This place changed my life. I didn’t think I could. They’re amazing. They treat you like a person, not an addict. The counseling I get is very helpful but they’re treatment in me alone is what help me just being treated like a regular person matters so much when you’re going through this. Cannot think them enough they are giving me my life back💗

I cannot say enough about this place, I’ve been to other methadone clinics before but this one surpasses them all! The Doctor is absolutely amazing she’s so smart and compassionate. Ceola is my counselor and she is so smart and so capable, She’s one of the best problem solver I’ve ever met. She’s super responsible and has helped me in my journey tremendously. I can honestly say that I have never had a counselor that has been so educated and knowledgeable! Having her as my counselor and having this particular Doctor has helped me get my life back and my children back. The extent that my counselor has gone for me To help get my life back in order is just absolutely Amazing they should literally get paid triple!I normally don’t write reviews but I think it was so necessary to let people know how great they are. Motty And DC working at the front desk are also amazing! And miss Letta Has helped me a lot also!

I have only incredible and positive things to say about Reflections and my stay at Simmons. From my very first contact with the team through intake and throughout my entire stay, I was met with an incredible level of warmth, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Olejan, Louise, and Kristin were absolutely wonderful. They made the intake process comfortable, seamless, and easy, and it was immediately clear that they genuinely care about each client and their recovery. The facility itself is exceptional. It is beautifully maintained, private, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-end amenities that truly support the recovery process. Unlike many treatment programs, Simmons accommodates a maximum of six clients at a time, which allows the team to provide an incredibly personalized level of care and attention. The environment feels much more like a private, comfortable, luxurious home than a traditional treatment facility. What stood out to me most was how individualized the entire program is. Reflections takes the time to understand each client's specific needs and builds treatment around them, while also focusing on providing the tools and foundation necessary for long-term success after leaving the program. The clinical and medical care is outstanding. There is 24-hour nursing support, and the nursing team is made up of incredibly compassionate and attentive people who genuinely care about the wellbeing of every client. Medical needs are closely monitored, medications are regularly reviewed and adjusted when necessary, and there is consistent communication with the clinical director, executive director, psychiatrist, and nurse practitioner. I always felt that my needs were being heard and taken seriously. The therapeutic program is equally impressive. Clients participate in intensive daily group therapy, individual therapy, and specialized relapse-prevention work. The counselors are knowledgeable, compassionate, diligent, and completely focused on the client's recovery. The groups are educational and provide practical tools surrounding CBT, coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and many other areas that are essential for maintaining recovery outside of treatment. There are also regular check-ins, family sessions, and additional support whenever needed. Another thing that made my experience so special was the range of supportive activities available. In addition to traditional therapy, Reflections offers outings, sound baths, art therapy, music therapy, massages, salon visits, equine therapy, meditation, and numerous recovery meetings. These experiences provide additional tools for healing and introduce healthy activities that can continue to be incorporated into life after treatment. Visitation is also available, allowing clients to maintain meaningful connections with their loved ones throughout the process. The personal chefs are another incredible part of the experience. Meals are high quality, thoughtfully prepared, and customized around individual dietary needs and restrictions. Every detail of the environment is designed to make clients feel safe, comfortable, supported, and cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Reflections to anyone seeking help with recovery, whether it is their first experience with treatment or they have been through treatment before. The entire team approaches their work with an extraordinary amount of care, empathy, patience, and compassion. Most importantly, I truly felt that the focus was always on the individual client — not simply getting through a program, but helping each person build the foundation and tools necessary for a successful future. I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I received at Reflections and Simmons. For anyone struggling or considering seeking help, taking that first step can be incredibly difficult, but I believe Reflections provides an environment where you can feel safe, supported, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the process.

