There is not a single member of staff in the program that is not absolutely outstanding. If you really want the help, they will give you everything needed to get you clean and all the tools needed to keep you clean after the program. Not just great at their jobs, they are just great people , at their core. I’m so happy I decided to go there. Thanks Clearview!

Clearview at st Marys has the tools available to get healthy and learn how to stay clean. I wish there were different options than twelve step programs but they help nonetheless. I don't understand the abundance of horrible reviews. Attending clearview greatly increased my chances of staying of my drugs of choice. I'd recommend them to anybody.best place in western ny and everyone I talk to tends to agree and I know allot of addicts.

Hands down it was the best 820 program I have ever been to, and unfortunately I've been to quite a few, living quarters are spotless building is kept up if something breaks or something needs to get down its down.. They have the top of the line smart televisions it's a 70 inch touch screen computer thar also is a touch screen TV, and they have a couple of them the computer room has a computer for everyone never a wait and up to date equipment, Joey the director is a awesome guy he's not there to try and jam you up he there's to save your life also very laid back and the rest of the staff is great even the driver and interns you just get the feeling that they care.... awesome medical staff and the gym is better then a collage gun pickle ball twice a day baseball ,volleyball, Olympics bbqs,and once a week if you don't get any ribs there called the go to ice cream or movies or fast food or museum. Or the falls.... And they don't program you to death only a couple groups a day abs the rest of the day you can get your phone watch a movie just get your head right... I left there 15 months ago and I'm still clean I haven't had 14 months clean sense I was born.... so thank you to everyone that works at freedom village I had a good interaction with everyone, and I really miss the staff, and a addict like me would never in a million years say that but thank you freedom

Been dealing with a neighbor whos piling mountains of trash in his yard (rats/mice/skunks/smell) for a DECADE and no attempts to clean in NT. Continual B.S. from NT City officials (basically have done nothing in 11 years)
Contacted Greg from Niagara co Health Dept, TBH didn't expect much,
well I was wrong.
He thinks outside the box, and contacted a local Knights of Columbus whom showed up weeks later and scoured the offending neighbors property with a dozen guys, tractors, trucks, dump trailers and more.
Within 4 hours a team of older veterans and some guys just running machines cleaned EVERY BIT OF TRASH OFF THE PROPERTY.
My guess is 6 to 10 cubic yards of trash and some nasty chemicals removed.
myself and dozens of neighbors salute you Greg, and the all volunteer crew that came and cleaned the guys property (while the owner sat and watched, without once even lifting a finger to help) ...
Sadly, in today bureaucratic govt agencies this is so rare I've never heard of it, but thankfully we got Greg, the one guy who seems ready willing and able to problem solve.
Truly one of the best experiences dealing with local govt in my 55 years on Earth.

Seriously has the most amazing counselors, and psychiatrists. I've realized if you don't put any work in for yourself, you won't be able to get anything out of counseling. Due to the pandemic, I have not physically been in the office. However, based on the care I have received online and on the phone, I can say that the counselors truly care and want to help you. They do not push anything on you .. they give you options and any progress that you do make, they are sincerely happy for you and simply encourage you to keep going when you are struggling. Highly recommend! Counselor Yvonne is particularly amazing!

Mr. Mario Hernandez took me and help me become a better me. also, all of the main building staff and day school teacher. I was a resident there when I was 12 years old. I'm now 38. Wyndham Lawn is the best place for kids with problems wether it's emotional or mental problems because the staff is the best there is. I know from experience. We had Mr.Hernendez and Mr.Williams and alot more. They were strict but fair and that's what kids like me needed at that time and still do now. I wish I was sent to Wyndham Lawn when my mom who put me in the child care system at the age of 5.

Each counselor my kids have seen has been helpful, hands on, & really taken the time to listen & give great advice, support & teach important tools & coping skills to my kids through some really difficult & high conflict times. I've been going for 2 and 1/2 years.

