I am excited to write this review. Ava keeps me going, and provides such healthy insight. I have had a long couple of years, personally, professionally, and with my own recovery. She's been here for all of it. Nobody is easy, but I really am a tough nut to crack. I have a tremendous amount of gratitude for the time we have.

I really love South Bay. They gave me a great therapist. Her name is Ava Barone. She has really helped me with a lot problems I have been going through. I can say anything to her and she doesn’t judge she tries to help. I feel so much better after our sessions she is a great person. If anyone were to need a therapist, who’s understanding kind and full of knowledge, Ava would be the one thank you Ava for everything you’ve done to help me.

I truly appreciate everyone who works here. Lindsey at the front desk is welcoming, kind, and accommodating. All of the ladies always greet you with a smile making you feel comfortable. My physician, Leah, is the best. I look forward to seeing her every month!

gng so right it was like approx. 1:25AM i was on that timing ya heard down on prospect hill law so i put my shawty rose toy in my ahhhh to feel sum different u feel me or u don but anyways den da toy got stuck i rushed over to the holy F. (New slang) n they was able to pull dat out on da low ngl n my doc his name Juanlito Sanchez, (MD) he got me right n gave me the lick i felt in my spine ngl but it was tuff

I’m honestly surprised to see negative reviews for Holy Family Hospital, because my experience here was absolutely the opposite. After a terrible encounter at Lawrence General Hospital (where I was dismissed by a rude receptionist who simply handed me a form and rolled her eyes) I came here with my toddler, who had just fallen down the stairs and hit his head. I was shaken, worried, and bracing myself for another upsetting interaction. The moment I walked in, the receptionist was so kind and attentive. She noticed I was trembling and struggling to speak, so she handed me paper to write on and gently reassured me that my son would be taken care of right away. Not even a minute later, the triage nurse called us back to check for a concussion. Shortly after, the doctor came in, did a thorough exam, and calmly explained everything to reassure me that my son was okay. They told me the ER was full but were attentive to my son’s condition, checking in on his behavior while we waited. The triage nurse gave him medication a little later, and about an hour afterward we were admitted for observation. The nurse we met was so sweet, caring, and even shared their own stories of their littles getting into accidents, which made me feel less alone. From the moment we arrived around 5pm until we left around 7pm, the process was smooth, efficient, and filled with genuine compassion. As a first-time mother, I came in terrified, but I left relieved, grateful, and amazed at the professionalism and kindness shown to us. It truly felt like being wrapped in the support of caring professionals who treated us like family. Thank you so much to everyone... from the reception staff to the nurses and doctor for turning such a frightening moment into one of comfort and reassurance. God bless you all!

Fantastic care! The ER staff are On the ball, attentive and very understanding! The place is super clean, and everyone was very friendly and answered questions quickly and with knowledgable responses!

Very pleased with services I have been receiving. People I have met with are God sent, they listened to me and provided advice. They are very thorough, involved, and given helpful resources. Acute care has prevented me from being hospitalized which I am very grateful for.

Ok. So far starting with this place it’s been a little bit of a nightmare due to all the appointment dates and that their answering service is messed up. Never correct. I’ve met with my Case Worker Sabrina. Really connected with her and know she is good peoples and knows what she’s doing. Very happy about that. Then today I met with my med doctor David. Very intelligent man. Was funny and told him about all the bad advertisement they have. I told him if he makes me see someone else we r done. He’s like that won’t happen unless you change it. So I had a good experience when I went today. Sorry for everyone else so far. I saw all the reviews. Looks like the system isn’t established correctly yet.

