Every staff member is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need. My husband needed surgery- the ER, ICU, PACU, phlebotomy, and surgical team were phenomenal. Explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable. Random staff members I passed in the hallway went out of their way to ask me if I needed help finding where I was going (I did), then stopped what they were doing to walk me to the right place. Our two children have been born here, and every time that we've come here for those reasons, it was always a fantastic experience with fantastic accommodations, and it was always very clean. You can tell the staff cared very deeply about every single one of their patients, and the midwives were absolutely phenomenal to work with. However, other aspects of the hospital I would not recommend. I've had two case managers and two therapists here, both of the first moved to different fields, and med management for almost four years through MBHO. I've never done well with that button up all business approach alot of agencies use, so if that's what you're looking for look elsewhere. If you want providers that try to really get to know YOU and not just treat you like client #123, then this agency will be exactly what you're looking for. They put you center in your care and don't handhold through everything so you have to actually try and participate in your own care. My mental, physical and social health have improved by leaps and bounds because I had to say what my goals are not be told what goals are "best". She didn’t just treat me like another patient and seemed to be able to understand the changes I had made in my life since having children and made the process less painful but I also felt like I wasn’t wasting my life and self reflecting for the future. Now everything is back to normal after a long wait from the dmv and life goes on. Thank you! Have and would recommend to friends.
