I’m here to give a necessary review. If I could give this practice, infinite stars, I would. I highly recommend NECHM to anybody who is looking for a professional and reliable and consistent experience. I have been with this practice since 2019. The staff has been amazing to me. I’m never left waiting on a response. I have never experienced anything negative. I am a patient of Kristie and she has been available for me on short notice as well as has been a wonderful and caring resource for me.

The New England Center for Healthy Minds and their Medical Director and Therapists have been exemplary in their care and their willingness to let the patient guide their therapeutic trajectory within healthy goals. They have saved my life over the past 3 years. In addition, they provide cutting-edge therapies within the constraints of regulatory and/or FDA requirements. They are faced with so many serious challenges with clients on every biopsychosocial level and on a daily basis. We are lucky to have them here and on a local level. Kudos to NECHM! Thank you!

Spring Hill Recovery Center will forever hold a special place near and dear in my heart, after all it did save my life. From the staff, to the chefs, to Mabel the emotional support dog, everyone on site here is the most kind, supportive, helpful, welcoming and truly compassionate team I have ever witnessed at a rehabilitation center. I came all the way out from Houston, Texas to attend rehab at this facility (in the winter too) and have zero regret of my decision to do so. My recovery was not only my number one priority but the team of Spring Hill’s number one priority as well. To each and every one of the members here that touched a part of my life and recovery, thank you from the deepest of my heart.

RCA Westminster was a truly transformative experience for me. I went into inpatient somewhat unwillingly, but because of the wonderful RSS staff, medical staff, counselors, and group leaders I quickly became truly committed to my sobriety. The fellowship that was fostered there was so important to so many of us in the men's unit. I want to specifically thank Kyle, Niana, Calee, JoJo, Angel, Peter, Mike, Bella, Seth, and Katie for all the caring and work that they put in everyday. After inpatient I did IOP which has been essential to continuing my recovery as I move forward. Thanks again to Peter and Kyle, and also to Mark who has been a great help in transitioning back into real life. I will never forget what the people at RCA Westminster did for me. Also, a huge shout out to the custodial staff that have to deal with some truly horrendous situations! they are incredible, and I am sure do not get paid nearly enough for what they do.

I have so much gratitude for everything paramount has done for me. The day I walk thru the door was the day my life changed forever. From client liaison to case manager, and therapist I really felt understood and cared for which made my recovery journey alot easier. I felt as though I was being given more than treatment. I was given another family and hope. I can now face life's struggles with a sober mindset and strength. It's all owed to the compassionate loving environment paramount has created. Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle. I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain. Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

Based on my personal experience, I would 100% recommend GateHouse to anyone struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. I've been struggling with substance abuse for many years with bouts of sobriety in between. I've seen my fair share of treatment center. None, in my opinion, compare to GateHouse. 1. The clinical team is top notch and go above and beyond to help educate clients and teach them new coping skills to ensure their success in recovery. Hunter (my clinician) met with me weekly and was a rock for me during times of uncertainty. She listens without judgement, shares based on experience and offers suggestions on new ways to improve my mental health. 2. Josh (Clinical Director) is a prime example of his profession. He has successfully helped my fiance and I work through past traumas, stemmed from our use, in weekly one-on-one Couple's Therapy sessions. There have been times where I've met with Josh when I was unsure of something and he's eager to be helpful. He leaves the door to his office wide open for clients. That says so much and I have a lot of respect for him and what he does for this community. 3. The curriculum is outstanding. It's informative, educational and absolutely attainable if put to use. Clinicians facilitate these groups, breaking the information down so that everyone has an understanding of what is being taught. I always leave Brittney and Geno's groups with a different, more positive perspective and new skills to practice in my daily affairs to better myself as a woman in recovery. 4. GateHouse Case Managers advocate for their clients and take time with each one in setting up aftercare plans and relapse prevention plans. They truly care for the success of their clients. Marcus (my Case Worker) has helped me attain appointments that better served my health. He has educated me on sober living and my options all while encouraging me to make choices that will be best for me. He's an amazing person and I'm grateful I was assigned to him upon my arrival at GateHouse. 5. During my stay at GateHouse, Couple's Therapy Group was formed, held once a week and facilitated by Geno. This group was crucial for my fiance and I and our road to healing. It was a safe space to connect with other couples who have gone through similar situations as us and gain new perspectives. Geno taught us new coping skills, constructive and healthy ways to communicate with one another, boundaries and how to ease ourselves back into our children's lives in the most caring and loving way. GateHouse's decision to incorporate this group into their program has benefited my fiance, myself and many more clients. 6. The BHT Staff are the absolute best that I've ever encountered. They too are working their own programs in recovery and have a personal understanding of what clients are experiencing. It's much easier for me, as an alcoholic, to listen to a fellow alcoholic rather than someone who doesn't have personal experience with substance abuse. Every staff member has their own amazing, unique qualities that make them an absolute asset to GateHouse. There's not one of them that isn't helpful, personable, and (most importantly to me) willing to hold you accountable in a loving, caring way so that you have the opportunity to better yourself. Personally, I believe they deserve a raise. They offer so much more to GateHouse other than their job duties. They have the ability to connect with clients based on their experiences inside and other side of work. Each one is a walking symbol of Hope and that the program does work, if you work it. All in all, I've had an amazing experience with GateHouse and feel that I have the tools that I need to start the next chapter in my recovery. Thank you GateHouse friends! You've truly made a difference in my life and will be dearly missed!

