I was so impressed with the workers assigned to my daughter. Amanda and Abbey. They helped bring my daughter out of a very dark place. Amanda was there for both her and myself day and night. Helped me navigate the school system. Abbey was right along side with her. My daughter has gained so much confidence and trust and respect for herself and others, they taught me how to communicate with my daughter in a positive way. This place is awesome. My husband and I used to go to the clinic in Florida and the difference is literally night and day. From the way they do their intake, which in Florida would take up to 8 hours sometimes longer, to the way they treat their patients, by which I mean that they actually care and treat us with respect. Staff is ok nursing def needs some help although Kelly does a great job but they burn her out with no help at all I am on my third Counciler but it seems like they got it together with the new director other than that I’ve had one issues since being there and it was handled right away

We have been in EI with KDC from 2 months and just aged out at 3 years old! We have worked consistently with 3 therapist and each one of them was amazing ! We enjoyed play groups , music class , sessions in the community. I don't have enough good things to say about this center

I wanted to leave a big thank you to the Kennedy Donovan team who has been so incredible coming to my house and supporting my baby, who qualifies for early intervention. We are so lucky to have them. Every member of the team is so incredibly knowledgeable and has really been helpful in evaluating my son, strengths and areas of growth. They are extremely responsive, communicative, and reassuring. I wanted to leave this review as we were apprehensive about starting early intervention and I’m really thankful that we were referred by our doctors in this direction I’m glad we live in the district of the Kennedy Donovan Center.

There's a man named Joey that works there and he is just the light of the building. He is so nice and has an amazing heart and he's genuine not doing it bc it's his job. Joey please never leave because the light in that building will dim very dark. You're the light of the place Joey. I came to Bedrock on 28 April 2025 after struggling with addiction and alcohol abuse for many years. It was my third recovery. I didn’t have much hope that this one would work. I arrived. high sick and with a hangover. The intake process was simple enough and as soon as I got to the detox unit nurse Linda gave me medication to help with the detox. I was in detox for six days. it was bearable. Not enjoyable but bearable. After six days, I moved upstairs into a beautiful room. I shared a bathroom with two other girls and it was no problem. I stayed there for a total of 30 days. Those 30 days completely changed my life. At first, I didn’t believe in and didn’t trust my counselors or me. But with every day, my mind got clearer and some of what they said made sense. The medication’s helped. I’m not sure when or how but I started following the program and started doing the work and I got better. My counselor Jack was always available and I actually Started listening to him. I started trusting him.I started paying attention in group. I didn’t like what I heard -that this is lifelong and that I’ll have to do the hard work of recovery every day. But it got a little easier with every day and I started feeling better about life, about me , About a sober life. I made friends with some of the people in my group and found that I wasn’t alone with my pain, my doubts my disease. Playing ping-pong became a highlight of my days and painting became a place of peace for me. I had never painted before. I slept better and I woke up feeling good instead of guilty and ashamed. The cravings were manageable.. I cannot say enough about the techs at Bedrock. They were always available and went above and beyond to help us through difficult times and they also shared our successes with us. For real. The nurses were professional and supportive. My counselor Jack, and counselor math gave me concrete steps to follow to work my way out of a lifelong struggle. I followed those steps. Stacy and Nicole did fun activities with us and having fun sober was a new thing for me. They were wonderful. Arranging for my aftercare was not easy, but it got done. When I left after 36 days sober I started a PHP program the day after discharge. Now I’m in an IOP program once a week and I have 181 days sober and clean. Life is pretty damn beautiful. My marriage is better than it has ever been . The relationship with my children has been restored. I’m on step five and have a Sponsor in AA. I have a home group on Tuesday evenings and I look forward seeing them. The recovery work has become a natural part of my life. I live in a house now instead of a camper, and my stomach problems and headaches are gone. Bedrock saved my life my soul, my mind and I feel healthier than I have in decades. Have had two major surgeries at West Roxbury VA which includes all the testing, pre-op, post-op, etc. just recently had the second life saving surgery that went very professional, smooth and caring. Spectrum in weymouth MA is amazing. The clinical team there is second to none l. My quality of life has improved greatly after getting connected with this clinic. I couldn't imagine my life if I didn't have Alex, Derek, Gabby, and Kristin in my corner. The way that I have been built up to the person I want to be today not only makes me happy but also makes my family and the people around me happy. I tried about 7 times 2 come off of pain meds due to numerous surgeries since 1999 I was on 30 mg oxycodone which was the strongest you could get ! I was prescribed 12 a day!finally after being sick and tired of being sick and tired after my family being disgusted with me after being sick of being broke and everything that comes along with addiction which nothing good comes with addiction! I was on that medication from 1999 up until four years ago September 3rd of this year made 4 years clean!!! You have to be ready to quit and get clean for yourself so you need to put yourself above all Else for you and your own health once you're done with that then you work on repairing your relationships with your family and the people you hurt when you were using! So the final time that I went to norcap Lodge I got clean finally the dark cloud that constantly follows me around everyday was gone my life isn't perfect but I killed the addiction and I did it @Norcap for me & my little girl!

I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.
