I don’t know why all the negative reviews or what happened to MLRC since my I stayed here but I just celebrated 22 years clean and could not have done it without my 7mnths here. We had brotherhood, my counselor Chris believed in me helped me get set up for when I would be leaving and go back home to NY. I owe my recovery and success in life to this facility.

I was in this place for around 3-5 months. I experienced lotta things and have been to many treatments before and l have never actually seen workers care bout they clients like these workers do. I seen lotta guys talk bad about stuff cause they don’t get their way. I really thought l didn’t learned nothing from this place but l actually did. I got put into the situations of using again and yes l relapse but l was also able to stop from letting myself go to deep into addiction cause of the skills l learned from this place. You can’t really get help and better your self if you ain’t really want the help to better yourself. I miss this place place and the nice & funny stuff. My fav stuff was always Paul😃this a good place but l keep seeing angry people commenting bad bout this place and tbh l think they just doing that cause they didn’t get their way😅oh and btw lm 8 months sober now & also l wanna thank Ashley and everyone in this place that helped and thought me the skills l needed to maintain sober🙂l hope everyone is doing good👍

Best treatment center out of five places in 21 years. It’s rustic in the middle of nowhere. The STAFF is amazing and actually touched on trauma codependency control and actually did the work. And I can’t sleep. I’m home in my apartment. I went to four meetings today. I’m struggling. I’m sober. I’m struggling real life real shit and I am so forever grateful for new beginnings. Thank you❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

I attended lone wolf for out patient treatment during the covid-19 pandemic. Not only were both David and Jackie professional and great at their jobs, but they also made me feel comfortable during those times using both on site and online meetings they made sure my treatment plan was fofilled. Kudos to you guys and thank you so much!

The falls were at their best with all the rain we had. Enjoyed walking down all the stairs and seeing the falls from another angle.

Came in late with a rib injury that was days old and high stress from ignoring it. The team at M Health Fairview Lakes handled it calmly and professionally. They got me through the imaging, explained everything straight, and helped bring the anxiety down. Solid care from everyone on shift.

I was at the Mexican Consulate to get my Mexican passport and ID. If you have any business with them, they are efficient and friendly. I don't know much about CLUES.

My case manager Julieta for clues has been super amazing with myself and my little family! Very helpful, patient, friendly and supportive! I wouldn’t trade her for anything in this world! Within weeks she has been our angel! We don’t know where else we would be without her services! Highly recommended to have her work with you and your situation and team! Clues is the best!

I've been with the clinic for a long time. The clinic is good. Lisa that works with scheduling and everything else is a Saint! She is so absolutely awesome. She always makes sure I am set with everything I need!! Can not thank her enough!

I love this place everyone truly cares about your treatment and progress. I have personal experiences with Brenda and Brittany, they run the front office and are excellent at helping find resources and with information in general. The counselors work around your schedule and make sure you have what you need to succeed I highly recommend STS for your recovery needs.

I have never been to treat before, and I never judge a book by its cover. I went into this program with a blind eye but I’m glad I did because this program has changed my life. The staff, the counselors, the groups.. not only that it helped me heal with my family. Not a lot of place with let you have your children, allll your children no matter the age with you all at once. And give you a safe place. A safe place to be able to work on yourself. Very thankful and grateful for this program.

Our son recently was discharged from this facility because he was not following the program. We know it had to do with HIM and his unwillingness to try and don’t put any of that on the staff. Everyone was so down to earth, non judgemental, patient and just all around kind to us from the day we reached out. They kept us in the loop with everything that was happening and were always gracious to us during random pop ins or family visits with our other crazy kids. The rooms and especially bathrooms were very well kept and clean, our son LOVED the food, and even though the entire experience was positive for us I think the most impressive thing was how caring and helpful they were when it was time for our son to go. They kept him longer than they had to and made him feel loved and heard in our last meeting together when I picked him up. They also went above and beyond helping us place him in another facility by providing all necessary information, paperwork and referrals etc - things that would’ve taken me weeks to do on my own. Thank you for the work you’re doing with these kids, On Belay!

I've been waiting here for a while but the staff are the best I've ever encountered in an emergency department. From the security team to the nursing team, everyone has been so kind, positive, and helpful.

firstly i had a great experience with dr kimberly, she listened to all of my concerns and addressed every single one. secondly the lab technician/phlebotomist (unsure of their title) Jorge was amazing, i have a huge fear of needles, i end up passing out every time but he did an amazing job of distracting me and making it a comfortable and the best experience i’ve had getting my blood drawn, you don’t typically get that from interaction that’s so short. and my test results with explanations and recommendations were back within a day. everyone i talked to from the front desk to the nurses were incredibly kind and professional. will definitely be making this location my go to for my health.

I had a real spooky day with Big Questions ( all was good but thanks for asking ) The staff from hello to goodbye were all friendly, nice & quality people. Both of the two in X-ray people friendly and professional, one was in training and they sure made me feel at ease - it was a difficult day for me and the extra comfort as a delight.
