Coming into Treehouse PDX I was missing the mental tools needed to treat my trauma that led to my drinking. I didn’t know how to cope and realized that I wasn’t like normal people who drink. I drank to fill a hole. However with being in the PHP program, I got a lot of the help I was looking for. With great leadership and counseling they helped me get back to a place where I can heal. Where I can now use these tools and build a life that I can call healthy and be inspired by. The house itself is a lot nicer than what I think people may expect. The Facility itself for me is great! (I don’t go to the gym so I don’t have much to compare to, so it feels top notch to ME). We work out for about 4 hours every weekday. Running, Yoga (aka “Joga”), MMA padwork, pickleball and more. The counseling is amazing. The team definitely makes you feel like you’re getting 1 on 1 care, even considering the amount of clients they have. This is my first and I believe last treatment center I will be attending. But I think this is the BEST. I’ve heard from other people in the sober community who have had more experience than I do and they never fail to tell me about what a privilege I have in being in Treehouse. Thank you to Treehouse Staff, My Brothers and Team! I’m happy to say I’ve made lifelong connections while on this lifelong journey of healing.

My time at treehouse recovery changed my whole trajectory in life. It’s rare that anyone give themselves a chance to hit stop and spend 3 months dedicated to only growth and healing from the past. I will always look at treehouse as the pivotal point when I decided to do what I needed for myself. I can’t stress enough how amazing this program is. I have seen so many men come in different stages of spiritual decomposition and leave glowing and empowered with new purpose and strength. 100/10.

I entered Hooper on Jan 20th, 2025 and here it is April 13th 2026, and in 7 short days I will be celebrating 15 months clean and sober!!! My experience at Recovery Village has truly been life-changing, and I will forever be grateful for the people who made such a huge impact on my recovery. Hannah is an incredible group facilitator. She has a way of making every group meaningful, engaging, and something I genuinely looked forward to. She is compassionate, understanding, funny, and truly cares about the people she works with. You can tell that she puts her whole heart into what she does, and she has made a lasting impact on me. Allison, my one-on-one therapist, was absolutely amazing and life-changing. She created a space where I felt safe enough to be completely honest, even when it was uncomfortable. She helped me work through things I had been carrying for a long time and gave me tools and perspectives that I will continue to use long after leaving treatment. I am incredibly grateful I had her as my therapist. I also want to recognize Jay, Lindsey, Randi, Kathy, and Jared, who are all incredible BHTs. Marisa is exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond for us. Whether it was listening when we needed someone, helping us through difficult moments, making us laugh when we needed it, or simply being there day after day, they made a huge difference in my experience. Their patience, compassion, and dedication did not go unnoticed. And a huge thank you to Angie, Toni, Whitney, and Dale, who are absolutely amazing nurses. This is an amazing place. I felt at home here. From all of the nurses, BHTs, counselors, medical staff, chefs, maintenance - I was completely taken care of. Pacific Crest is a very comfortable and peaceful detox program. The staff there were very compassionate and understanding. Being that they were very knowledgeable about my specific addictions, my detox process was smoother than I expected. I was able to detox from my addictions in a humane manor. It is heartwarming to have a team of dedicated support for those struggling with substance misuse in finding their way back to themselves! In particular Jolena who was able to provide individualized support and reassurance regarding transitioning my loved one into a step down program where he is fully taken care of and supported. Jolena exercised genuine empathy with the utmost of intentions in making a necessary transition flawlessly happen. This is a good place to begin your journey and general understanding of what it takes to walk the path of getting clean and bettering yourself as a person. This is an amazing treatment center. A staff that are both well trained and genuinely care about their clients! This is a community that incorporates really awesome outings, meditation and has a great nutritionist. I found a life in recovery there and recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate healing!

This place made a big difference for my child, and that is all that really matters to me. I will say, they could have HUGE improvements in parent involvement, parent education, and family therapy. At times, they seemed almost anti- parent, which seems to me to be a strange approach to recovery. My ex and I were left on completely different pages as to next steps for our child. They should take a note from Clementine which has great support for parents. But, my child is doing well, and I'm thankful.

Wanted to thank the staff and everyone who was in here at the same time as me. I didn't come here entirely on my own free will, but because I was kind of cornered into it by my therapist. And I wasn't happy about putting my life on hold to be here. But now I see why she really wanted me to go. I had no previous experience with programs like this and didn't know what to expect. And you can bet I doubted everything every step of the way. I still do in some areas. But the longer I was there, the more I saw a difference and realized why things are done the way they are. I got a lot out of the program in the relatively short time I was there and have seen a big difference in my eating and thinking. And also in my physical health and brain. My memory has really noticeably improved and so has how I feel physically. And I've felt so much calmer and happier compared to before I went in. Turns out eating consistently helps you not feel like you're in fight or flight all the time, who would have thought haha.

this has been the best eating disorder treatment center i have been in! yes, they did make me eat food and not engage in behaviors but i don’t feel the need to anymore! lauren has been very helpful to my recovery! she deserves a raise for all the work she puts in. anyone can see how passionate she is about her job! ari is an amazing therapist! amanda is doing an AMAZING job as clinical director! she is determined and dedicated to helping others live eating disorder free! all the staff is amazing and wonderful! 10/10 would recommend! #edfree

I graduated from this place 5 years ago still sober today gave me all the tools necessary for a life without drugs they took us to trail blazer games snowboarding beach trips laser tag all kinds of stuff haven’t been there in sometime but when I was there it showed you what you could have if you stayed clean ,,,, I’ve been to 3 different rehabs and this is the one place I completed so hats off

My experience at Lifeline Connections was both meaningful and challenging. I’m grateful for the support and tools I received during treatment, but there were also experiences that were difficult for me. While in treatment, I was called a racial slur by another participant who had already been discharged but returned to pick up belongings. I was disappointed that, after responding with “okay,” I was placed on a 5-day phone restriction. I felt that the situation could have been handled differently and that my perspective deserved more consideration. Overall, Lifeline was an important part of my recovery journey, and I’m thankful for the things I learned and the people who genuinely supported me.
