I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion of the staff at the Lighthouse Retreat and Wellness Center.
After being referred by a friend, all I had to do was call for an appointment and the office staff handled everything ensuring I had access to affordable care that was flexible to my schedule. Cathy is an amazing therapist, who I look forward to seeing and can talk to like an old friend. Her gentle guidance has allowed my healing journey to happen at my own pace without judgement. She understands the complexities of trauma and meets you where you are at.