I spent three months in Reflections' inpatient program followed by six months in their outpatient program, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The level of professionalism, compassion, and clinical expertise provided by every member of the team is truly world-class. In my opinion, Reflections sets the gold standard for addiction treatment. If you fully commit to the program, embrace the guidance of the staff, and continue your recovery by participating in support groups such as AA or NA after treatment, I genuinely believe you will give yourself the greatest possible opportunity to achieve lasting sobriety. I arrived at Reflections completely broken by addiction. I left with something I had not felt in a very long time—hope. More importantly, I left with the strength, courage, confidence, and tools necessary to build a new life. Today, I have been sober from the hard drugs of my choice for many years, and there are no words that can adequately express my gratitude to the incredible team that helped make that possible. The accommodations are exceptional. The campus is peaceful, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed to promote healing. The residences are more luxurious than many five-star hotels, the meals are healthy and genuinely delicious, and every detail reflects a commitment to creating an environment where recovery can thrive. What impressed me most was how individualized the treatment is. Reflections understands that addiction affects people from every background. Whether someone arrives with nothing left or is a successful executive leading a major company, every client receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique circumstances, challenges, and goals. During my time there, I met people from every walk of life, and every one of them was treated with the same dignity, respect, and unwavering support. Reflections didn't just help me stop using drugs—it gave me my life back. The program, the staff, and the community transformed my future in ways I never thought possible. While no treatment center can do the work for you, if you come with an open mind, trust the process, and are willing to follow their recommendations, I truly believe Reflections offers one of the greatest opportunities for lifelong recovery. If you are reading this because you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, please don't wait. Make the call. It could be the decision that changes—and even saves—a life. Reflections certainly changed mine, and for that I will be forever grateful.

I'm writing this review as a family member (not a patient) but I have only positive things to say about my entire experience with Reflections. Several months ago, my brother was in a very dangerous place in his life. It got to the point where we feared for his life on a weekly basis and knew we had to do something urgently. Our family staged an intervention and successfully got my brother to agree to inpatient treatment. After extensive research, I found that Reflections was our best option, and I believe choosing Reflections is a decision that may have saved his life. From the very first phone call I had with program director Olejan, I felt a level of genuine care, intelligence, nuance, and humanity that Olejan brought to our conversations. He wasn't trying to sell us the program or anything like that. We had heart-to-heart conversations that made me feel like Reflections would be our partner in my brother's recovery. I felt confident in the credentialed clinical team they have there with Dr. Hanna, and reassured that the level of care my brother would receive would be top-notch, with more one-to-one therapeutic care than what most inpatient treatment centers could offer in Los Angeles. My brother's main therapist at Reflections was Stewart Bryant, and they formed an amazing relationship that my brother cherished during his stay. Week by week I would check in with my brother while he was at Reflections, and just hearing him progressively become more clear-headed, alert, deeply reflecting, emotionally available and vulnerable and willing to speak about everything, working through foundational issues in his life, being more optimistic and committed to his sobriety - it was so profoundly encouraging to see the signs of his work at Reflections really taking root. To any family member reading this while desperately searching for the right place for someone you love: Reflections was an amazing option and I highly recommend you reach out and speak to Olejan who will wholeheartedly address any concerns you may have about Reflections being a good match for your family member in need of treatment. Thank you to the entire Reflections staff for giving my brother high-quality treatment. I am forever thankful to them for being that pivotal first step in my brother's road to full recovery!

After almost 5 years of continued sobriety, I can honestly say programs like this only work if you are willing to admit you have a problem, stay accountable, and genuinely put effort into your recovery. A lot of the negative reviews here seem to come from people who expect results without consistency, honesty, or responsibility. Recovery is not easy, and no clinic can do the work for you if you are still trying to manipulate the system instead of change your life. From my experience, the staff here have always been respectful, supportive, encouraging, and available whenever possible. At the same time, people need to understand that counselors, nurses, and staff members are dealing with many patients every single day — including individuals who repeatedly miss appointments, ignore expectations, or waste the time and energy of people who are genuinely trying to help them. Staff members are human too, and I think many of the complaints fail to recognize the amount of patience required to work in this environment day after day. What stands out the most to me is that this clinic encourages actual recovery and accountability instead of simply handing out medication and sending people on their way. If you consistently show up, communicate honestly, and take your sobriety seriously, the support is absolutely there. I also want to specifically recognize the director, Kim, because she is honestly one of the most compassionate, respectful, genuine human beings I have ever met. The amount of patience, understanding, and support she gives to people — even during difficult situations — deserves recognition. She has played a huge role in my recovery journey and continues to support people however she can, even when she does not have to. Running a program like this cannot be easy, especially while dealing with so many different personalities and situations, but she continues to show professionalism, empathy, and strength every day. At the end of the day, recovery only works when the individual decides they are truly ready. No program is perfect, but in my experience, the people working here genuinely care about those who are serious about changing their lives.

