I arrived not feeling well. I was booked an appointment and was seen immediately. The staff is GREAT!!! I was tested for flu and covid. Unfortunately, I have the flu. The perscription was easy to get. I appreciate ALL they have done to help me feel better!!! Definately recommend!!!

Catholic human services has great resources as far as Personal counseling family counseling & therapy. They accept almost every insurance. They also work with people that are a lower income base. The office is very friendly and welcoming. Clean & professional atmosphere. Even though they have Catholic and the title of their name, it is not based with religious counseling unless that is something you personally ask for.

I was court ordered outpatient therapy to talk with a counselor threw CMH named Ryan. I can't speak for the other counselors here but he asked questions and listened and responded the meetings seemed short he was very helpful. I would use CMH without a court order.

I went to treatment here in 2011 - Hands down the BEST experience of my life. When the student is ready, the teachers appear. And they did. I met some of the most INCREDIBLE humans in my life. And I still have them in my life today. Susan, Ginny, Bonnie, Charlie (may he rest in peace), Jay, Valerie, and MANY more that made an impact. The Sunrise Centre gave me an opportunity to find myself and learn how to live again. Building connections with people, and learning that life was going to happen no matter what I did, I just had to learn how to react to it - and cope without using. It was here I found my faithful companion - my Benny, who is still with me today after 14 years (my minpin chihuahuha). I owe it to the Sunrise Centre and the people there who showed me grace and unconditional love and support when I didn't believe in myself. Recovery isn't about the environment or the surroundings - it's about you, and your willingness to change. Sunrise Centre was my vessel and I am grateful it was there when I was ready.

I went to Sunrise to appease my family. I was counting down to my 30days. Everyone was so nice, residents and staff. I was kept busy with meetings and groups everyday. The ladies I was housed with ended up being like sisters, who I trusted with my darkest demons. I felt secure there. My 30 days came and went. My 60, and 90 days also passed. I ended up staying for 120 days, the max I could stay. I left with the confidence and the tools I need to succeed. I love Sunrise!

I went here to get my pre-surgical work done. I was expecting the worst for wait times. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the process went and how well organized everything was (process, rooms and procedures). I didn't have to wait long for anything. I also thought it was a beautiful facility.

Sad to see these poor ratings. My husband was airlifted by helicopter as pictured, today. He has been here 3 times for heart and trauma issues. Honestly, they triaged him immediately and ER Dr. Dan explained everything to me. You must understand this is not a high level trauma center and they have to assess if you go to higher level ER. They have always airlifted or ambulanced my husband to Midland; a higher level. I was here for a possible post op blood clot in my leg. They ultrasounded it and declared the cast was way too tight and referred back to the surgeon. All calls made were accurate and they have saved my husband's life literally a few times. Staff was very kind. Chaplain Laura took me in a room to pray with me. What a difference that small gesture made on my anxiety level. I pray Midland takes as good of care of him. Update: Copter touched down in Midland at 3:30pm; husband was assessed, tests done, to OR and in recovery (ordering a sandwich) by 6pm. He had an aneurysm. Thank you Alpena MyMI ER dept! God bless you all.

Mandy who answers the phone is an angel in disguise. I’ve been going there for over 2 years and yes I have had moments that weren’t the best. Don’t blame staff blame our health care system. I give the Saginaw VA 4 stars due to the fact that they have a HORRIBLE unprofessional disrespectful and untrained call center. I’ve had sooooooo many problems with their call center that I’ve been using community care as much as possible to avoid dealing with Aleda E. Lutz. Other than that, I have the purple team taking care of me and they’re on it and squared away.

This program has done so many good things for our family and my son who attended this year. Our son had been struggling for almost a year after a very bad car accident and he unfortunately began to abuse his pain pills. They really strive on the fact that you go at your own pace through the program to ensure that you are getting the most out of it. They do not want you to move alongside others their just because they may be going at a different pace than you. There are many different groups to choose to partake in and you get to customize things in terms of what is of interest to you. It is a very beautiful and tranquil center to receive treatment at. He was able to focus on himself in all areas, body, mind and spirit. The staff ensures a clean and inviting center to be at, they all work together to make sure that you are well taken care of and they offer great meals by an amazing cook as well. We are thoroughly grateful.

I'm very happy with the results I got from going through the program at BRS. I was prescribed pain medication by my doctor after I'd gotten in an accident and I was having trouble getting off them. My husband found BRS for me and it was a really good place for me to go. They put an emphasis on their client's comfort there, which was something I needed. I'd never needed help like this before and it was weird for me at first to be in treatment for a drug addiction. The staff there were wonderful with me and they handled all my tantrums while I was going through detox very well. There were a lot of tantrums too. Every day I wanted to leave and every day they convinced me to stick it out. Which I'm very grateful for. After detox, I was surprised by how much I liked being there. The facility itself is really nice and I was comfortable there. I'm so glad my husband chose BRS as the rehab I'd go to because I don't think anyone else would have handled me and all my dramas nearly as well.

My brother went to BRS last year and I'm amazed at the results. My brother spent 10 years addicted to crack cocaine and truthfully, I never thought he'd get sober. He went to a lot of treatment centers before BRS and none of them helped him. There are some major differences between those other centers and BRS though. They don't take a one size fits all approach to treatment there. They have multiple programs and my brother was able to do a treatment program that he hadn't done before. One that actually worked for him. He was also there for 4 months. He's always been to 28 or 30 day programs and it was never enough time for him. Plus, the BRS center is great. It's a beautiful place and they have a bunch of amenities that helped my brother feel comfortable there throughout his whole program. Lastly, the staff were wonderful with him. They made sure that my brother did his program and did it right. Going to BRS worked for my brother. He's sober now.
