coming into NOVA i struggled a whole lot. I hated nova with a passion i didn't want to open up i was constantly keeping my guard up. I hated people i was very very distant in the community i would get mad at the smallest things and cuss people out over little stuff. I've now have been able to control my anger and process through my truama slowly but surely, and if it wasn't for all of the four communities i have been in with all of the staff i probrobly wouldnt have made it as far as i have came. I wouldn't have been able to dig deeper to my mental health. But more of the story Nova has helped me turn my who life around.

Nova helped me turn my life around and I'm eternally grateful for the staff and the individuals who have and are taking the opportunity to heal themselves. It wasn't easy but it was worth every second,every minute, every hour, and every single day that I was offered a chance to live a different way. If anyone is interested in a new way to live, I personally suggest that you stop running and start fighting for the life you deserve and give NOVA a chance to help you clean up the mess of your life, then I guarantee you that life will become more worth living. Thank you NOVA for saving me.

Wow were do I start. I came to Nova September 19th 2024. I had been lost for so long and holding on to things that did nothing for me. At Nova I was able to find my true self to understand that even the way I held a conversation with my friends were wrong I was able to break codes and old habits that I lived by for so long. It was all about me what am I going to put on the table and work on what is Jamie going to take responsibility for. From the Ceo to the therapist, Quality Care Cordinater and case manager the staff are truly there for the family members and I say family members cause that's what Nova TC is it's a family help men and women work on life long trauma and rebuild them from the inside out. Nova TC truly saved my life and I will forever be grateful for the things that they do there. Don't get me wrong nothing came easy but what comes easy you don't hold on too. When you work hard for something its harder to let go. And I'll hold on to the tools that Nova gave me for life and pass them on as well. Apologize for the long review but feel like I still left so much unsaid. I will close with this. Thank you all at Nova TC for the dedication you guys have to healing broken people and building them back up stronger then they ever thought the could be and I know I'm speaking for more than just myself.. The purpose for my visit here was the food pantry. My visit was a Tuesday. The pantry was open from 3 to 6:00 p.m. I arrived at 3:45 p.m. The pantry is available to anyone. You do not have to be Catholic to visit. Upon arrival the entrance for the food pantry was clearly marked and easy to see from the parking lot. There was ample parking and I found a spot near the door. In the reception area of the staff were friendly. As with most pantries I expected there to be a long wait, however after I checked in it was less than 2 minutes before my name was called. I was giving a grocery cart and the person who called my name partnered with me through the shopping experience. This person will advise you of how many items you can take from every section of the pantry. During the shopping experience I found the facility to be clean and well organized. They had a variety of goods available including meats, dairy, breads, toiletries and even cookies. When I was done shopping they had me sign to confirm I was receiving the goods in my cart. I was able to use the shopping cart to take all of the groceries out to my car. After loading, I took the cart back and left it but the door as I was instructed. The whole process took less than 30 mins and I left with a back seat full of groceries.

For Therapy this place has been great! I have worked with three different therapists here and all have been professional and educated on what my needs were for each one. I am currently at the tail end of treatment that has been going for 5 years or so now. Highly recommend. Therapy here is great.

Saved my life. Not sure how everything ended up working out but it did. Paid next to nothing for their service, and it was extremely worth it. I probably would be dead if not for this service.

This place saved my life. And idont mean i just made it better. I mean it literally saved me. Id be dead. I walked into this place all beat up facing charges and my life was so very unmanageable. I had lost my daughter, my job, my home, everything. And now i have gained all of that back and more. I owe everything to Anna and Shiela and Andrea. Shoot everyone there played a part in my life ❤️

My councilor Angie saved my life. I don’t get how she handles so many patients yet remembers everything going on in my life if it hadn’t been for her I wouldn’t be going there specially since BART took over they have changed the place for the absolute worst. If Angie wasn’t there I would not be there. Thank you so much Angie for everything.

Best clinic I know of in any state. You are never treated like a criminal.

Great place to transition to soberiety

Very respectful people who you ever meet especially for our kids. I am a mentor for YSS and I am glad to help our kids and to make a difference!!

YSS saved my life, then gave me purpose in life. I was a very troubled kid, a burden on society, and my parents were at their wit's end. They were desperate when they turned to YSS. And while I fought it at first (couldn't stand authority), I eventually surrendered to the program/the process and my life turned 180 degrees. Today, as a person in long-term recovery, my purpose is to create hope and opportunities for others that are struggling. So very grateful to YSS, as they believed in me more than I believed in myself.

These folks do wonderful work with youth. If you wonder if they can help you and your kids, the answer is Yes!

I’m still alive ! I spent 30 days in prelude and loved the discussions and topics , we would meet with counselors each day and learned everyday coping skills . I even stopped smoking cigarettes too!! Made lifelong friends and attend meetings when I can . 3 years + sober for me !

48hr class instruction was next Level with Rachel as my instructor. Material was clear and poiniant. Natasha was amazing in her role as our security person. Highly recommend.

I attended cfr in person in 2022. I feel that they listened well. i really appreciated all the resources they helped with. It was a great start to where I am at in my sobriety and recovery. The different groups kept it interesting and when there was an unsafe moment they handled it extremly well. Only thing that was challanging was the frequent change of staff. but it was one great person in exchange for the next.

Since I've moved here from Colorado, I had difficulty getting on medically assisted treatment (MAT) CFR was the only agency that really made an effort in scheduling me a s a p, they seem me & assessed me right away. Got me set up with groups & individual counselling that have been beneficial to me. Thank you very much April, Dana, Jessie & Caroline for your help & patience with me because I know I've been difficult at making my appointments & other places would have discharged me by now. I'm so happy that yous are still here for me.😘💯❤️
