My sister went here in the late 1980s and we are greatful for their services...unfortunately she had HIV we found out after bridgecenter assisted in clearing her system and passed from that...i wanted to look up and see if this wonderful place still was in operation and glad it is...bridgecenter will always have a piece of my heart.

My mother is a patient at this place and I was years ago (Now a in recovery for seven years) but my mom has been in and out of the hospital since she has been here. With nose bleeds and bad leg burning. She told me the food sucks and she has a heart condition. Her counselor has yet to make an appointment for my mom to see a cardiologist. My mom is said that they only gave her Tylenol for the pain in her legs. When I was there and was fighting to get sober years ago, the place seemed more like a jail to me. I have been calling trying to speak with my mother whom is at the nurses station and whomever picked up the phone, took my number and hung up. When I called back nobody never answered. When I finally spoke with my mom she stated that the phone just ring and no clinical staff even made an attempt to answer it. I want my mom to get better but not if it's in there care.

This was the WORST rehab I have ever been to in my life, this entire website is full of lies, and I would ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER recommend this "rehab" to my own worst enemy... the food was awful, staff was terrible, I was black mailed by my own counselor who if I didn't do something or agree to something she would go and tell my drug court, half the time you got some one elses meds, and if someone did bring drugs in or a needle they didn't get kicked out, they got to stay, I was there a long time waiting for a bed at my next place, the windows were never opened, we never went outside, we were confined to a single hallway upstairs and treated like little kids, god forbid if you SAW the guys, oh my god!!! this place is obsurd!!! im mad just thinking of this awful disgusting place, you people seem to want to call a "rehab" what a sick joke.... Hahahaha!!! good one!!!

I was here when I was 14 in 2022. I was at a very low point in my life, not wanting to be alive anymore. Embark was a very nice place. 99% of the staff were very kind and caring. The facility was very nice, and the food was pretty good. I didn't like being there, but looking back it wasn't too bad. I was transferred to a long term facility after 2 months at Embark. That is where I entered the world of The Troubled Teen Industry in Utah. I was not placed at one of the embark facilities there, rather an ROP program. But, it's important to know every single facility in Utah is BAD. Embark at the Poconos or one of their other locations far away from Utah is the exception. Embark at the Poconos was like a vacation compared to the other places I was sent. While I don't think you should send your child ANYWHERE unless absolutely necessary, it should be here if needed. I have heard bad things from friends who went to the embark locations in Utah. But, this one was pretty good. That being said, I thank embark at the Poconos for always treating me with compassion. Almost 3 years later, I am accepted to college for nursing and on track to graduate.

Embark had highly trained people who were so supportive to our whole family during our child's stay. We saw significance differences in our kid's core beliefs, ability to pause and question assumptions, emotional regulation, and communication skills. It was amazing. I would highly recommend their program. The staff there are just great to work with.

MCCA mcdonough was my 4th rehab and probably my last chance to get sober. It was the best place for me to come to in the state I was in and honestly Jenni, Heather, and Michelle are THE best counselors I’ve ever met and worked with out of all the rehabs I’ve been to. They believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. And they all go above and beyond to help any client with whatever they can. They are the reason I have remained so connected to the program, as well as helping me get back on my feet and in sober living and building a community and network in recovery. I have seen some positive reviews here but I’ve also seen some negative, and it’s a shame those people didn’t have the experience I did because these counselors not only saved my life but they have changed it and me for the better. I don’t know where I would be right now without their help, guidance, and assistance, and I fully plan on doing everything in my power to stay clean so I can come back one day, share my story for their groups to show that recovery is possible, the program works, and if you allow these amazingly generous women to help you that you too can have a life beyond your wildest dreams.

It’s very hard for me to put into words the amount of appreciation i have towards the Plymouth House.Ive struggled with addiction for 30 plus years and unfortunately been in many treatment centers.It wasn’t until i arrived and went through the process here that i finally got it.The Plymouth house has a unique way of driving the message home.Its with how they expose the spiritual side of things as well as working the the 12 steps.Then you add into the mix of the faculty…From top to bottom the dedication they have with the guest is unmatchable..Its doesn’t take long to realize how much they really do care.

I went through the Plymouth House for residential and PHP and found that this program is much different than other programs I’ve been to. Plymouth house really focuses on the 12 steps, fellowship and being of service. Staff has helped me tremendously through my sobriety journey. My treatment team has taken the time to help me with my needs. The foods great and the community here is enmeshed with love.

Soo.. my counselor Carolyn Diehl is the most phenomenal woman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'd like to say a few things about this lady. She completely changed my life even though she'll never say it had anything to do with her thats its all you. You put in the work ... yea yea yea but she really has. I've had the pleasure of working with her for a little over a year. I've never met a more dedicated, caring, courageous counselor in my entire life. She has saved my life more times than I can count by her group sessions where i've met some amazing people and built some great connections with over the last year. Her 1:1 sessions and yes her emails as well. She always checks in with you even though that may just be her job she never forgets and is always there anytime you need her. I've been through a lot this year losing a lot...and gaining even more. And I can say from the bottom of my heart I couldn't have gotten where I am today without her. She deserves the world on silver platter for the work she does day to day. And P.S to the agencies management she definitely deserves a raise for the work she puts in. She gave me my life back. Yes I know..everyone will say she's just a counselor. But, to me she's so much more. Thank you for being so involved with the work you do and caring as much as you do. I don't think I could ever repay you for being such a wonderful human being. There's not many people out there anymore that do the work because they actually care and I can say from my own personal experience she does. With her whole heart. Okay so heres how these reviews are all going to look, either five stars and great words of affirmation, or 1 star and lots of excuses and negativity. There are rules and recommendations to follow, and when your ready to get sober you will follow them. And if you do, and put forth some effort, there's nobody at Helio Health that won't bend over backwards trying to help you bridge gaps. They don't work FOR you, they work WITH you. When I was ready for the nonsense to stop, and willing to do what needed to be done, Helio Health helped me change my entire life. It works if you work it.

