I was there inpatient and is not as bad as this ppl make seem to be those it needs a few improvements yes but the staff and management do what they can with the amount of ppl is in there. I'm glad I was able to be in this place it save my live

Some of these posts are BS the treatment at Rhodes is very good. They also have a good rate of recovery. God bless

Great Dr. Great social worker. Great nurses and great mental health staff. They care and it shows.

I am a recent graduate of this program. I referred myself because of serious depression, anxiety, and alcohol overuse. The staff is wonderful - attentive, caring people who have lived what you’re going through. I think almost everyone would benefit from more insight and tools to deal with life’s difficulties.

Excellent service provided by empathetic/qualified staff. Efficient medication management. Great community support system.

My husband moved in a week ago. The staff made sure he felt comfortable and continue to make sure he is adjusting well. All of the therapists and nurses have been amazing. The facility is the cleanest nursing facility I have ever been in. You can see the pride in the building starting with the owner, Richard, through the management, nurses, cna’s, kitchen, laundry and house keeing!

This is one of the nicest, cleanest, friendlyist places I have ever visited. My niece is here for rehab. She says it's a great place to stay. They really care about their patients. If you or a family member/friend needs rehab or other assistance that they provide, please do not hesitate to come here. 😁

The phone and computer seemed more important to the caregiver when speaking with whom it doesn’t feel genuine but aye who is perfect

I want to thank the entire team at the Glastonbury Rushford office for helping me navigate this new chapter in my life of recovery. I was so lost and broken until I made the call to get help with my addiction. It was not easy making this life changing decision but with the help and guidance from everyone at Rushford I am now 10 months clean! I am very grateful for everyone that has helped put my life back together. The clinician’s are very knowledgeable and the entire program works if you are ready to surrender. Thank you Matt, MaryAnne, Morgan, Nicole, and Adria for helping me in my recovery. It’s always nice walking into the Glastonbury Rushford office and being greeted with a big smile from Andrea, she does a fantastic job of managing the entire facility. Rushford Glastonbury truly has something special going with their evening IOP program. Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with has gone the extra mile to help me in my journey. From the director, to the clinicians, to the provider, to the administrators. The evening clinicians are extremely insightful and kind. I have worked with many clinicians over the years and have never made progress like I have with the ones at Rushford Glastonbury. The provider has worked with me closely to get me back on track with my medications. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wonderful programs full of caring, patient, and respectful clinicians. Their IOP program was top notch. Rushford also has an in-house medication provider that was very accessible and responsive to patient needs. Highly recommend Rushford for anyone looking for a new way of life 🙏❤️

This an amazing program. If it wasn't for Sstarbirth I would have never got my son back home with me. Ms. Joann is such a kind soul . All the employees were so caring and really want you to succeed. If your serious about your recovery and want to also be a mom this is the program for you.

I don't mind therapy at all and with the staff they've ave there it's easier than I expected. All the staff there are great and helpful

Had an excellent, easy going intake with Kassion (forgive me if I misspelled it lol) and the reception desk ladies also made the process smooth and not stressful.

Although I do not care for the current administration, there is NO better place to rebuild your life! Food, clothing, Counseling and recreation is provided at NO cost! The ARC (rehab part) is spotless. As far as getting stuff for "free" people forget it needs to be picked up, sorted,hung and priced ..Not to mention, do you have any idea how much Garbage they get?? There dump bills are astronomical because so many treat it as a dump! I can also tell you this , 90 percent on every dollar is spent on Charitable causes!! God bless the Salvation army

I was at Steppingstone in 1998! I had my issues with them. Plenty. But, i stuck it out, moved into a grad apartment after almost a year in the phase 1 and 2 houses and got thrown out on my ass for a positive for opiates urine. False positive. My Stepingstone Sisters all pitched in so i had the $35 (in change)for a restest. and instead of another test they retested the same tainted sample. So i was thrown out. I have my suspucions a sto what happened but i got to see karma hand look e that! It made me even stronger. I stayed sober. And guessed where I worked for 2 years after being thrown out? Yup. Stepingstone Woman's House. The person i think was responsible for my dirty urine had gotten the boot and i gladly worked there in the office. And, I made sure i treated every single woman with kindness, respect and compassion and i think i was well liked and respected by most. I remember Richie before he was mgr. I knew him. I knew his gif look friend at the time too. I don't know if he's there now but i saw his name mentioned. So, my point is this: Dont bite your nose off to spite your face. You're there for yourself. Sure there are some anal orafices around but who are they to you in the long run...nobody. Focus on yourself and your sobriety. Then get out and live your lives as best you can. I don't ever wanna go back to that miserable, degrading life again. Do you? I don't ever wanna live at Steppingstone or any other halfway house ever again and get pushed around and bullied at times. I will never be told when to go to bed, when I wake up, when and where I eat I'm here to tell you that you don't have to ever again. It's up to you. Your adults. Plus i can tell you right now from reading some of these whose sober and who isn't. Don't hang with the losers. You know who they are. Good luck.

The women’s program in Fall River has helped me so much. At first I thought it was too strict with too many rules but there’s definitely a reason for all of them. Staying in the program for one year then moving to the grad house for 11 months helped me alot with getting back on a schedule and living a normal life. I will forever be grateful for this place and the awesome staff that helped me along the way.
