The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.

I’ve been to both Tallahassee Locations and I must say hands down by far this location is 1000000 times better than the other location….. this location is the most professional it is also the fastest even at times when a line has built up it’s just never slow the staff is always able to help each individual patient thoroughly while still keeping each individual happy with their fast pace treatment…. I must say even at a time when this location is understaffed only having one nurse it is still hands down 1 million times better than the other Tallahassee location… that nurse deserves the biggest applause and congratulations for how well she is able to operate under stress by herself and still keeping each individual 100% satisfied well done New season!- Cole Yarbrough

This organization transformed my brothers life. He was lost in a drug addiction life for most of his life, until he found God in this center. My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. I was there from October 2023 to April 2024 to be honest it beat jail but that's about it. Their wasn't much they knew what to do with us. Get up early walk to breakfast. come back have a 15 minute group with your "word of the day.." then do random chores that some of the residents take pride in and all serious. When it hardly does anything just keep us busy. A nicotine group and then lunch. after this they either walk us to the gym or have another pointless group. By dinner people are getting back from work and then there's a 2 hour or so night group. I never got a job while I was there because they were afraid for me to work near smoke shops SMH.... I was really just there to please the court and not go to prison. To be honest I give it a 4 star because they really do try. if I was would've been there to get sober like others that I knew were there itd probably work...

I am a graduate from back in like 1982, there were 6 other graduates in my group, it wasn't easy but I learned some important life lessons and how to positively manipulate situations rather than negative manipulation or other behaviors. I got my GED and graduated highschool there. I left and while still a teenager a studied insurance and became very successful. I think much of it was due to what I learned there.

This treatment center is wonderful. Joanna counsells from a place of empathy, wisdom and experience. No judgment, just truth and facts. I’m knowledgeable when it comes to living healthy, etc. However, she taught me things I didn’t know or hear about regarding what alcohol actually does to your body, cells, your brain mapping, mental and emotional wellness. I didn’t drink much before, but I’ve decided I really don’t need it in my life. I’m so happy and fortunate to have met her and her daughter, Beth. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We celebrated my fiancés birthday and they allowed us to bring in a cake on visitation day. Group counseling is also very helpful and i am able to learn on how to help your significant other/family member in this important change. You are able to speak freely in sessions on topics. I'm giving them a 5 because the receptionist went out of her way to get my daughter setup in the system because the online patient intake DOES NOT WORK do not waste your time. I've been waiting since last year for a call back. It's been a week so far this time but she said 2 weeks for someone to reach out they're understaffed and loom for help.

I’m not sure why this hospital have two stars but goddamnit I’m gonna be the first person to give it 10 stars. MY DOCTOR was top-tier as Sweet and understanding and doctor son had the most sweetest spirit and he was understanding the night. Staff is top-tier and they make me laugh while I was having a mental breakdown beyond exhaustion. I really enjoyed my stay there and I met Some beautiful strong women who’s more stronger than me I really really like MY DOCTOR and I hope to see him again If life gets too much for me, I needed to take a break for my busy life just to deal with my emotions And staff got them together for me. I’m glad I have A place to go when I’m Overwhelmed and the staff is so respectful the daytime staff in the night I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews …… I wish I would’ve stayed longer just to be with MY DOCTOR nevertheless, I’m giving them 10 star …. Because MY DOCTOR is top-tier
