My family and I have always had a superior experience at CCMH. Everyone here is so wonderful, and you can tell patients are their top priority. I would highly recommend this hospital.

It was my first visit before my first chemo to get blood work done. Nicole must have seen the scared look on my face. She did the blood work and then sat me down and answered all my questions and explained what to expect the next day. I left in a much more upbeat and positive attitude. Thanks for your support.

I have been here for about 10 years now and have seen the staff come and go. I will say that yes there are some things that need to be worked on here. But with that being said my family and I are in the process of moving, and chose to stay in the state near this area because of this clinic and the select few employees here who make this clinic what it is. First Susan the nurse has been a blessing, she is always so nice, compassionate, and helpfull by far one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I feel that she is under appreciated and should be praised for her hard work and care to her patients. Second Leta, a newer counselor who has listened to my constant jabbering and never makes me feel judged and helps in any way she can to make me feel heard and assists in helping me stay on track. Next Daniel a very pleasent person and usually the first person you see for your treatment needs, he always tries to make you feel welcome and helps with whatever you need. And last the new pharmacist he had big shoes to fill when the last pharmacist left, and has been doing an amazing job since. I would say if your looking for an affordable treatment center with these people who I have mentioned caring for you. You should have a successfull transition into a sober life.

I really enjoy talking to Susan it brightens my mornings and my counselor Lita is so great and shows me many coping skills. I would recommend this place to any of my family/friends.

coming into NOVA i struggled a whole lot. I hated nova with a passion i didn't want to open up i was constantly keeping my guard up. I hated people i was very very distant in the community i would get mad at the smallest things and cuss people out over little stuff. I've now have been able to control my anger and process through my truama slowly but surely, and if it wasn't for all of the four communities i have been in with all of the staff i probrobly wouldnt have made it as far as i have came. I wouldn't have been able to dig deeper to my mental health. But more of the story Nova has helped me turn my who life around.

Nova was probably the best thing that god has ever brought into my life, not only did this place teach me what sobriety really was but it taught me to have patience with myself and the things i was going through. This place and their staff really cared about my well being and yes it was a hardship but it was something i conquered and overcame. Im really thankful for nova and everyone who was apart of my journey, so thank you.

This organization helped me aquire a safe stable enviroment to live.The staff was incredibly kind and generous.with time and resources.I was homeless for quite sometime and with out proper Healthcare and help.They exceeded my expectations and went.above.and beyond. I have nothing but gratitude for there services and support.

This location has become very organized and the staff was replaced with friendly, but they have be attend quickly.

The staff members at the Carroll VA Clinic are excellent. They are courteous, professional and wait times are minimal. The Front Desk personnel always greet patients with a smile and a positive, caring attitude.
