This place is awesome. My husband and I used to go to the clinic in Florida and the difference is literally night and day. From the way they do their intake, which in Florida would take up to 8 hours sometimes longer, to the way they treat their patients, by which I mean that they actually care and treat us with respect. Would definitely 100% recommend to anyone who wants to get sober.

Amazing staff, nothing but help all through every process! Even when there was hiccups they did everything in there power to fix it! Much appreciated and all my thanks to HCRC!! ❤️

Staff is ok nursing def needs some help although Kelly does a great job but they burn her out with no help at all I am on my third Counciler but it seems like they got it together with the new director other than that I’ve had one issues since being there and it was handled right away

My son went through this program and at first I was so upset about his diagnosis and moving his school but they truly helped my son get to where he is now. I want to thank you and let everyone know they will advocate for your baby. Especially Jen almond. Thank you so much very much from the bottom of my heart. He's thriving today because of your help.

We have been in EI with KDC from 2 months and just aged out at 3 years old! We have worked consistently with 3 therapist and each one of them was amazing ! We enjoyed play groups , music class , sessions in the community. I don't have enough good things to say about this center

I wanted to leave a big thank you to the Kennedy Donovan team who has been so incredible coming to my house and supporting my baby, who qualifies for early intervention. We are so lucky to have them. Every member of the team is so incredibly knowledgeable and has really been helpful in evaluating my son, strengths and areas of growth. They are extremely responsive, communicative, and reassuring. I wanted to leave this review as we were apprehensive about starting early intervention and I’m really thankful that we were referred by our doctors in this direction I’m glad we live in the district of the Kennedy Donovan Center.

This has only been a few sessions as the parent but I’m grateful Jillian and Lauren will help my daughter and I through this process. Grief from trauma can be lifelong but with the right people helping you learn ways of living and growing through the trauma, it makes life easier. The space in my heart will always be empty without my mom but I’m grateful for these two amazing, compassionate and caring women to help my daughter through the loss of her Meme and best friend.

Jamie Chapman is an amazing therapist. She helped me change my life considerably. She has an amazing personality which I've never been able to find in any of my therapist ever. I had literally given up on trying to find the therapist until I found her. She is amazing and I look forward to seeing her every week.

Great place when you're ready for the last step of your recovery action plan! Definitely clean 5 man units with 5 units in the building. Simple place, pay your rent, pass tests when given, 1 weekly mandatory house meeting and 3 outside AA or NA meetings a week. Definitely was the perfect place to finish my community living 6 stop action plan. Now I am moving to my own place with a perfect foundation. The owners Dana and Sam are great guys never once had an issue. Thanks for every thing. Matt the Barber

My experience with RIATC was great I loved the people I met on my zoom meetings, and the monitors were absolutely amazing. I did zoom meetings because I didn't live in RI. I learned so much from them and I still use all my coping skills I got from them. I would definitely recommend going here for anyone having issues with Mental Health. Thank You.

Although I was only there for 2 months due to insurance reasons, I learned a lot from RIATC. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. I was lucky enough to do my intake with the owner. The fact that he has so much recovery time made it comfortable for me. They offer in person IOP and for those who have busy work schedules like myself, they also offer evening Zoom sessions as well. I can't say enough about the help I received at this place. Its nice to know that if I ever need help again, its just a phone call away!

This place is life changing, the facilitators and fellow clients are caring, supportive people. I’ve learned coping and life skills I need for a healthier and happier future. Definite recommend if anyone is considering mental health or substance abuse help, it’s definitely a wonderful resource.

McLean’s hospital is an outstanding facility for adolescence. As a psychiatric nurse myself, I’ve seen and worked at some horrible facilities! But I’m speaking as a mother, not as a nurse. Staff is caring, patient, well trained, and most importantly, consistent!

After visiting this location for many years I just want people to know this is an amazing and wonderful experience I had today. Angel who handles the front end is kind , patient and has a great sense of humor. Omg! What a Gentleman. From there I met with Amy and she spent so much time helping me and accessingmy Pain. I truly needed someone to listen, help and send me in a different direction. A big Thank you to everyone I interacted with today. I hope I remembered and got everyone's name correctly.