The counseling center staff are truly dedicated at providing excellent rehabilitation services. I have been to an inpatient facility where this was not the case, and have nothing but positive things to say about the counseling center. Dair, Tim, Kristen and Kristine helped me build strong mental habits and skills for managing the emotional stress that led to my use. Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars

Facility is beautiful, private and well placed. But the important part of course is the care provided and our family found it excellent. There were abundant highly qualified and inspirational staff. This was complemented with a healthy amount of fun, helping to ease some of the natural stresses of the medical process itself.

As a service-connected disabled veteran that has been in the VA system 1994, I love being able to receive my primary care closer to home. For years I went to the Lebanon VAMC for ALL my healthcare needs and the drive alone made it inconvenient. Let alone the constant construction and parking lot mess. The care at Lebanon VAMC is wonderful but the facility is big and busy so the much closer Lancaster VA at Willow Street is a godsend for me. The front desk, lab, nurses and my PCP are incredible. Very clean office, very quiet peaceful office and generally there is plenty of nearby parking, unlike Lebanon VAMC.

In early June, I had an initial meeting and examination with a psychotherapist (Open Access meeting). I was in very poor condition and cried for almost the entire hour of the appointment. It was extremely difficult for me to acknowledge that something was wrong and begin seeking help. I found Helio Health and truly hoped they would be my salvation.
After the session, I was told that I needed to see the nurse, and that I would then receive a call to schedule my next appointment with a doctor. Just a few days after my first appointment, I met with a nurse and began waiting for the follow-up. However, they forgot about me and only remembered at the end of August, when I had to email them myself to ask where my follow-up call was and what I should do next.
Unfortunately, my condition worsened. I had placed great hope in the clinic, but they failed to provide the help I needed. I am simply grateful that nothing irreversible happened to me.

In the agency I work for submitting referrals to inpatient programs has been difficult due to the population, but after talking and meeting with Brandi she made this process much better. I just yesterday left conifer. Despite leaving AMA the staff was more than willing to be helpful and respect my decision. They expressed their concerns respectfully and genuinely cared, but also respected my choice and made it more than clear it was mine to make. The staff are honestly the best part of the place. And more than make up for the complaints I have about the food, the inability to be able to have options for each meal. It’s what it is and you eat it or you don’t. And I think everyday there should be at least 3 options. Not as some luxury amenities but simply because people don’t like certain things point blank. Especially when you have people detoxing from drugs and withdrawing. I know when I was peak withdrawal rice covered in a brown sauce with peppers and chicken was not what I would consider easy to get down. Or the meat loaf I guess you would call it from I think 2 days prior. Ultimately the point is please conifer for the sake of the patients fix the food situation. I heard people complain about it more than any other things all combined. But again the staff make up for it. Everyone from the “bad with names sorry so” pretty girl at the front who helps you get signed in and all that good stuff, to the awesome security guard who does the search, every TA and nurse up in detox, just all amazing caring good genuine people!

Best sober living in NJ. Really nice, spacious, comfortable home (that’s an actual photo in the profile) in a quiet, safe, classy neighborhood with easy access to main thoroughfares/highways. Residents get relatively more freedom than their peers at other sober homes, but while still getting all the support they want/need. There are rules to follow of course, like regular testing to ensure sobriety, but for the most part it’s not a universal set of restrictions, but rather a unique system of support/care tailored to each individual. The case manager is on site M-F, and they and the owner are just incredible people, a delight to be around & get to know, and are genuinely invested in each & every resident’s success in all facets of life.

I have been here since October 17, 2025 and my experience has been very good since I first got here. The house is very clean and helps to have cleaning service every other week. I was only planning on stay in for 2 months but now I don't have plans to leave anytime soon.
I have lived in a halfway in Del Ray Beach, F.L. a sober cowboy ranch in Washington State, Oxford Houses including one in Rumson, NJ and this is my favorite sober living so far.
It also helps to have a good crew of men that I currently live with. Having two TV rooms, high-end kitchen, high-end W/D, and being tucked away on a side street of nice neighborhood make this experience a worthwhile one during my early recovery.

My experience at Cambridge Recovery has been exceptional. The house as a whole flows and there’s just a good energy about the place, it’s clean, relaxing, nice beds, and a safe place in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cambridge Recovery Sober Living is beautiful, it’s a step above traditional sober living environments. The individuals who live at Cambridge want to be sober and change their lives for the positive, that was a huge decided factor for why I chose this house. Big shoutout to Abbie and Howard for the opportunity to embark on this new sobriety journey of mine and their ongoing support and guidance during this transition period of my life. Thank you for all that you do and helping me when I was broken lost and needed guidance. I’ll certainly be paying it forward.
