This place is awesome. My husband and I used to go to the clinic in Florida and the difference is literally night and day. From the way they do their intake, which in Florida would take up to 8 hours sometimes longer, to the way they treat their patients, by which I mean that they actually care and treat us with respect. Would definitely 100% recommend to anyone who wants to get sober.

Amazing staff, nothing but help all through every process! Even when there was hiccups they did everything in there power to fix it! Much appreciated and all my thanks to HCRC!! ❤️

Staff is ok nursing def needs some help although Kelly does a great job but they burn her out with no help at all I am on my third Counciler but it seems like they got it together with the new director other than that I’ve had one issues since being there and it was handled right away

Great place when you're ready for the last step of your recovery action plan! Definitely clean 5 man units with 5 units in the building. Simple place, pay your rent, pass tests when given, 1 weekly mandatory house meeting and 3 outside AA or NA meetings a week. Definitely was the perfect place to finish my community living 6 stop action plan. Now I am moving to my own place with a perfect foundation. This has only been a few sessions as the parent but I’m grateful Jillian and Lauren will help my daughter and I through this process. Grief from trauma can be lifelong but with the right people helping you learn ways of living and growing through the trauma, it makes life easier. The space in my heart will always be empty without my mom but I’m grateful for these two amazing, compassionate and caring women to help my daughter through the loss of her Meme and best friend.

Jamie Chapman is an amazing therapist. She helped me change my life considerably. She has an amazing personality which I've never been able to find in any of my therapist ever. I had literally given up on trying to find the therapist until I found her. She is amazing and I look forward to seeing her every week.

This clinic is definitely the best I've experienced yet!! When I showed up they not only took care of me, but help me in many ways. The director helped me out with cab fare when I lost my wallet l,the nurses are very nice,and when I needed help they worked as a team.Thank you spectrum

I started seeing my therapist at Riverside in October of 2023. I see her every week face to face. She is wonderful. Very easy to talk to (which is rare for me). I am very comfortable with her. I feel very lucky and blessed to have been assigned to her care. Same goes for my Prescriber. Started seeing her in October of 2023. I meet with her face to face once a month. She also is wonderful. I feel lucky to have been assigned to her care. The women at the front desk are incredible. I am greeted by name and with a smile every time. I never thought I would like going for help...Boy-o-boy was I wrong. I absolutely love this place. Thank you everyone at Riverside for caring and helping me in my fight to get better. Geriatric staff on 4B were outstanding taking care of my wife!!!

I came to Good Sam's Same Day Surgery unit on Wednesday June 15th for a PICC line placement and first dose of antibiotics due to a severe case of Lyme Arthritis. Everyone, including the nurses in the cath lab were outstanding. A special shout out to Joan in SDS, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Thanks

Our visit was in an ambulance so we were taking in right away. However, the staff was great. They were kind very attentive. The place was clean. The atmosphere was much better than previous visits when it was under Stuart medical.

I have to say, I'm pretty happy with this place. Of course, I don't have anything else to compare it to, but it seems pretty good to me. The wait times are usually not too bad either.

Was a great clinic and honestly has great staff other then DR.Skip. I ve never been talked down and felt so disrespected and belittled by a doctor like the way he does and the only way we can stop him is by filing grievances . Please if you have an issue with him don't just let it go. File a grievance with the clinic and the board health. The world doesn't need doctors like him. Some states will not let him practice due to his past behavior , RI should take his liscence as well

This is the place if you’re really struggling and need some outside help. The rules are pretty simple. However my big Downside is this is a for profit company. For the 80 or so they get from each patient it should be invested into quality case workers. I’m not saying they are all bad but I’ve been here for about 5 or so years, and I’ve just been given my 7th case worker granted only 5 we’re supposed to be permanent. The case worker I just finally got Is the only one you’ve hired that has personal experience.

Riverside has changed my life I cannot speak for no one else but Riverside has became my family, I was lost. I still make mistakes but riverside never gave up on me even when I did! It’s hard work but like they say you can bring a horse to the water but can’t make him drank it! You have to want to change. After almost 4 years of trial, error going to hospitals. It added up and I have a beautiful apartment, a good head on my shoulders, and the power to know that I can change tomorrow there is hope. That is what I’ve learned from them, for not giving up on me that life is hard, stressful!! But you are stronger because you been through all that and still here. Thank you riverside I’m so grateful even though your probably tired of hearing me say it all the time. Thank you so much! The love from you guys is overwhelming it’s Foreign to me because I never experienced that feeling. I just want to share my story! ❤️

Very professional doctors & psychiatrists however, one of the few current "doctors" who prescribe medication has now changed to a registered Nurse Practitioner. This person's main specialization is in Gerontology, which by definition is "The study of the physical aspects of aging, as well as the mental, social and societal implications of aging." I don't know about anyone else, but as a 24 year old I'm not sure how I would feel about being prescribed medication by someone who isn't a doctor/psychiatrist.

Therapist is very knowledgeable, capable, empathic and accepting.

My friend had his first visit with Naomi Raymond..a telehealth visit. It went very well and we were very happy with the visit and the provider. She was very thorough and explained things in detail. Highly recommend! Looking forward to next visit. 2nd visit was excellent also!

Bounced three different times on the phone. No one could help me. They just told me to get a therapist. In conclusion they are not helpful a very short with you. I wouldn’t even waste your time because no one cares about you there.

I don’t know what this place is but they litterally let someone OD IN THE PARKING LOT when we called to tell them there was a man laying there face down they said “ oh we are aware of it” and let him die. Not sure what kind of business this is but they didn’t send any help

I recently had my first appointment here in order to receive counseling and mental health services. I had a very positive experience. The office is made up of a very kind and helpful staff that went out of their way to help meet my needs. I left feeling hopeful that I will receive quality services from a professional and empathetic staff.

Ive been going to Norton since 2018. Amazing people who care and genuinely want to help you. From the people working the front desk to the people in the back. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. A wonderful place.

I love St Jude I attended the Mountain location that was in Wells, NY- wouldn’t trade what I was taught for anything. Their program uses science and a genuine look at life regarding both what worked and what didn’t about all of the choices I made. I don’t believe daily declarations that we are “powerless” offer much growth like other modalities. I’m in long term recovery for 8+ yrs and I’m not anonymous, nor ashamed or regretful bc I can own every choice. It was a combo of St Jude’s and Landmark courses combined. I highly recommend if you or someone you know, has frequent relapses and 12 step places haven’t made a lasting impact, or if you’re someone who appreciates the rational and science behind our behaviors. I will say, I did my assignments , procrastinated at some, but I did them. I didn’t have anything to lose and I went in there disbelieving anything could have me believe that I could live happy without CM. I didn’t want to go at all lol! Back then it took hell and high water to get me on a plane, (I missed flight on more than 1 occasion) but Im so grateful I did eventually get on the flight and make it there. Best advice from Rit Santelli… “Don’t give up what you want most, for what you want in the moment”- I had triggers when I got home to Tx back then, but I knew what was happening and what I wanted most mattered more.

Went Here like 15 years ago,it was awful we were getting high the hole time, left with a boy I was sleeping with while I was at the house , anyway after years more of crazy addiction and 8 years in prison I've been clean like 6 years now but don't go here. Unless your not exactly serious...
