My 20 yr old son has been working in Maine all week, we live in NY. He severed his finger pretty bad and was treated in the ER today. He stated it was his best ER experience he ever had. He was seen rather quickly, the Dr and nurses were so friendly and explained everything well to him, and did a thorough job with sutures, tetanus shot, and antibiotics. Unfortunately this is far from the experiences we have in NY. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him!! A grateful Mother

They put you center in your care and don't handhold through everything so you have to actually try and participate in your own care.
