It's very convenient to travel here, and the physical therapy is superior to the VAMC in Northport. There is ample parking close to the building.

Ive been going to this location for years. I have always had great service there. The lady in the lab is awesome! My primary care Doctor Kim is great as well! It is a closer drive for me rather than the long trip to Northport. Overall i am grateful for my VA medical benefits. Thanks!

Used to go here years ago not a bad place a lot of shady people saw people steal purses in the waiting room.

I had an upper endoscopy yesterday and was extremely impressed with the staff and care. All the staff were kind and caring throughout my whole experience. My doctor moved here and I followed her.

Just came here for a leg injury and all the stuff have been amazing and super nice. It was quick service and professional. I highly recommend this hospital. I never had issues here. Not sure why people put some many negative reviews. I love this hospital.

Spoken of highly of the 4 groups including Nys quits. Behavioral counsel. Managers and captains at my home assist you with any DSS give great suggestions, open door policy. Any thing from your past left at the door. The client back in April CasacT speaker at BU Mental hygiene 3 level spoke highly of this establishment. Gave a great message of hope and confidence Our home is filled with Nalaxone from CVS pharmaceuticals administration and pharmaceutical companies. Nys has some of the best healthcare facilities and treatment. My daughter have almost a year coming here and I’m so glad she was able to found a person that can connect with her and help her to process so much. I have to say all the stuff is fantastic and they always work with you to make the appointment works. Thank you Yes and thank you Leann for all your patience and dedication. Went here for a couple months in 2022, specifically the therapist Casey was a huge help when my dad passed and made an effort to help me figure out I had depression and helped my family get through tough times and helped us with donations, who also helped my family in 2016 and donated toys ❤️❤️❤️

I don’t know how to express my gratitude to this outstanding organization. The staff is superb! Robyn helped me through a tragedy more than fifteen years ago. She is dedicated, intuitive compassionate and kind. Robyn also ensured that my sons and husband were provided with the services they needed. The healing process is a long journey and takes a long time. Robyn was with me every step of way. Even now when I hit a bump in the road I can still reach out to her. Thanks to the never ending support from FSL my family and I are still surviving and thriving . I am forever grateful and highly recommend FSL to all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When 'john" &/or 'Jane' Doe come out soon or later that counselor that was so "awesome" turns out to be human...i will say I've been around FSL for ...decades now, and I can't say I've heard of or experienced a outright "Awful" counselor I've never personally had the slightest issue. Note, I gave them four (4) stars solely because a few people who's judgement I take heed too from time to time have had less than necessary encountered...ok

Nursing staff is amazing!!!

I just experienced the worst month of my life couldn’t keep Liquid or food down form the 3rd to the 27 of October went to Stony brook on the 27th and they actually cared not like the other hospitals I went to they form the moment i stepped foot in the door they realized I was not ok and was extremely dehydrated and was brought right to critical care form that point on they started I v fluids for 3 days and didn’t let me go home until I was able to eat and drink on my own! Kaitlin- Natalie- Stacy - and Cameron were my nurses they went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate them also the PCAs were all so kind! I will only ever go to stony Brook if I ever need medical attention again completely recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to be cared about! I’ll be hyping this hospital up for the rest of my life to everyone I know!

I wish i could give this a 5 but the doctor knowledge was 50/50. Except dr sultana and my podiatry dr mulwani and Sweeney the pt supervisor. And the training lead James. who was great. The food was not great. How you burn a hcheeseburger to the point it smells a whole room and send that up?! I highly suggest getting on the cbord patient app to order your food as i could make this kitchen and dining experience a whole lot better if i was in charge. The social worker dept was horrible. HERE IS THE 5 star review tho!!!! The true heroes!! THE NURSES ON 14 SOUTH. Jessica, Nikoli, Amie, Bianca, Colin, Chris, Alex, Christine. these nurses are the absolute best in the world. I need to know they are appreciated and applauded for their outstanding knowledge training ability patience and bed side manner. You will always be in my heart for my time there. The world and the WHOLE hospital needs to know them. And these aides Greg, Tess, Mari, Franci, and even tho it was her third day Gabrielle. You ladies made sure I were clean daily. I was less embarrassed. Always checking on me and we kept eachother smiling. You as well need to be appreciated for you being so amazing. Stony Brook Hospital these Nurses and Aides that i named seriously need to be acknowledged from the rooftops. From the bottom of my heart. JC

Free housing is excellent and wonderful and amazing. And all the workers are excellent wonderful and amazing too very helpful workers too and very nice roommates.
