the twelve steps and Green Mountain, and am so thankful for the tools given to me and the time invested in my sobriety. Every single twelve step coordinator has a special place in my heart, each for a different reason. This is because they truly care about me as a person and my sobriety. Every single staff member on the mountain genuinely cares for all of their clients, or else they wouldn’t be in the field.

Based on my personal experience, I would 100% recommend GateHouse to anyone struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. I've been struggling with substance abuse for many years with bouts of sobriety in between. I've seen my fair share of treatment center. None, in my opinion, compare to GateHouse. 1. The clinical team is top notch and go above and beyond to help educate clients and teach them new coping skills to ensure their success in recovery. Hunter (my clinician) met with me weekly and was a rock for me during times of uncertainty. She listens without judgement, shares based on experience and offers suggestions on new ways to improve my mental health. 2. Josh (Clinical Director) is a prime example of his profession. He has successfully helped my fiance and I work through past traumas, stemmed from our use, in weekly one-on-one Couple's Therapy sessions. There have been times where I've met with Josh when I was unsure of something and he's eager to be helpful. He leaves the door to his office wide open for clients. That says so much and I have a lot of respect for him and what he does for this community. 3. The curriculum is outstanding. It's informative, educational and absolutely attainable if put to use. Clinicians facilitate these groups, breaking the information down so that everyone has an understanding of what is being taught. I always leave Brittney and Geno's groups with a different, more positive perspective and new skills to practice in my daily affairs to better myself as a woman in recovery. 4. GateHouse Case Managers advocate for their clients and take time with each one in setting up aftercare plans and relapse prevention plans. They truly care for the success of their clients. Marcus (my Case Worker) has helped me attain appointments that better served my health. He has educated me on sober living and my options all while encouraging me to make choices that will be best for me. He's an amazing person and I'm grateful I was assigned to him upon my arrival at GateHouse. 5. During my stay at GateHouse, Couple's Therapy Group was formed, held once a week and facilitated by Geno. This group was crucial for my fiance and I and our road to healing. It was a safe space to connect with other couples who have gone through similar situations as us and gain new perspectives. Geno taught us new coping skills, constructive and healthy ways to communicate with one another, boundaries and how to ease ourselves back into our children's lives in the most caring and loving way. GateHouse's decision to incorporate this group into their program has benefited my fiance, myself and many more clients. 6. The BHT Staff are the absolute best that I've ever encountered. They too are working their own programs in recovery and have a personal understanding of what clients are experiencing. It's much easier for me, as an alcoholic, to listen to a fellow alcoholic rather than someone who doesn't have personal experience with substance abuse. Every staff member has their own amazing, unique qualities that make them an absolute asset to GateHouse. There's not one of them that isn't helpful, personable, and (most importantly to me) willing to hold you accountable in a loving, caring way so that you have the opportunity to better yourself. Personally, I believe they deserve a raise. They offer so much more to GateHouse other than their job duties. They have the ability to connect with clients based on their experiences inside and other side of work. Each one is a walking symbol of Hope and that the program does work, if you work it. All in all, I've had an amazing experience with GateHouse and feel that I have the tools that I need to start the next chapter in my recovery. Thank you GateHouse friends! My name is Kenneth Caudill, I entered GateHouse three months ago. In that time frame I learned more about myself and my addiction then I ever thought possible. I was scared and nervous at first with me being a first time treatment guy. Upon entering gate house you meet the caring and in touch ppl you'll ever meet. They don't look at you like a dollar sighn, they look at you like a human being and a person. The respect and kindness is unbelievable to say the least. I was just an addict and alcoholic who messed up and came thru there doors, but they made me feel right at home and like a person. The staff there will walk you thru the steps explaining everything to you as you go. They help you get comfortable and really at ease in the halls. They make sure they help you with all your needs from dentistry to EBT to eye glasses and so much more. They truly are an amazing bunch of genuine human beings. The instructors there are all well qualified and for me geniuses far beyond what I can see. There not only there to help you recognize your addiction and how to deal with it on an everyday basis. But to lend yiu an ear when yiu need it, or talk to you when things aren't going well. The techs are just as super amazing, friendly humerous and always willing to listen or poke jokes to make you smile. From transporting to UAs to just being genuine human beings the techs rock.... My thoughts " I said to myself. Im scared and I cant do this" Collin said "bro you can, I got you " Tab sealed the deal by saying we're happy your here, this is where you will get better" I believed them both. I hold the house staff aka techs high up there not just be ause I was a client but because I had a band of brothers willing and able to help me when I was lost" Between all of the techs at the houses and clinical, the instructors at clinical to the upper management all around I could not be more genuine then screaming "THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME" I will never forget any of you and I appreciate you 10,000 percent... I have had amazing experiences here, I’ve learned new ways and skills to cope my addiction to alcohol. I’m still in treatment here, and I would like to share with you all how I’ve been treated and how I will continue to be treated. The staff are amazing they are always there to help with anything; talking about things, if u need to get it off your chest, getting you what u need to be successful. I have a few favorite staff, those people include; Kyle Haskell, Collin Darby, and Wayne Theriault. These staff members have helped me on my journey to recovery, and will continue to do everything in their power to help me get to where I need to be to be able to stand on my two feet.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. When brother Justin shared his testimony on more than one occasion I felt and heard the Holy spirit speak through him, he has truly inspired me and many others to " Never give up because there is a way". I will forever be grateful to my Heavenly Father for working through these beautiful people who have helped take me out of the darkness. I love them and plan on going back to share my testimony of my further progress in my Recovery journey.

