I can only speak on what services I have used in the last year which is their labor and delivery which was 10/10, highly recommend delivering there if you are a low risk pregnancy (no nicu) the staff were so friendly and helpful. Their laboratory services were also amazing!! We had blood work done on our one year old and the staff were friendly and did an amazing job making our baby feel comfortable. They took us on time and had awesome availability for working people. Highly recommend Riverview for these services.

I delivered my son here in 2024. My Obgyn was excellent and he did a wonderful job with my C-section. The only reason why I’m giving four stars is because during my recovery although overall everyone was very kind and helpful. There was one nurse that I had for two days. (My fault should have requested someone else) And I remember every single time she came in she had a nasty attitude like she didn’t wanna help. Once in the middle of the night I needed help going to the bathroom because first of all getting out of the bed by yourself a day after surgery and even being able to pull down, underwear is excruciating and I don’t think they understand that… clearly not… And I remember it was about 3 AM and she was like “what”? And refused to help me in the bathroom and just stared and left. I remember crying from pain and just slowly crawling into bed hysterically. I’ll never forget how crappy she was. I was in horrible pain… hopefully they understand that this type of energy isn’t acceptable for patients out of surgery.

Relevance Treatment Center was a necessary step in my recovery to secure sobriety and live a life worth living. Their PHP, IOP programs helped me to regain tools and skills to support my mental & physical health. I have been struggling very much and when I arrived, I was met with the upmost respect, care, support and kindness. It is a comfortable & safe environment for those struggling with mental health issues, substance addictions, etc. and it is all owed to the loving staff. In their own respective manners, the amazingly sweet receptionist LeaAnn made the environment feel warm and friendly from the very beginning, she always said good morning and how is your day, truly caring about how you felt and being honest, it was hard for her not to make your day better. The technician and maintenance team involving the hilarious and comforting Joe & Rob would always find a solution to any of our needs and make us priority #1, yet would always have some time to talk and joke around with us during our groups in between groups. They are tremendous and I thank them for making rough days better. Words cannot describe the level of care and effort put by the clinical team, but Chelsea, Gracie, Henry, Monika, Josh, Julie & Victoria (Both case managers who helped individual clients with housing, financial, income, etc.) were monumental in my recovery and ability to cope with my issues in life. I am grateful for the work they do and their passion behind every intent. I felt validated everyday and I cannot thank them enough. The medical team including Dr. Paul Gazzara, nurse practitioner Latifah Oparison & Nurse Patty were incredibly helpful and understanding in the medications that were necessary for me in my beginning stages of recovery. Everyone in the admissions team including John, Gina, Dan & Tabitha made the initial steps very easy to grasp and helped throughout the way. They helped majorly ease any financial burden. Clinical directors Jess & Melanie deal with a lot of work and not often did I see them, yet they always made time for anyone to come and talk about any issues or just to have a conversation with them. They are incredibly kind and amazing at their field of work, they care and I am very grateful. Would definitely recommend for those who have or are currently with mental health/substance abuse. In my experience of rehab centers, detox, sober living, this has been one of the greatest.

Their PHP program is intensive, their housing set up is great, and their methods outside of the program work. Great way to assimilate back to life after a 30 day program. High Focus has been pivotal to my success in understanding, as well as coping with my mental health. I have gone through the program twice in 5 years and this time around was fantastic. Kellie my clinician was excellent, she was compassionate, understanding, and really pushed me when I desperately needed to be pushed. All the clinicians who ran the groups were fantastic, Karyn, Ashley, Taylor, Kellie, Kendall, you all have made such positive impacts on my life. I can’t recommend high focus enough to those out there who are struggling mentally. I’ve been through Princeton house prior, and High Focus is far and away the best program around.

Fantastic facilities. My daughter had surgery and they took such good care of her. She's only 6 months old and she had them all wrapped around her finger. Her post-op surgery recovery nurse, Barbara Johnson, was absolutely phenomenal with her. Everyone on her care team made this momma feel slightly more comfortable with my little going under anesthesia.

I experienced the MOST caring group of professionals, The nursing staff, every single one of those nurses in my opinion, deserve a raise. They put up with people coming in off the street after being on a drinking or a drug binge, some uncooperative due to going through withdrawal, some of them get their mouth going and cuss the staff out, the staff keeps a smile on their face and keeps it professional, They have a lot of patience to deal with people that are intoxicated like that.
I have to give a shout out to Desiree, she is absolutely one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met in my life, the nurse that was on the night shift Wednesday 9-24-2025 into Thursday 9-25-2025. I can’t remember her name, she is great, Denise is another professional, They were absolutely excellent in everything they do. The food was good. The portions were plentiful the behavioral health technicians if you had a question or a problem or needed an answer to a question they were right on top of it if they were tied up doing something else and they said I’ll get right back to you. They got right back to us. The client advocate coordinator. Richard is one of the nicest men I’ve ever met in my life. I give a double thumbs up to Discovery Institute and to the staff and I must repeat myself. The nursing staff puts up with a lot of people coming in that are intoxicated. They’re high coming off alcohol coming off of drugs and they just deal with everybody on an individual basis. I’ve been at a couple different facilities and I don’t want to say the other facilities name. Wanna review for you guys but you’re right up there with the other facility that I was at incredible people that gave incredible care thank you Discovery for saving my life.

Let me start by saying I did NOT believe in group type therapy. That all changed when I walked through the doors of this facility. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about every single patient. I was a mess walking in and was discharged with the tools needed to become a much better me. Trust the process! Andy and Sharon have been pivotal to my recovery. I was hopeless before I started this program and didn’t think anything could or would change. Both of these councilors have helped me to grow, process, and maintain a life that I never thought I’d have. Thank you for saving my life. I highly recommend the program because of these two women and the dedication they have to helping others.

Genphyc Brick is absolutely amazing — they truly changed my life. I want to give a special thank you to my counselor there, Ande. It’s rare to come across professionals who are both deeply compassionate and incredibly skilled at what they do. Ande was the first person I’ve worked with who genuinely helped guide me on my path to sobriety.
I checked into Genphyc Brick in August of last year and completed the program in November. I chose to wait until I reached one full year sober before writing this review, to make sure the tools and support I received really held up in the long term. I’m proud to say that they absolutely did — I’m now over a year sober.
The meetings, the skill-building, the continuous support — all of it helped lay the foundation for lasting change in my life. I can’t thank Genphyc and Ande enough for everything they’ve done.
Without a doubt, this is a 5-star experience.

I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. I even put my seven year old in therapy there for aggressive behavior issues I was convinced she had ODD but a few months of seeing Alex and she is a different person no more freak outs I owe this place the world HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. It's been a year later and MR Rouse is still the man if you come here try and request him if you can. He is a amazing counselor and person

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... So if, like myself, your issues got issues, come to Lennard, open up to one of their awesome counselors,(like Ms. Smith and/or Rajahn) find yourself, and reach for the stars🌠...

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on
staff.

I looked at some of the negative reviews, however, I had quite the positive experience. First of all, having been in different locations so far this hospital has far been the best compared to others. I know that hospitals like their psych units often get a bad rep, hence the many negative reviews. I gotta praise the cleanliness of this place. The custodians take effort in cleaning at least once a day, such as the rooms and hallways. The staff were nice and caring such as nurses, social workers, doctors, OTs and behavioral health workers. They actually treat patients as actual human beings. My stay was pretty short, but it was the first time I got out stable and content after this stay despite my minimal time here. Thanks