And Dr Napoli is amazing and patient when prescribing meds.
ETA: I was looking at the reviews and a lot of the negative ones I noticed were from before I started therapy in July of 2022.
That was when they were at their old location and they had a different director back then too.
There were a few from within the last couple months, but honestly, if someone is having a bad experience with this place, I can only say that the problem is them. Entitled, demanding, late, missing appointments, etc... I don't know what the problem is, but I have literally been going 1-2 times a week every single week for 2 and 1/2 years and I have NEVER had an issue with them. I look forward to my appts every single week (lol I call Dan my "gossip doctor.")
I talk to Dr Napoli monthly because I'm on medication. He asks ME how I'm doing and takes my suggestions into consideration if a medication doesn't work. Extremely patient with trial and error.
The only issue I have had a few times is that sometimes they don't answer the phones, but I leave a message and they call me right back. I've been going there for so long that they know me by name at this point.
Your therapist will also have their own personal extension too. And so does the doctor's nurse, Melissa.

Not sure why so many bad reviews on here. Must be the bad seeds around the area. This place has been a life saver. The new director is really nice and they got me in for counseling 2 days after my call. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer in person and telehealth for counseling which has made it easy to access someone to talk to. All of the counselors are knowledgable and compassionate when I spoke with them. The nurse was really kind to me during my appointment too. Dont judge an office based on reviews from people who can’t even spell. Just my opinion.

I was in this program for 90 days. I'm in my sixties. And my counselor was this cute little 20 something girl who never had an addiction in her life. And I thought "oh great!" What can this girl possibly teach me? But I have to say I was truly amazed. I didn't want to be there. And within a 2 week time period I completely changed my mind. This place have me hope and strength that I didn't know existed. I learned how to surrender my need to control things. And found out so many things about myself. It afforded me the time to do nothing but work on fixing myself. It reminded me of what it was like to have a routine, responsibilities, fun and to just work on being the best version of me. I have been home for 11 months now and still hear my little counselors voice in my head... she taught me more than I thought she could. I highly recommend The Madonna House to anyone who is ready to change their life. It wasn't easy at times. And there were days I wanted to leave. But that's normal. The staff there really encourages the ladies to be better and do better. I owe so much to them. More than I could ever repay. So I just adhere to the foundation of my sobriety that I gained while in the house. That's the best way to show my gratitude.

My experience was it was a very decent facility.The staff seems to really care. I had a amazing counselor casssandra weaver that lady believed in me and really had legitimate concern for her work load as well as other people’s case load.she restored my belief in humanity.I don’t talk to her as often as I would like but she always made time when and if I needed it.Being African American and her occasion I Thought I would face racism Total opposite.wherever her and her cat Missy are God bless her soul professionalism Along with the QUEEN WHO RUNS THE PLACE LACY WHO FIGHTS FOR US HER AND DAVE BEHIND THE SCENES.THE FOOD WAS OKAY.CP

I have been with unity chemical dependency for a while now. All of the staff in outpatient and the majority of staff in inpatient are compassionate and were essential for my recovery. My outpatient therapist is always ready to listen and give incredible support and resources. I don't think I would be in recovery if it weren't for my therapist, Sam. My life has been saved. I have improved my quality of life, as well as my relationships. I highly recommend unity chemical dependency for those who struggle with addiction. If you are committed to changing your life, this program and staff will do everything to support you.

I can't say enough about this place. It reminds me of a diamond in the rough. They have such a good program. We kept going to Rochester and it was always disappointing. They always said we have no beds. Your not that bad you can do outpatient. RGH was a JOKE. I will NOT go back to Rochester. If I have a friend or loved one who needs help. I will always refer to Buffalo.

Everyone thinks that Margaret A. Stutzman Addiction Treatment Center is like a prison, but they are wrong, addicts need to be in a special facility and that is what they offer, inside they can enjoy many recreational activities, they have their own room well equipped, meals are delicious, on weekends you can receive visits from your relatives. I recommend any addict who wants to make big changes in his life to join this program.
