As a special treat among the citizens, your loved one might meet the fan club of Larry the Cable Guy, Joe Dirt, and Hopalong Cassidy. When my loved one was there, he got to meet the trucker who left his truck parked on the side of the expressway and needed to do his laundry. Larry the Cable Guy and Truck Driver were my loved ones favorites, they were self help experts in a rehab. These two, truly the top 85% , shared their expertise on how it works to a newcomer. My loved one told me though, Pothole face truck driver was his favorite because he said he lives in Beverly Hills and wore the same shiny clothes for days he came in with. Dude nobody rich is in a medicaid rehab unless their to make a girlfriend.

Hands down it was the best 820 program I have ever been to, and unfortunately I've been to quite a few, living quarters are spotless building is kept up if something breaks or something needs to get down its down.. They have the top of the line smart televisions it's a 70 inch touch screen computer thar also is a touch screen TV, and they have a couple of them the computer room has a computer for everyone never a wait and up to date equipment, Joey the director is a awesome guy he's not there to try and jam you up he there's to save your life also very laid back and the rest of the staff is great even the driver and interns you just get the feeling that they care.... awesome medical staff and the gym is better then a collage gun pickle ball twice a day baseball ,volleyball, Olympics bbqs,and once a week if you don't get any ribs there called the go to ice cream or movies or fast food or museum. Or the falls.... And they don't program you to death only a couple groups a day abs the rest of the day you can get your phone watch a movie just get your head right... I left there 15 months ago and I'm still clean I haven't had 14 months clean sense I was born.... so thank you to everyone that works at freedom village I had a good interaction with everyone, and I really miss the staff, and a addict like me would never in a million years say that but thank you freedom

Seriously has the most amazing counselors, and psychiatrists. I've realized if you don't put any work in for yourself, you won't be able to get anything out of counseling. But the counselors are your biggest cheerleaders, and are cheering you on every step of the way! So thankful for BryLin Outpatient.

Due to the pandemic, I have not physically been in the office. However, based on the care I have received online and on the phone, I can say that the counselors truly care and want to help you. They do not push anything on you .. they give you options and any progress that you do make, they are sincerely happy for you and simply encourage you to keep going when you are struggling. Highly recommend! Counselor Yvonne is particularly amazing!

I was a resident there when I was 12 years old. I'm now 38. Wyndham Lawn is the best place for kids with problems wether it's emotional or mental problems because the staff is the best there is. I know from experience. We had Mr.Hernendez and Mr.Williams and alot more. They were strict but fair and that's what kids like me needed at that time and still do now. I wish I was sent to Wyndham Lawn when my mom who put me in the child care system at the age of 5.

yall im free!!! but it was a good place i loved that staff! i miss them so much. the kids were okay some of them but i hang out with one of them outside of there he is my best friend. there are so many activites to do. i shared many laughs. but when i got out i got locked up now im in a difrent home going through new directions. but it is amazing here too.

I was in this program for 90 days. I'm in my sixties. And my counselor was this cute little 20 something girl who never had an addiction in her life. And I thought "oh great!" What can this girl possibly teach me? But I have to say I was truly amazed. I didn't want to be there. And within a 2 week time period I completely changed my mind. This place have me hope and strength that I didn't know existed. I learned how to surrender my need to control things. And found out so many things about myself. It afforded me the time to do nothing but work on fixing myself. It reminded me of what it was like to have a routine, responsibilities, fun and to just work on being the best version of me. I have been home for 11 months now and still hear my little counselors voice in my head... she taught me more than I thought she could. I highly recommend The Madonna House to anyone who is ready to change their life. It wasn't easy at times. And there were days I wanted to leave. But that's normal. The staff there really encourages the ladies to be better and do better. I owe so much to them. More than I could ever repay. So I just adhere to the foundation of my sobriety that I gained while in the house. That's the best way to show my gratitude.

Excellent care! Very clean. Nurses are great and always smiling. Food was pretty good. Surgeons were great with an extensive surgery and post op care and the staff was great with family members and encouraging with family to help with recovery care.

My Dad was at the Niagara Falls Memorial ER yesterday . He’s 83 and had a fall and hit his pretty bad. From the time we walked in - the service, professionalism, level of care and concern and pleasant attitudes of the entire staff was first rate. Madeline Jackson checked us in and she was so unbelievably kind it was like a breath of fresh air. The Triage Nurse, X Ray Tech, RN and Doctor that treated him were one nicer than the next. And knowing his age and that it was a head injury he was seen quickly within minutes of us checking in and everything was fast tracked. I believe Dr. Gerald Goreman is the head ER Dr there. He and his team do an excellent job. My Dad and I thank you for you care, concern and service!!!

