My Dad was at Lifecare of Raynham for 3 years. We were very happy with the care he received in The Copley long term unit. We were there often. Louise, Ann, Coleen and many others. CNA’s and Elsa in housekeeping just wonderful. You made the best of a tough situation for my Dad. Compassionate Hospice was there the last year inside Lifecare and helped me a lot. Nikki at Compassionate was fabulous. Jackie (social worker ) was excellent . We had previously been in 2 other nursing home/rehabs. Lifecare, by far, the best. Thank you!

I feel compelled to write ANOTHER positive review of Lifecare in Raynham, MA. Things are never easy when it comes to dealing with pushy doctors, scheduling appointments/transports, and managing a daunting medical documentation system, but Karen makes handling this kind of stress look easy. Karen stepped up and made sure my father had all of his ducks in a row for his upcoming hip replacement surgery and when she says "don't worry, I've got this" she MEANS IT! What may have seemed like an ordinary task for her, was a true miracle for my father. I was so relieved by her efforts and my father was so happy he cried tears of joy.
The employees at Lifecare as a whole don't just do a good job, they GENUINELY care about their patients. They treat my father with love, compassion, and dignity every single day. They keep us informed and they are so welcoming when we go to see my dad for visits. When he arrives back on the unit after his appointments he is greeted by name and given high fives :). Special shout out to the nurses John Reams, Samantha Jaruse, Nicole Farrar, Amelia Hoard, Renee Menard, and Tiffany Smith for always keeping my family informed and keeping my father comfortable and happy. I cannot stress enough how incredible the team at Life Care has been for my dad. They have been our safety net throughout this complicated medical mess as we await surgery for my Dad’s hip. Skilled Nursing facilities are tough places to work, but the staff show up every day with compassion and genuine care for all of their patients. I rest easy knowing my father is there. The nurses, CNAs, rehab therapists, doctors, business office, social work, and welcome desk greeters have all helped us navigate the medical system and made Life Care a beacon of hope and safe place to be during ups and downs. When my dad got back from appointments, people greeted him by name and gave him a warm smile. When I had questions, they answered them right away. When we needed to wait for something or they had to inform us of a policy, they did it with kindness. When my family was fighting with medical offices for appointments and transportation, Robin (our guardian angel) and her team of nurses took that pressure on so we could focus more on being present with our father. When insurance issues popped up, solutions were brought to us right away. When my dad needed help with ADLs they respected his dignity and helped manage his pain. Skilled Nursing facilities usually feel cold and unwelcoming, but walking through the automatic doors of Life Care felt like a warm hug. I truly have so much respect for everyone who works for this facility.

I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious.
So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them.
I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are.
Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down.
That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder.
Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. I would love to come speak one day at an event, I don’t live close by anymore but I’d love to make something so please contact. Anyone wondering if they should come here, yes. Yes you should.

I love this clinic.
There's a man named Joey that works there and he is just the light of the building. He is so nice and has an amazing heart and he's genuine not doing it bc it's his job. Joey please never leave because the light in that building will dim very dark. You're the light of the place Joey. I came to Bedrock on 28 April 2025 after struggling with addiction and alcohol abuse for many years. It was my third recovery. I didn’t have much hope that this one would work. I arrived. high sick and with a hangover. The intake process was simple enough and as soon as I got to the detox unit nurse Linda gave me medication to help with the detox. I was in detox for six days. it was bearable. Not enjoyable but bearable. After six days, I moved upstairs into a beautiful room. I shared a bathroom with two other girls and it was no problem. I stayed there for a total of 30 days. Those 30 days completely changed my life. At first, I didn’t believe in and didn’t trust my counselors or me. But with every day, my mind got clearer and some of what they said made sense. The medication’s helped. I’m not sure when or how but I started following the program and started doing the work and I got better. My counselor Jack was always available and I actually Started listening to him. I started trusting him.I started paying attention in group. I didn’t like what I heard -that this is lifelong and that I’ll have to do the hard work of recovery every day. But it got a little easier with every day and I started feeling better about life, about me , About a sober life. I made friends with some of the people in my group and found that I wasn’t alone with my pain, my doubts my disease. Playing ping-pong became a highlight of my days and painting became a place of peace for me. I had never painted before. I slept better and I woke up feeling good instead of guilty and ashamed. The cravings were manageable.. I cannot say enough about the techs at Bedrock. They were always available and went above and beyond to help us through difficult times and they also shared our successes with us. For real. The nurses were professional and supportive. My counselor Jack, and counselor math gave me concrete steps to follow to work my way out of a lifelong struggle. I followed those steps. Stacy and Nicole did fun activities with us and having fun sober was a new thing for me. They were wonderful. Arranging for my aftercare was not easy, but it got done. When I left after 36 days sober I started a PHP program the day after discharge. Now I’m in an IOP program once a week and I have 181 days sober and clean. Life is pretty damn beautiful. My marriage is better than it has ever been . The relationship with my children has been restored. I’m on step five and have a Sponsor in AA. I have a home group on Tuesday evenings and I look forward seeing them. The recovery work has become a natural part of my life. I live in a house now instead of a camper, and my stomach problems and headaches are gone. Bedrock saved my life my soul, my mind and I feel healthier than I have in decades. East Coast Recovery is amazing! It’s amazing because the people that work there are incredible and they care very much about seeing clients succeed. I initially planned on being at East Coast on a week to week basis, not knowing how it was going to be before I got there. The service I received and the help I got far exceeded all of my expectations. I ended up staying for over three months. I moved on from East Coast Recovery center feeling confident and ready to fully participate in a life of recovery from substance use.