Recovery and healing were not a straight line for me. I attended Avery Lane 3 separate times before everything finally clicked, but through every fall, Camille and her staff never turned their back on me. They met me with unbelievable grace, patience, and safety when I needed it most. Before coming to Avery Lane, I was consumed by a level of hopelessness and despair I didn't think I could survive. Trapped in an abusive situation, I felt like my life had completely lost its purpose, and I genuinely saw no way out. As a mother of three girls, leaving my daughters to go into treatment was the hardest, most heart-wrenching thing I’ve ever done—but it was so worth it. Thanks to the relentless support of Camille and the incredible team at Avery Lane, I turned my life around and have been proudly, completely sober since March 2024. They held space for me until I could find my own strength, and the impact of their care was so profound that it inspired me to enter the field to help other women escape the same darkness. If you are a mother, or any woman feeling hopeless, trapped, and believing there is no way out, please know that Avery Lane can help you find your life and your purpose again!! 🪷 💞

Avery Lane saved my life. After a 60 day stay in residential and 6 weeks of IOP I am over 100 days clean and happier than I’ve ever been. The clinical staff is exceptional (shoutout to Chrissy). Walking through the doors of this women’s rehab was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came here for 30 days, and it completely changed the direction of my life. The staff genuinely cared about my recovery and created a safe, supportive environment where I could finally focus on healing. I learned so much about myself, I gained tools that I continue to use every day, and found hope when I wasn’t sure it existed. One of the greatest gifts this program gave me was the amazing women I met along the way. The friendships and support I found here reminded me that I wasn’t alone. Those connections have meant so much to my recovery. Since completing treatment, I’ve stayed clean, and because of that, so many incredible opportunities have opened up in my life. Recovery has given me a new outlook on life, one filled with gratitude, purpose, and possibilities I never thought I would have. If you’re considering treatment, know that asking for help can truly be the beginning of a completely different life. I’m forever grateful for the role this program played in my recovery.

The clinic is amazing in regard to the friendliness of the staff and ease of access. I am, however, a bit disturbed by the Pride Flag (specifically the "Progress Flag") that is displayed in the main lobby. Personal feelings aside, this has no place in the display; it does not make sense. There's the US flag with all the branches of the military. Then......the Progress Flag. No POW flag, either. How is this Pride Flag equal to the branches of the military? It's not only unnacceptable, but it's out of place. It simply doesn't make sense. Could it be displayed elswhere? Another way?

The thing that I value most of all from my experience at Archway is the loving new community that I know I can count on going forward.

I went to archway having lost everything. Cars homes kids family money. I lost everything. I came to archway recovery services October 11th 2024 having no idea who I was or what to do about my addiction to methamphetamine. They taught me about my triggers and how to identify them. They taught me patience. I was planning to go for 45 days and graduate and ended up staying a whole 90 and going to SLE (SOBER LIVING ENVIRONMENT) I found out where I was in my recovery when I never even knew there was a place i I could be which was I was in preparation and by the time I got out was in action. The Rech Techs (to many to name)are very nice and professional. The managers Ms. Donna and Ms. Letti are very nice and professional and amazing people. The executive director Kevin is also an amazing person. This program is like none I have ever been to. It has a panel to go through before you graduate and the reason for that is to be sure you are ready for the outside world before you enter it. Some people may not like it but I loved the way they ran it. It's a very special place and I would recommend it to anyone in this world who has ANY kind of addiction. Thank you ARCHWAY RECOVERY SERVICES you saved my life and repaired my relationships with the most important people in my life. When my life got harder you guys all worked very hard to make it better and I appreciate each and every one of you - always and forever Rochelle Souza

If you're serious about getting sober, then this is the program for you. I was weak and manipulative and really didn't care about much when I came here in 2013. I will say it forever, I'm almost 9 years sober because of this place. I needed the structure that they provide. I learned tools here that I still apply to my life today. I will always love genesis house. I can get through anything in life and I know that I don't have to use over it. GHOUSE saved me!

I went through this program for a month, twice. The first time I was pretty unwell but it wasn’t too bad. The next time I went through, I had a great time and did much better because I myself was better. To be upfront, many people who went through were facing homelessness without the intervention of laurel creek. Many of the clients had been homeless in the past. This place needed a good grant of extra funding to make it a little better. There were a lot of plumbing issues and I tend to think the place needs a decent amount of work. Overall is was good. The counselors were professional and helpful. I’m hoping I don’t need to return for a 3rd trip but I found that if you just go with the program, it’s not too bad. It’s a crisis center so people are usually not at their best when being there.
