Edwardsville Care Center is an awesome place to reside. The team there is incredibly talented with specialized training to care for their residents. We are a proud sister facility to ECC and we love partnering with them. Their care is excellent, their residents are happy, and their staff are dedicated and loyal. Let's not forget to mention their outstanding, passionate leadership team, led by administrator Roy Walker.

It was pleasant & clean. Food good, my Dani well taken care of. Human Resources was very helpful. Visit 1-25, 25, . Saturday .

Imani means faith, and I'll never forget the things I've learned that I still go by to this day. Doesn't matter if your forced or went into this place on your own. Regardless they're going to help you to beyond just serving and getting by. Great Staff !! Dr. Ron is in my mind every day, and I've been doing great for the past two years. Highly recommend for those struggling with inner demons, as the classes dig deep into your soul for the roots of your dependency.. Five and one half 🌟.

Gaylene and Lupe are so friendly and enjoyable to chat with to learn more about the center and their activities.

This is an amazing resource center with incredible staff. They're always smiling and if they dont have the answer, they'll find someone that does.

I had a good experience with my surgery, staff and faculty.

The staff was very friendly & professional, & so was the Dr. on duty!

I've been going to this research since I was a young boy, my mother went there, my father went there, my two half Brothers went there, their friends went there, everybody went there, I would say that it was a good hospital. I called 911 on August the 2nd 2025, 905 a.m. and ambulance took me to research, they told me that I was having a heart attack, when I went in there they went to work, they put eight stents in my heart on the right side. I would say that they do a real good job down there, the ambulance people are very friendly and understanding to people that are scared.

Mccallum place Kansas city was amazing. Although we all had rough days the staff new how to help and calm patients down. I transferred from residential where I didnt have a good experience and we werent sure how PHP would go for me, but they gave me more insight and opportunity on recovery. They truly cared for patients and continued showing us the road to recovery. Im forever greatful for getting to go to Mccallum KC for my recovery process, im forever indebted to the people there.

McCallum offered excellent care to a family member of mine. The staff created a safe, comfortable environment for my loved one to heal. They offer equine, movement groups, yoga, art groups, and meal challenges in addition to weekly therapy and dietician meetings. This program saved my loved one’s life. If you or your family is considering treatment, I encourage you to take the next step and go! My family was so nervous, but we can not recommend this program enough.

This program helped my family. The staff there was so knowledgeable and communicated weekly about my daughters time in treatment.

Never had any issues with any staff included ones listed by name in these reviews. Never had any issues with the front desk or scheduling. Can't afford services so am being seen for free with zero hassle.

Best place in KCMO if you know someone looking for housing/counseling for drug addiction and/or mental health problems. They also help out veterans. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Linda is awesome. I had seen her for several years back in the 2010s and have been seeing her recently again. She is even more helpful now. I highly recommend anyone struggling give Linda a chance. Prices are beyond fair, atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and just love her therapy dog, whom was pleased to see that it is still the same little guy. I look forward to continuing or relationship. Five stars is just not enough to give her. A+++++++

This is a retraction for the earlier ones posted. I have found out that I have been thinking about the wrong company’s name. I have called to apologize for the mistake and asked if I could remove it. Fortunately for the public they don’t have the capability to remove reviews. Please don’t let my erroneous account mistake count against who seemed to be a very nice person when we discussed the situation.

This place is really a good place. Most of the old reviews on here were from the past. We got a new director and she is doing her absolute best. This place is of course isn't perfect, and it is under a lot of work. The staff have their days, and us clients don't help situations because we aren't the easiest to work with. Most reviews for this place isn't right it's children trying to hurt the company because they did their job.

I was in Unit 8 a few times, and it was the best stay ever. They had a good structured day, detailed schedule, very helpful treatment plans, wonderful staff. They are very accommodating and encouraging, and they have lots of goals for patients to reach, along with rewards. Shoutout to Nurse Cassie, Miss Shay, Miss Dominque, and Nurse Rodney!!

Kansas City Recovery is a fantastic program! I’ve lived here for over a year now and have put together about 1.5 years of sobriety and attribute all of my success to the structure and stability that comes with being a part of a strong sober community like KCR!!!

KCR has been a life changing opportunity, I have been there for 2 1/2 years! It gave me a safe and helpful environment to focus on sobriety and build a promising future. Would highly recommend! Angela also does everything on her end to help support you on that process!!
