Mandy who answers the phone is an angel in disguise. I’ve been going there for over 2 years and yes I have had moments that weren’t the best. Don’t blame staff blame our health care system. I can’t imagine how tough it must be working there. Office staff that answers the calls at a mental health clinic must easily be one of the hardest jobs on the planet. I gave them another chance after they sent me to a mental hospital that really messed me up a lot. They also gave me a job later on but I quit and I can't tell you why do to the HIPPA laws I now see Jerri as a therapist. I hate that my doctor Lauran went else where and they gave me a new one autumn I do not recommend here's why One she only wants to make money by giving you pills oh take this one now let's make you withdrawal and get off of it put and try something that I told her I am lashing out on people having manic episodes so then she said why don't we try adding well let's just say I didn't take it after speaking to my pharmacist and primary care doctor the drug could have caused me to go into a coma due to other health reasons. So I called and talked to someone very helpful and understanding and there giving me a new one they better pray he won't do the same or I am going back to my primary doctor to get my meds

This program has done so many good things for our family and my son who attended this year. Our son had been struggling for almost a year after a very bad car accident and he unfortunately began to abuse his pain pills. They really strive on the fact that you go at your own pace through the program to ensure that you are getting the most out of it. They do not want you to move alongside others their just because they may be going at a different pace than you. There are many different groups to choose to partake in and you get to customize things in terms of what is of interest to you. It is a very beautiful and tranquil center to receive treatment at. He was able to focus on himself in all areas, body, mind and spirit. The staff ensures a clean and inviting center to be at, they all work together to make sure that you are well taken care of and they offer great meals by an amazing cook as well. We are thoroughly grateful.

I'm very happy with the results I got from going through the program at BRS. I was prescribed pain medication by my doctor after I'd gotten in an accident and I was having trouble getting off them. My husband found BRS for me and it was a really good place for me to go. They put an emphasis on their client's comfort there, which was something I needed. I'd never needed help like this before and it was weird for me at first to be in treatment for a drug addiction. The staff there were wonderful with me and they handled all my tantrums while I was going through detox very well. There were a lot of tantrums too. Every day I wanted to leave and every day they convinced me to stick it out. Which I'm very grateful for. After detox, I was surprised by how much I liked being there. The facility itself is really nice and I was comfortable there. I'm so glad my husband chose BRS as the rehab I'd go to because I don't think anyone else would have handled me and all my dramas nearly as well.

My brother went to BRS last year and I'm amazed at the results. My brother spent 10 years addicted to crack cocaine and truthfully, I never thought he'd get sober. He went to a lot of treatment centers before BRS and none of them helped him. There are some major differences between those other centers and BRS though. They don't take a one size fits all approach to treatment there. They have multiple programs and my brother was able to do a treatment program that he hadn't done before. One that actually worked for him. He was also there for 4 months. He's always been to 28 or 30 day programs and it was never enough time for him. Plus, the BRS center is great. It's a beautiful place and they have a bunch of amenities that helped my brother feel comfortable there throughout his whole program. Lastly, the staff were wonderful with him. They made sure that my brother did his program and did it right. Going to BRS worked for my brother. He's sober now.

Absolutely amazing staff! Love Heather and Maurice. They have a great residential program for substance abuse. They offer group therapy and one on one counseling sessions. Jeffrey that works in administration is also very caring and helpful in many ways. Anyone I know struggling with substance abuse I refer to DOT Caring Center. A family member was treated here. I went and visited during visitation hours. The staff I met were very kind. He had said the same. He got help not only with present recovery but tools to help him stay sober. They also helped him with his next steps like getting into a sober living. They inspired him to one day become a sponsor himself. He enjoys most of the company he had there. I enjoyed that Monday through Friday he would get his own personal phone for twenty minutes to make calls and texts from. It allowed me to send him photos to keep him involved. When I couldn't make a visitation they tried their best to accommodate and do a brief video visit instead. All around they greatly cared for him presently and his future. They even helped with transportation to the sober living. The only negatives were that sometimes you don't always get a very good roommate and theft happens. Plus the food wasn't always great he said, but you can't please everyone all the time with every meal when you get that many people together. I would suggest having more options during meal times though, possibly a microwave and some ramen or something for those who don't like whatever is served. Overall this place really helped him grow. I can't wait to see what the rest of his future brings for him and our family.

I dont even know where to start. When I came to this hospital I was so scared that they would judge me for my situation but I can say I was wrong. Between the er staff to the 2nd floor I have been treated nothing but great. Mind u I drove 1hr and 25mins to them for care and every doctor or nurse I have come across has truly treated me like a human being. They have always made sure I was comfortable they stepped right in every hr to make sure I was ok.these employees need to be recognized for all there hard work as well as as the care for other's. I will never go to another hospital megan doc mp6, Jenna and everyone alse has truly been amazing to me. They really r trying there best to take care of there patients. They always trying to make the patients smile even if in pain. Im truly blessed to meet so many good people that helped save my life.thank you

I’ve had amazing care here- I wouldn’t be alive without the treatment I got from here. Update: I will specify there are some great therapists here. The DBT program especially saved my butt. However, I’d never recommend the psychologists here.

Only did the crime victim panel. It honestly wasn't that bad but both presenters were making fun or teasing me, and i was one of the few that participated in questions and answers more than once. Im a grown adult so its whatever, little unprofessional and goes against their purpose as educators. Other than that, cant complain.
