The staff are very polite and understanding around my addiction to alcohol. In particular my case manager Scott quickly identified my direction for treatment in conjunction with his team. The therapy, group and individual really got to the bottom of what made me abuse substances. I learned so much about myself. I was given tools that will help me navigate in the real world. Not just platitudes but real strategies. The facility is fabulous. I’ve taken yoga classes. I’ve had acupuncture. I returned to working out in the great gym they have. There’s every kind of art supplies you could ask for. Together with healthy meals and unlimited snacks it’s the total package. I haven’t mentioned the community. You meet people who are going through the same things you are . I made friends. If life isn’t what you want it to be because of substance abuse and you want to do a restart please walk in their door. God bless Michael Clinton 1 year ago I have had the honor of being accepted into the program, the class and meeting are well put together, they do have the skills you need to be successful in your recovery, you just need to be completely focused on your recovery and dedicate yourself to that, because if you don't the program will not work. I sit back and watch women complain and iI see them same women not fully applying themself to the program, if you want something to work you have to read and do what the instructions say or you're not going to get it right, and you tend to blame the program. 1st I believe the consistent use of the cell phones are a major distraction to our recovery while we are here, there are unit phones that can be used. Also, the rules need to be enforced more and taken serious by the clients, the disrespect between the clients are childish in this moment, so staff are in high stress due to the disrespect they receive by the clients, please don't believe all the wrong things you here about this program. While it’s primarily group therapy focused, Sheri was an excellent facilitator (and therapist) for the group (and on an individual basis, as well). If you need support regarding mental health and/or overcoming substance use, this is the best facility in the area for PHP/IOP. From the first day, you can tell the faculty actually cares and wants you to succeed in overcoming any challenges you face regarding mental health/substance use. Michele stays on top of refills—something that’s been a major issue with other providers I’ve had in the past. She knows how critical it is to not miss doses and ensures her patients don’t have to go without. Beyond medications, she offers thoughtful, holistic guidance—encouraging good sleep, nutrition, therapy, and attention to one's environment, all of which impact mental health. She sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and her approach reflects deep empathy and understanding. Michele recently moved into a new, calm, and bright office space, which she now shares with a small, stable team. The environment is private, peaceful, and easily accessible—but what matters most to me is that Michele herself is accessible. I don’t have to go through multiple layers of staff just to get help. That direct connection is invaluable. Over the years, she’s supported me through one of the hardest times of my life—emotionally, physically, and mentally. She never dismisses my concerns and always offers encouragement, especially on tough days when I’m doubting myself as a mom or struggling with chronic health issues. She reminds me that I’m doing my best and that things will get better. I’m especially grateful for her flexibility—offering telehealth when getting to the office is tough and allowing me to bring my child when needed.