Rockland Recovery PHP/IOP is by far the best treatment program in Massachusetts. From start to finish, they truly go above and beyond. If you need detox or residential first, they handle everything — they check your insurance and place you in the most appropriate luxury detox and residential program before you even begin with them. Once you step down to their PHP/IOP, the support gets even better. They offer both men’s-only and women’s-only sober living, plus transportation to and from treatment every day. If you prefer to drive, they even allow you to keep your car during the first week. The sober living homes are clean, quiet, and extremely accommodating — nothing like a typical halfway house. Living together, going to AA/NA meetings as a community, and even having an in-house Sunday speaker meeting from alumni truly strengthens recovery. They operate two addiction co-occurring facilities and one mental health facility, and the staff at all locations are incredibly accepting and supportive. At Rockland Recovery Braintree (where I attended), the program focuses on AA-based coursework, not the same repetitive classes most rehabs offer. Every day brings new information, and over 75% of the staff are either in recovery themselves or have a loved one who is, which makes a huge difference. Every facilitator is licensed and genuinely knowledgeable. If you’re considering PHP/IOP in Boston or Greater Boston, this is the place. They also have the largest alumni program in the state, with monthly events for both current and former clients. Their weekly AA speaker meeting in Milton is the best around (previously held in Quincy). My only suggestion: I wish they offered a Zoom option for the Tuesday alumni meeting for people who can’t make it in person. If they streamed it online, attendance would definitely triple. Other than that, Rockland Recovery is exceptional in every way. Highly recommend!

What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. There are recovery centers out there doing good work and recovery centers doing great work. This place is doing phenomenal work. They help people make lasting changes in their lives. Thank you all!

Monte Nido – Laurel Hill is a serene and homey residential care center that focuses on treating women with eating disorders. You can find them in Medford, Massachusetts, just north of Boston. Although their main focus is on healing disordered eating patterns, they also provide support for co-occurring conditions, including substance use disorder,
A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I came to this hospital with my husband, who has a heart condition. His surgery hasn't been scheduled yet, but I don't know how to thank everyone I've met here. They were wonderful, professional, and humble. Even Dr. Stanley is fantastic; he's so patient and takes the time to talk to his patients and explain their condition so they feel reassured and completely at ease. I thank God that we are in this hospital; it's like being in a five-star hotel. Even the food and the people who serve it are excellent. As for Emily, what a loss! She said goodbye to me like a loving sister, saying she had finished her work here. She is a real loss to the hospital; she left a wonderful impression on me. Her care for us was exceptional. I wish her continued success and may God protect her and her family. Thank you very much to everyone.

When it was colum health, it was THE BEST. The doctors and the staff and nurse practitioners truely care and want to make a difference. Now it's changed hands, obviously the same people that still work there are still wonderful but their policies are a little different and it just seems colder.

I was looking for a different experience in treatment - location, curriculum, personalities - and I found it at The Haven New England. The staff are compassionate and knowledgeable, the curriculum is robust and the groups are engaging. Case Manager Mike is down to earth and full of positive energy. Clinician Jon is incredibly congenial and speaks from the heart with relevant experience and knowledge. Clinical Director Dave creates a comfortable space to engage and share, while processing one’s life experiences in addiction. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is always a fun activity to participate in. The facility is a very comfortable size, impeccably spotless, and the accommodations are high class. The food is of the highest quality. Would recommend to anyone in need of change surrounding addiction.

I had an overall great experience. I have been in and out of treatment for almost three years. The staff were friendly and helpful. The therapists and nurse practitioners here know what they’re really doing. The case workers and directors seem to be always on top of things. For example, I came in here with no money and some torn up shoes and they offered to get me new shoes. Got some Walmart kicks and now I can step towards the right direction.