I was so upset that I had to be at TGH but it turned out to be an amazing experience! I needed to be there in the exact time that I was there. This place did a lot for me. The staff there made me feel so welcomed, loved, and safe! They played a huge part in my journey there and will forever be grateful!

I attended NFA 5 years ago. It was my first time getting sober at 22 years old. NFA is where I started my journey. Although I cant speak to how the facility is now, I can speak to what it once way. My case manager Andy was very helpful and he heard me out. The facility itself was very basic, lots of meetings, enough free time for smoke breaks and basketball. The food was pretty good from what I remember. I will say there was a lot of medication, (sometimes meds that I feel like we didn't need but was given anyways). I was in inpatient for 2 weeks and the last two weeks was a house off property where we got phone access and got to make our own meals, which was a great transition. Overall, I would say that my experience was pretty good. I am still sober today...5 years later. I think that to be successful in staying sober you need aftercare, no one stays sober after 30-45 days of inpatient. A sober house afterwards is a necessity. Hope this helps!

I am eternally grateful for Canterbury behavioral health, especially for Jenn Rocha. When I admitted, I was at the lowest point in my life, hopeless, scared, and vulnerable, I had nothing left to give and no hope for the future. Jenn Rocha literally saved my life. If it hadn't been for her holding hope for me when I had none, supporting me, encouraging me, coaching, advocating, cheering me on and pushing me in the ways I needed to be pushed, with love support and encouragement, I would not have stayed and gotten the help I so desperately needed. Everything that could go wrong did, and her support and guidance helped me find a glimmer of hope again. She loved me unconditionally at my lowest, without judgement, when I needed it the most. Her genuine desire to help, and her authenticity gave me the most beautiful gift of learning to trust again. She will be forever in my heart for everything she did for me, and there are no words that are powerful enough to express my gratitude for her and everything she did for me. Yes, the program works if you work it, but it works even better with the compassion of the staff that work at Canterbury. It is truly a blessing to finally have a residential program for mental health in NH. From the top down, the staff genuinely care and want to help, and it is an amazing program. I hope to never need it again, however if I ever do, this is where I will go.

The place changed my life great staff BHA, Chris, clinician Chris, BHA, Trevor and Wanda as well as clinician Ashley for a huge part in my recovery as well as the alumni coordinator Krystal, who always had fun activities for us to do and I always appreciate it when she came in and helped out When things got a little overwhelming for each of us. I highly recommend this place to anybody that wants to get clean and recover from their past drug used and trauma

The antrim house helped save my life. the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to try and help you. There isnt a staff memeber there that i didnt like. They truly want the best for you Thanks to the antrim house I have all the tools I need to stay sober and i now have a second chance if anyone needs to go to a Rehab I totally recommend going to the antrim house I guarantee you will have a wonderful experience like I did. by the time you leave your gonna be sad and not want to say good bye. Discover Health Group has been a wonderful experience in providing a warm welcoming space as well as multiple resources in addiction treatment. I would highly recommend Discover Health to anyone fighting substance abuse.

Can't say enough good things about this place. When they say you are family they mean it. I went through their program three times and finally got it and graduated. Greg and Jenna are the most amazing and caring owners, and the staff is awesome too. James doing sound bowls, Kerri being a kick ass counselor and the list goes on and on. If you want to find somewhere that you can call home, and truly enjoy the process of recovery, this is the place!

I had been sober for 9 years, taking Suboxone but it was all a lie. I relapsed and everything came crashing down. I went to jail, almost caught a serious charge, was getting evicted from my apartment, my car ready to be repossessed and my life just seemed to spiral out of control. I was on the verge of suicide. I decided to go back to the methadone clinic and start IOP. My journey of healing began. It's just a slip, I will get back up even stronger than before. I know now who is important in my life and who isn't. If I want to change I need to start healing and loving myself first. Something I've never done, everyone else was first. Now it's time for me to be number one. My life matters I don't want to die.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!!! I've been in treatment for a little over a year sober for 3 months now started attending IOP which is offered at the clinic and that led me on the path to being completely drug free thanks to all the support that's offered I can finally say LIFE is AMAZING!!! Thank you NEW SEASONS truly this place has changed my life for the BEST ! I have clean sober friends now I highly recommend attending some type of group the support you get between the consulers and the clients is unbelievable ! Kelsey, Trevor , Kelly, Joanne, Rose and Bobby thank you ALL for taking the time and dedication to help with my sobriety the lessons you all have taught me will last a lifetime !