Several years ago. I made an appointment with seacoast mental health. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Betty. I was in a very bad way in a very bad spot in my life. I have had many problems with doctors that just didn't care and was ready to give up I pushed his poor ladies buttons as hard as I could. And I was good at it. And from that point on I will say this lady has saved my life. It has been several years and I owe my life to this one lady at seacoast mental health. I will say in a few short years my whole life has changed. As he perfected the proper medication for me I have become such a better person in life more people like me I deal with everyday problems so much better. And my life has changed 100%. She also got me a case manager. His name is Patrick. And I will say Patrick has the neck to help me deal with the other problems that appear in my everyday home life. He teaches me how to deal with problems with DHS social security problems that arise at work. And keep a proper running household. I will say without these two people I would not be able to make it in normal everyday life I thank them every day I talked to them and I appreciate everything they do for me. My advice to everybody is give seacito's mental health they really do care about their patients and try very hard to make themand try

First time at their office but have been with them for a little around a year or two online, Parking was good There were two areas and plenty of spots which was very nice, The receptionist was very helpful and quickly got me all set and the Provider I have been seeing was great as per usual.

I’m under the care of Ellen McFarland, and after seeing an array of people since 2003, I can say that she is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She is so realistic, talks to me instead of down, and uses my language, instead of quotes from a book. I can change the office environment at anytime. I’ve sat on the floor for an entire session and she’ll sit low as to not break eye contact. She’s absolutely wonderful, with a great sense of humor

I have been on the clinic 2015 & it has helped me on my road to recovery. I am addicted to opiates(pills) & have not abused them since I've been on clinic, I also gave up drinking alcohol when got on clinic. The "dosing" nurses are great nurses,. They're very friendly, care n have lots of patience to deal with addicts everyday. The receptionist(s),doctor & councilors are awesome too. I've had many councilors since been here & always been happy them. The hours are good during the week but during the wknd rhey should stay open longer(some of us come a long way & durning bad weather it hard to get there before 10am)

I see so much hate being projected on the reviews here. This place honestly saved my life, This place and people are the Reason why I am off of dope. There are a few things that could change though,One of the crappiest Things Are, When you Finally Make it to the clinic,Sometimes on Saturday there is a Enormous line out the door all the way around the building. Other than that it's an amazing safe place. Well I forgot one thing. This is my 3rd counselor which I hope they don't keep leaving.

I know that this place has its issues but doesnt every place and or everyone in the world .i personally give this place a 5 star rating because this clinic is the only reason i am not using heroin any more and the people and the support here is the only reason i was able to get clean and stay clean and sober and get my son back as well thank you !!

Narcotics Anonymous meetings on Friday and Sunday night are incredibly welcoming. Best NA in New Hampshire

Just had to say the program director actually spoke to me for almost an hour. I was a complete mess from crying over worry for my daughter who is not even at Pegasus House. Currently she is incarcerated and we are looking for a program. I googled residential and due to the holiday, I really didn t think I would reach anyone. Staff who answered transferred me to the Director who was actually there. Before I could say hello back, she told me to take a breath. She didn t know who I was. My daughter will be calling in the morning to complete a phone interview. Never will I forget the patience and kindness that was shown to a frantic mom

Very Positive Recovery Home for Young Women Seeking a Safe Clean Environment to Live Clean & Sober Lifestyle!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who.is having issues with any substance abuse problems or alcoholic they were great to me the director Kevin had gone above and beyond to help me and make sure I had my medication and anything I needed I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place and it gave me a whole new out look on life and getting help in general I never wanted to go to treatment cuss of how I thought it might be but this had absolutely changed my mind they are very caring and will do anything to sute somones needs if it's in there power if you need help or know anyone who does there absolutely the place to go

I would highly recommend Bonfire for aftercare and sober living. This place has saved my life and countless others. Feels like home, not an institution!

Today I got to speak to the one person who was my safety net& advocate for the first time since I lost her.Shes the best Councilor I've ever had & I truly trust.Now she's in her office as one of the Top positions you can have without moving on. GOD help me if she was completely gone because sure enough so would I be.Christana Brown personally and professionally is one of few who truly get it.The world is blessed and so was I no matter how I ended up. Merry Christmas & God Bless all the unsung Heroes fighting a battle most can't look at.
