I just completed treatment at SGRC and the staff, the friends I gained, the preparation for the world outside of the bubble of a safe space is all top notch. I am absolutely grateful to be a newly minted alumn of St. Gregory. If you are searching for help, no matter WHERE you are in the country, they work with your insurance, help with travel, and make you feel that you belong there. I found myself at St. Gregory and I look forward to hopefully work with SGRC as an alumni speaker in the future for many clients. Love you guys! Thank you for having my back in my darkest hours. ~Angel~

St. Gregory's changed my life! I am so grateful for the staff and the program. I graduated about 1 1/2 months ago and already my life has improved drastically. I highly recommend calling them and giving it a try if you are ready to get help.

Making the call to St. Greg’s was one of the hardest things I have ever done. But I spoke to an intake woman there that made me feel so comfortable and supported that right there on the phone with her, I made the choice to see it through and get home. St. Gregory’s is a fantastic place. The intake process can seem overwhelming but if you’re lucky enough to get Kassidy, she’s amazing. She is the reason I finally made the decision to help myself. The entire staff there are so amazing and caring. Thank you to all of you for all that you do. God bless you

Hey there, my name is Annabella. I was just at this place last week for a mental health regulation. Sure, there is staff everywhere that can’t be the best. However, my experience was amazing. I owe them big time! Thank you for all the support that was given here, it will positively impact me forever, I love you all three girls there so very much! ♾️❤️ Thank you again!♾️🙏 I know if I ever—ever have another issue, I will definitely be in contact with these people. Overall I've had good service from my practitioner. I mainly go to the pain management clinic. Megan is great! Very professional and easy to talk to. A few years ago, I had physical therapy there with I think it was Chris, not real sure but he was easy to work with. The only thing that I really don't like is how far it is. Now, I have mobility issues and know I wouldn't be able to walk all that way, so I choose to go elsewhere. Another issue I had was with one of the doctors at the Cityville clinic. He kept on insisting that I was faking my breathing problems, because he didn't understand what I was trying to say. They put me in a room, and I waited for 2 hours, all while having a difficult time breathing and on top of that, I started to have a panic attack. I had to call my boyfriend that was waiting outside in the car to bring me a rescue inhaler and my anxiety medication. After I calmed down a bit, I told the nurse I was leaving. I even think the doctor claimed I was only there at the clinic to get meds. He claimed I was showing signs of med seeking behavior. Uh-huh, I call BS, NEVER! I HAVE NEVER sought out medication from an Urgent Care Clinic or an ER because of a habit. All I know is, I think that was the last time I went to that clinic. Also, the Dental Clinic - Who has the time to sit at the dentist for a "wish you the best of luck-cattle call" to see if you make it on the magical list to be seen that morning/day? Absolutely ridiculous! Come on- can't you do better than that? But as I started out with for the most part, I've had good experiences.

Broadlawns has done amazing things for me in both their Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic and even more maybe in Physical Therapy. I have been to PT there 4 times for 4 separate issues. (I have a chronic illness.) I have also done physical therapy elsewhere several times and twice before for one of the same issues at another provider. Broadlawns PT blows them all out of the water. I have received life-changing physical therapy for pain I have tried to manage for years ta none of this other PT seemed to touch. Before Broadlawns I had started to think PT was useless and now it has made a huge difference in my life!

I have been going to UCS for over 10 years now for everything from medication assisted treatment to mental health care to getting a check up. I felt the need to write a review because I have noticed a significant change in the way patients are being treated and it is amazing to see that they are no longer putting a focus on punitive ideology and instead are listening to the reason for the trouble they are having. It is very refreshing to see. I also have a Human Services degree and a focus on getting my CADC certification so I can help people who are now going through what I spent years of my life trying to get past. I have seen a shift from the status quo and punishment for cannabis related issues. Which is also a big reason I am able to cope with PTSD and not even think about taking another painkiller for my own reasons. I hope that I can see a further bridging of the disconnect that still remains within the treatment community between patients and caregivers. It is a good start UCS!! THANK YOU FOR LISTENING TO US!!

I was blessed to be able to come to St Gregory Recovery Center for help with alcohol addiction. I am over one year sober now thanks to the caring and knowledgeable staff. Their approach is evidence based and scientific, but also faith based. I experienced God working in my life to help take away my urges to drink and change my thought patterns. I also learned to live the 7 virtues with a great group of peers who all supported each other! Thanks to what I learned at St. Gregory, with a clear and sober head I am able to address and “fix” other flaws and weaknesses as well. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

The only bad thing about this place is that its hard to set up an appointment. They almost never answer their phones. That said, once you get in, there is some wonderful staff. First I'd like to thank Tyler Curtis. She is a nurse there. And I came to her with a health issue that has become a major insurance hurdle for me, long story short. Tyler not only listened to every concern I have, attentively, but she then proccessed to go out of her way to correct a bunch of issues I was having with the above described problem. She also helped rearrange things so that I could see the right doctor (I was actually scheduled for the wrong doctor). Not only that, but she got me in the very next day after this mishap. Tyler is a great nurse and, from what I can tell, she is an even better human being. There are two ladies at the front desk who have also gone out of their way to help me in recent weeks. One is a woman who usually wears rainbow colored glasses. The other is a Latino/Asian woman who usually checks people in. In the last couple of weeks, both of these ladies have gone out of their way to help me resolve the red tape issues regarding the surgery I need. They have printed files for me, rescheduled things for me, and done all kinds of other things to help he through this health/red tape issue I am having. I wish I could remember their names but I can't. Finally there is Dr Lashelle Goody. This was my first time meeting her. She, like Tyler Curtis before her, listened to all my concerns and health issues attentively and carefully. To make a long story short, she then proceeded to help set me up with a number of appointments that should lead to be getting the surgery I need. We talked for a long time and she was fully committed to helping me. It seems she went the extra mile for me as well. I wish I could remember the front office women's names who I described earlier, so I could properly name them. Nonetheless I am thankful for all these ladies and very appreciative of what they all have done for me in recent weeks

Edit: The calls go to a call center now. Cannot reach phc directly. This needs to change because the call center has caused problems for me being able to contact phc about important things that can't wait for someone to see a message and get back to me. Need a way to directly contact them. I like the providers and medical staff and most of the front desk ladies, but this call center stuff needs to change. We need a way to directly contact them. This place has helped me out very much so. They seem to know exactly what they are doing. Great medical providers.

Jessi Allard was my therapist/counselor at EFR. That woman helped me change my life within a year. I pushed and tried so hard because I was at rock bottom and she did not let me fail. She showed me that I was capable and worthy of so much in life. It is very rare for me to find a therapist that would listen to me. So finding Jessi and getting an actual diagnosis was the best thing that could have ever happened to me! When I needed extra help she scheduled me twice a week, and if I needed space or less time it would be once a week. She is very accommodating, very outgoing, very stylish, full of life, and a great listener! I highly highly recommend Jessi! P.s If you are struggling with mental illness or think that this is the end of the road it’s not!!!! You got this and there is help!!!! ❤️

We have only good things to say about this VA clinic. We recently moved to Iowa, and the VA services in the state we came from don’t even compare. The clinic in Ft. Dodge is accessible, welcoming, caring, and efficient. They really have their act together. We highly recommend.

CFR Has the most amazing staff members. These people truly care about the people that enter their doors. The understanding and compassion and care from the staff is unremarkable. I left early but I wish I wouldn't have, although I'm still clean I have considered going back for more treatment. The facility is nice and clean and they have everything you need to make you comfortable. They have rules but they're put in place for reasons. You get out of treatment what you put into it! I appreciate all of them.
