I don’t know why all the negative reviews or what happened to MLRC since my I stayed here but I just celebrated 22 years clean and could not have done it without my 7mnths here. We had brotherhood, my counselor Chris believed in me helped me get set up for when I would be leaving and go back home to NY. I owe my recovery and success in life to this facility.

I was in this place for around 3-5 months. I experienced lotta things and have been to many treatments before and l have never actually seen workers care bout they clients like these workers do. I seen lotta guys talk bad about stuff cause they don’t get their way. I really thought l didn’t learned nothing from this place but l actually did. I got put into the situations of using again and yes l relapse but l was also able to stop from letting myself go to deep into addiction cause of the skills l learned from this place. You can’t really get help and better your self if you ain’t really want the help to better yourself. I miss this place place and the nice & funny stuff. My fav stuff was always Paul😃this a good place but l keep seeing angry people commenting bad bout this place and tbh l think they just doing that cause they didn’t get their way😅oh and btw lm 8 months sober now & also l wanna thank Ashley and everyone in this place that helped and thought me the skills l needed to maintain sober🙂l hope everyone is doing good👍

I rarely give 5 stars but Esther Yankey is incredible! She gave me hope and she actually helped me! I was seeing a different provider for short term help dealing with a really difficult divorce, over medicated and lack of proper understanding of medication led to a lot more difficulties. I reached out and I got Esther... she listened, understood, and cared! If you are navigating trying to get off of any type of medication, especially anxiety medications, please see Esther!

Tammee Nevergall was lovely to work with. She was gentle and understanding with my 9 year old. Staff was friendly, helpful, and we felt safe, cared for, and respected.

Big Lake location has been wonderful from the front desk, facility, to the therapist. Love Tammie!

Choosing to go to Newport Institute in Monticello, MN was one of the hardest — and best — decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a space where healing was not only possible but expected. From individual therapy and group work to experiential therapies and life skills, every piece felt intentional and supportive. The environment itself also contributed so much to my healing. I also formed some of the most meaningful connections with peers — people who understood what I was going through and were walking beside me in the journey. Sobriety First Treatment Center is by far one of the best Treatment Centers i have ever been apart of. The community of Sobriety First is the longest standing community of people in recovery I have yet to see. The events they put on for clients and family have been one of the most essential parts of my recovery. I would and will recommend Sobriety First to anyone and everyone I know serious about finding a better way to live. Thank you all so much for being part of the recovery community in Minnesota.

Assertive Community Treatment team. Psychiatric outpatient program. Treatment in the office, at home or both. Licensed psychiatric care, certified psychiatric nurses, medication management, treatment, therapy, counseling, drug/alcohol addiction counseling, therapy and treatment. I would say that Great River Assertive Community Treatment, ACT team in Monticello, MN, is one of the best routes on outpatient psychiatric services, for people with disabilities, addiction and/or like problems.

Village Ranch Inc. has been a positive and supportive environment overall. The staff genuinely care about the youth they work with and put a lot of effort into helping them grow through structure, accountability, and consistent guidance. The program provides a good balance between education, skill-building, and personal development, and you can tell they’re dedicated to making a difference. The facility is well-maintained, and communication with staff has been reliable. Like any program, there’s always room for improvement as times and expectations evolve, but overall, it’s clear that Village Ranch is run by people who truly want to see kids succeed. I appreciate the work they do and the impact they’ve had on the youth in their care.

I had such a great experience here. So many seeds were planted. The staff was amazing! Today I am over 8 years sober and working as a substance abuse counselor. Thank you East Haven!

Awsome place they'll do whatever they can to provide anything a person needs, they are very good at keeping the community safe and have no problem weeding the ones who use on the property, it is a drug and alcohol free place. And they are very direct about this.

The care that has been received has been what we have intended to be. The customer service of the front desk/appointment schedulers. It is awkward most of the time. Bunnie is great, but the rest is short, not proper etiquette while having clients on the phone. They make sound like the appointment is a burden. Otherwise the care is great.

Since early Spring 2018, I have been meeting with Caitlyn at CMMHC. My experience has been a very positive one. I appreciate the support and guidance I’ve been given at CMMHC. It has helped me cope with several recent life changes. I would recommend CMMHC to anyone who needs help and assistance coping with the challenges of life.

I attended lone wolf for out patient treatment during the covid-19 pandemic. Not only were both David and Jackie professional and great at their jobs, but they also made me feel comfortable during those times using both on site and online meetings they made sure my treatment plan was fofilled.
