I have loved my experience here. I have seen 2 different people for different services and both have provided excellent and compassionate care. I’m seeing tremendous results in EMDR therapy and can’t recommend them enough. The staff has always been professional and kind, fostering a welcoming environment.

I have gotten the best care. All of the therapists and doctors and social workers, and staff are amazing. They helped me get my life on track after having a series of tough events. I owe my success partially to them. I’ve gotten compassion and understanding and the support I was missing.

I’ve had amazing care here- I wouldn’t be alive without the treatment I got from here. Update: I will specify there are some great therapists here. The DBT program especially saved my butt. However, I’d never recommend the psychologists here.

1016 can turn your life around, it has mine. They were tough but caring. Help me every step of the way. Didn't like it in the beginning but ended up realizing they were right and my thinking was all fu#@ed up. My life is clean now for about 8 years, and I owe part of it to them, the other part was my hard work. But with out them I would have never made it where I am right now, CLEAN. Went in with chest pressure and left arm pain. They worked me up in the ER and kept me overnight. The following day they did Heart Cath on me and found no blockage. The only problem, which was out of their hands was I had to stay in ER due to no available beds.

It depends on what you are there for and what shift and staff. It is like day and night. I have been in there and had the most compassionate doctors with a very accommodating staff. That did everything they could to help when I went in there with an abscess in my tooth. But if you get the wrong staff, sometimes they are very short, and if there is something really serious, I would not put my life in their hands. My friend went in there bleeding out of his mouth, his ears and nose. He had a perforated ulcer, and they cauterized it, but did not know he had two other ulcers after doing a scope on him. They sent him home after six hours and he was right back and had to go to Midland. So I guess I would give them a 3.5 and this is a combination of all the interactions I’ve ever had with them. There are some doctors and staff that I can’t say too much about but then there are doctors and staff that are outstanding. It really is late night and day.

Northern Indiana is the gave me the best treatment I've ever got at a VA facility. They have very helpful staff, I was delighted with the services and assistance they provided me.

Kinder Kare in Midland helped raise my children from infants till kindergarden, and they maintain a level of professionalism unavailable anywhere else in town. I always felt my children were safe and well treated. The staff is pleasant and caring. Very satisfied.

When I got to the program I was like wtf... but as I stay for 13 months there I realized this is the place for me. The staff is amazing. To me this place breaks you down completely to build you back up. I learned a lot from this place. My kids stayed with me Most of the time.. not going to lie I had my ups and downs there but overall this place changed my life for the better

As I sit outside waiting for 10a I realize that’s why these clothes have been in my car for months. 10a only and if clothes left outside they will be thrown away, is crazy. Then I saw a family walk out and one of the children shouted donations. In that moment 10a didnt matter. It’s not families fault I have to wait so waiting is what I’ll do. Patience gotta be practiced and now is the perfect time.

Go for therapy, I see Amanda, she is one of the best therapist I've ever seen. Bonus she has a service dog, Yoshi, that tags along. The receptionist Tina is also the sweetest she is so kind and gentle.

The folks are easy to talk to, and they are accepting of anybody and all who come through the door.