This place helped me when no one else could because of insurance shenanigans. I've been going here for 3 years and I forsee myself continuing to recieve therapy and help from the Providence center for many more to come. Hands down I love my therapist and my case worker, with the help of my perscriber all working as a team to help me be the best me I can try to be.

When you have people who are close to you die. That hit's straight to the core, being closed off to the world. That's when you get help, to learn how to cope with those feelings. Those feelings are only thoughts which you don't have to own them, so learn how to let go some of those feelings.

Have noticed some very bad reviews of the personnel at The Providence Center. I have observed completely the opposite: everyone is very professional, kind, caring and tries to be as helpful as possible. Considering the disgraceful mental health system in this country, with meager funding available, the staff at TPC provides better help and support to their often homeless clientele than many of the private facilities for which patients pay a great deal of money. Bravo to The Providence Center.

Bradley helped my daughter get were she is today with her mental health she was inpatient their for 12 days and I went and visited her everyday

My child recently went here for serious depression and suicidal ideation. The program is very intrusive and requires both the family and the child to be fully open and honest. In our experience it was not an easy or light experience. But the alternative was losing my child and I was not willing to do that as no good parent should. The staff there all treated my child very well . I assume this would vary depending on how the child behaves but my kid is a good kid and is respectful. The place looked reasonably clean but this is a psychiatric facility so not nearly as sanitary as a hospital. The program gave me my kid back and helped our family out in so many ways but it requires a lot of work on everybody's part and it is in no way shape or form easy. But if you work the program and continue the program on an outpatient basis as well it does work. The staff are dedicated , friendly , respectful and caring and as long as you're kid and family is respectful to them and work the program. This program saved my kid and helped my family through one of the hardest times in our lives and I will be forever grateful to have them in our lives.

Just had another great visit to Dr. Lena for a crown. Absolutely painless. Dr. Lena and Tracy make a great team. Professional, efficient and always kind. Love seeing Shona and the other ladies at the front desk as well! Highly recommend this practice.

I’ll say it every time: Susan is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Maybe I’m biased, but I’ll stand by it. Working in the field, you meet some… let’s just say ‘unique’ hygienists — and this office is the complete opposite. From the doctors to the dental assistants, the hygienists, and of course the front desk, the whole team is incredible. Truly a great practice to be part of. Thank you!

Turning Point is a wonderful resource for anyone in recovery. It literally saves lives. The staff are very friendly and accepting no matter where you are on your recovery journey.

I have known Turning Point to be a person-centered organization that offers folks, affected by substance use disorder, an opportunity to heal in and contribute to the recovery community. As a neurodivergent woman, I appreciate the self-directed nature of the center where I have been empowered to create an experience that works for me. I have been encouraged to ask for anything I need that might be invisible to staff with a different lived experience. As a peer, member and volunteer, I have been given a voice and a seat at the table. The services are all free of charge which has been a game-changer for me as a single parent on an excruciatingly tight budget. Turning Point has helped me remove access barriers to important resources and this has helped me to make major shifts in my life. I'm grateful for this all-pathways peer recovery center where we can grow and learn together.

She's a terrible mental health office helper.... If your reading this and you have been verbally accousted by her..... AS MOST HAVE BEEN. It's not you. It's her. Theres a reason there's 2.6 stars ... It's at the desk. 2.6 stars is a reflection of the front of the house. Not the back. ⚠️Arbor⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ find receptionists with empathy and compassion. We are there trying to get better. We are mental health patients...No need for a beat down from the first phone call.

I have been a client here, and thou not everything is smooth, it is a busy place, I really feel I get my needs met ,,and Eva the new nurse practitioner is wonderful, she tries her hardest to work with her clients, I know there is a shortage of therapists and social workers, But they do try to work with each individual to be matched with the right one, I don't have any complaints coming to Arbir Counseling, Nancy O