I have had the upmost great experience at HCRC. Dexter great guy first person I see every morning. Then I see Michelle she has been a truly great person, she always ask me if I am ok never mad always smiling. The nurses are Top Knots and unusually helpful and resourceful. The counselors that exist are all fair and kind, but constant short staffing and management issues cause a great place to only get a good rating. This is a for-profit clinic, so the higher up the management chain one goes, the further away an addict in recovery is from recovery. Unfortunately this company owns most of the clinics in the area, so one does not have a choice. This is also not unusual. There is no handicapped accessible entrance. You can go in the back way, around the back of the hospital, but you still have to walk a very good distance to the front door, and once inside it's very small so a person with mobility issues is going to struggle. I don't suggest anyone with mobility issues goes to this Clinic. He Corrections Officers in the back of the hospital, they have an entrance for the prisoners there. There is constant clashing with the handicapped clients and the Corrections Officers because there's no real protocol for handicapped patients. But overall this is a good place. Small, and they don't put up with any of the usual nonsense that goes on.( There are very few drug deals if at all that will go on here!). The security guard is top-notch as well and is very fair but firm. If you are not looking for Recovery, I suggest you go somewhere else because you won't last long here. I've had some personal issues with the take-home protocol as well as the short staffing resulting in treatment plans not being effectively instituted, but again this is management and has nothing to do with the day to day staff.

Came from Canada to have spine surgery with Dr Jay Zampini. It was an excellent experience. Dr Zampini is a consummate professional as are all of his staff. The hospital was immaculate and the staff are all very eager to please. Of special note is Alice Robert my International Patient Coordinator. Alice is a rockstar. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always ready to assist.

Been on liquid handcuffs for 3+ years finally starting to decrease my dose, this place saved my life they’re awesome and don’t treat you like an addict. My only complaint is they should make it easier for take homes. I don’t understand why they don’t give everyone 1 weeks worth and if the patient messes up then take them off. I feel like if I git take homes right away I could have winged myself off. Because yes Dr’s know a lot and a lot more than me but I know for a fact I know my body better than any doctor. My name is Samantha Garcia—though Sam was always just fine with me. It’s been almost two years since I last saw your faces, and while I only remember one name—Kristin—that’s beside the point. I’m writing this as if I’m speaking to each and every one of you individually, because that’s how you treated me: personally, patiently, and with kindness.
I imagine you hear comeback stories often, so consider this another chapter in the book. I never fell again. After I left you, I didn’t slip back into old routines like everyone expected. I stood brave—just like you taught me. I came out here and gave it everything I had. And I did it.
It started with small victories: waking up without feeling like a piece of shit, showing up to work on time with no excuses.
Then life threw me a curveball: my mom was diagnosed with early-onset dementia. I won’t lie—it was tempting to pick up a bottle of whiskey and take it to the face. But I knew if I did, I wouldn’t get back up. Not like I had now. And she needed me. Still does. You taught me how to sit with silence, how to breathe through shame, how to speak gently to the parts of me I used to drown. You gave me back my name. And with a heart that now knows how to hold pain without absorbing it— I enrolled in an accelerated nursing program at the New England Institute of Technology. I turned pain into knowledge, anger into conviction, and grief into love. I left you with a plan—and now I return with the result. In 4 months, come February 2026—my two-year mark—I will be Samantha Garcia, RN.
I wanted you to know that your work matters. That I carry your kindness with me. That every time I chose peace over chaos, I think of those that steadied me when I couldn’t stand. And Kristin—if you see this, you did your job. And you did it well.

My first experience at this hospital. I went in for the company mandated flu shot. I don’t do well with needles. I looked at the wrong time and these two lovely nurses caught me before passing out. They spent over a half hour with me. Constantly reassessing vitals, got some sugar in me. Elevated my legs to help with blood flow. They kept me laughing with a good sense of humor. I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.
