Starting from the very top level people in Human Resources, to my Nurse Practitioner and my awesome Social Worker (Therapist) BEST has saved me, from myself! I have nothing but positive things to say about Seafield. It basically saved my life and has guided me to a much healthier and happier way of living. I have 1 year sober, and I give much credit to this facility for getting me so where I am today. From the West Hampton rehabilitation center, to the women’s sober house, to the outpatient counseling and meetings, it has been nothing short of wonderful and life changing. I have been coming here since they opened. It's a very clean, new office. They have a lab on site and if you go in the A M they send your blood draw up to VA North Port and the lab work is ready the next day for your appointment at North Port VA.

Especially the Counselors, My Counselor in Particular. Her Name was Jenn. A Wonderful Person and an Absolute Dear young Lady.
She was Extremely informative and Knows just how to make you feel Comfortable and Cared For.
I was going through a Rough patch, but looked Forward to my meetings with her every week and Every time I left her office, I ALWAYS FELT BETTER AND FELT LIKE SOMEONE CARED..
I can Honestly Say, Meeting Jenn was a Highlight of my Time there.
I only left there because I found a place Much Closer to my home out East.
But my Counselor there will always be close to my heart.
And I Thank Her Dearly.

Excellent rehab Hospital. I came here to rehab after my back surgery. Very professional! The PT and OT sessions really got me back on my feet. I had 3 hours a day while under the care of doctors and nurses. Everyone is very nice and cared about my welfare. I saw many hospital administrators who wanted to make sure I was happy with my rehab. Social worker was awesome. I even saw the VP of rehab medicine who I felt, was genuinely concerned for my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about this Rehab facility. The whole Catholic Health group is fabulous. The employees are to be happy working here. Even the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Wow, what can I say?They have my mom and her treatment has been top notch all the staff I have come in contact with have been phenomenal nurses.Doctors, other staff that works throughout the building super friendly and I have had a great experience.And currently am having a great experience with this hospital.My mom is currently there and I am blown away by the courteousness and care of the team.