I had a great experience in this hospital, The nurse, Jennifer and Cathy, the midwife and everyone was very helpful to me to have a natural birth experience. I am so glad that I changed the hospital as Natalie explained me the hospital procedures. Thanks Natalie and her team… you guys treated us so good 😊 keep up the good work 🙏we even received some gifts from the hospital for the baby🥰 I have never been in a hospital after I was born; so, this is a new experience for me, and obviously it’s a positive experience. In the OB/GYN Titanium and the team, in the birthing class, Shannon and team, thank you very much for your support as well🙏 every time when we go to the hospital; from the security staff to everyone else assisting us was so helpful and nice to us. That was my experience with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Even though they don’t have enough hospital infrastructure the team is amazing. My husband and family is very thankful for your support during this process🙏

I had a great experience here. Sure the waiting room is interesting to say the least, but the staff was amazing. The security guard happily walked me to the ER at night from the main building to ensure my safety. The EMT nurse Ciayana (I think that’s how it was spelled) was walking around checking on people in the waiting room, she was so helpful, friendly and caring. The nurses, doctors, specialists- everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of me right away, made me feel comfortable and covered every possibility of concern. I was there for some time but they moved at a quick pace to get all the testing done. I have nothing bad to say about this hospital. I am so thankful that they took such great care of me.

Some one filed a false review about Caz Recovery and Turning Point using my name. This is my real review / testimony. Turning point rehab is a gorgeous brand new building it's like staying a hotel without the pool. Caz Recovery Inc did an amazing job by selecting Renee to be the program director as well with selecting Alyssa to be Assistant director. And this is my thought of each staff member. Renee has always had time to speak with me and she is never on her personal phone at work everytime I see her she's work hard as always. If it wasn't for Renee allowing me to take my NYS Barber Exam I wouldn't of had my barbers license and here's the kicker Caz Recovery set me up with access vr who paid for my schooling and tools so Renee =5* Alyssa is very fair and reasonable any time I needed her for anything she was right there and shes an amazing yoga instructor she gets 5*. Every single counselor Jess Eric Michelle Javier and Sarah and little Debbie were always respectful and caring and gave me great information and always supported me and any time I asked for help or to teach more about self sabotage or anything they took the time to do so and I feel like I built and great unique relationship with each and everyone there. Yoga is a voluntary group no one is forced to do anything they don't want to. I had Regina as my doctor as tph not Theresa and they supplied me with my meds they never took me off any medication ever so they were both great to me. John the driver who was my counselor twice is the most straightforward dude I ever met I built an amazing professional relationship with that man he has Never once encouraged anyone to drink or do drugs nor did any other staff member. Jose is also great he has helped me in more ways than anyone I can think of. The entire nursing crew CJ Brie and Deb always made sure I had my refills and they scheduled all of my appointments any time I was sick they made sure I was seen and got the proper treatment I needed. As for the Night staff Ron and big money Mike they were always down to earth and cool as hell to talk to them 2 guys are true gems. Turning point helped me get my life back and find myself again they supplied me with housing treatment, a barbering career and many great times. What other rehab will take you to Walmart meeting the beach and bison and bills games NOT ONE but turning did all of those things for me plus Alot more. Turning point truly cares it's the residents who come in and don't want to be clean are the ones who get mad and trash talk the place because the doctor takes them off of Narcotics in a inpatient treatment facility where the residents who want to stay clean can stay clean so if u don't want to be clean don't come to to turning point but if u do wanna get clean and receive the best medical care groups and help as possible then go to turning point. I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn’t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I’m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friend I have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to help So in my opinion if anyone is unsettled at there out patient facility I highly recommend the west Seneca spectrum office on orchard park Road

I had L Total Hip Replacement surgery at Unity Hospital on 3/6/26. From the moment you walk in the secretaries are patient and respectful. Dr. Wagner and the anesthesiologist explain everything that you will encounter as well answer any questions you may have. The OR prep techs, nurses, and PA are friendly and helpful. The post op nurse was very comforting and helpful. The transporters move you carefully, staff nurses and techs were amazing and experienced. The PT and PT assistants were very knowledgeable and get you going. I highly recommend Unity Hospital. My only complaint is the protein drink which is costly, high in sugar, as well as sodium and tastes awful.

I had a TIA/mini stroke while traveling through the area. We were many miles from home with a trailer full of horses and the staff was so fast and efficient to get us taken care of and back on the road in no time. I am a veteran with PTSD and mdd . I was hesitant to go to a facility for treatment. First of all the level of care was unsurpassed in my experience. Very personal and professional. The facility doesn't treat you as another number . That was huge for me. They spend time giving you the tools and therapy needed for you and your particular needs. Dr. Pete (Jesus sandals) was a wonderful Dr for me and had a very personable manner about him. Very easy to speak with and open . Erica was a nurse who was very helpful in her openess to speak with you and help you understand what tools you can use as a person struggling with mental health. Lori was fantastic. She did my intake process and made me feel less anxious and very welcoming. Abby you were also very helpful and I enjoyed the helpful conversations. If I forgot anyone just know you have made a lasting impact for me. Thank you guys so much. I would definitely recommend this facility and their support staff to anyone in need of help. We all need help sometimes.

I had to go to the ER on Sunday morning.....and i was treated so well....I hate to go to the hospital as many do.....so not only didnt feel well but very uncomfortable......my Nurse Zack Conrad was just amazing!!! His bedside manners are off the charts....he made me feel at ease and comforted....friendly smile talks in such a respectfully and loving manner.....I absolutely just loved him.....you really need more like him!!! So I have to give credit where credit is due.....he made my visit to the ER so much better for me
