Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I’ve been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn’t stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

I was very nervous when I first got inthere, but I was made to feel like I was in a safe place right away. Most of the staff are laid back, and easy to get along with. They show that they are willing to give you freedoms until you prove you are a danger to yourself or others. Do not do that and your time there should be pleasant and life changing. I honestly believe you get what you put in. So if you can become a part of the community, and share, honestly and openly about your experiences, fears, and feelings, just be real, and you will walk away with skills to help you manage your life , for the rest of your life. AppleGate is a safe friendly environment to begin your treatment process. Some recovery center her in Dayton do not have your best interest in mind, just in the recovery business for the money, but here at AppleGate it s a small family oriented staff who are in the recovery business for the right reasons. Some of the staff have been through recovery themselves and can relate to your situation without prejudice or a feeling of being judged. They are here willing to help you pull through this storm and take back you life that you deserve. Love yourself enough to get help, even if you feel no one else dose. Before coming to Lumiere Healing Centers I had been to other rehabs, not had a great experience, and was not willing to go back. Fortunately my family found this facility for me, and with a loving nudge, I reluctantly checked myself into detox. It was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life! I was in detox for 10 days followed by a 30 day residential program. From the nursing staff, to the counselors and case managers, I couldn’t have been treated with more grace. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and I’m not kidding, I would have paid good money for some of the dinners I enjoyed at Lumiere. The rooms are kept clean, there’s a TV and private bath in each of them, and the entire property overlooks one of the most beautiful golf courses in southern Ohio. Without Lumiere I don’t know if I’d still be here today, but with them, I’m sober, working my steps, and living a happy wonderful life for the first time in decades. Thank you Lumiere from the bottom of my heart. If you or any of your friends or family members need help with drugs or alcohol, please check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

One of the better rehabs I have ever been do. Chef Lora deserves all the praise, a legitimate CHEF. Tvs in the rooms, it can get quite boring but you’re able to go outside whenever you want, basketball was a great way to kill time. The food is absolutely terrific I can’t say that enough. Nursing staff and doctors do try and meet your needs. They offer snacks like PB&J fruit, cereal whenever you want it. Juice dispenser. I’ve been to some places where you can’t even get suitable drinking water. Just be sure to not bring any meds with you they will throw them away, also if you drive yourself, they will tow your car. I had to have someone drive two hours just to park it in a neighborhood near by.

I struggled with addiction all my life. House of Hope showed me a new way of living through 12 step recovery. The house hosts a safe environment for the suffering addict or alcoholic to be able to work on themselves and get down to the core of the disease. Also, upon graduation from the program you have the option to move into recovery housing of which there are none better in the state of Ohio. The rent is beyond reasonable, you are placed on job search until you obtain a job. Then during your stay as a recovery house tenant You participate in outpatient treatment, a minimum of four 12 step meetings weekly, And meet with a financial literacy coach to Better plan your future in recovery. In short, I have struggled with addiction for over 25 years, served two prison Sentences, And was real close to death. The House Of Hope has given me the tools in unity that is necessary For a complete psychic change In order for me to live a fruitful life. For that, I am forever in debt.

This place isnt rated 5 stars because of luxury amenities or fantastic housing or even because they will literally take anyone when they have a bed available, it s rated 5 stars by me because they truly care about you and your family and your life as well as your sobriety. It s the only 9month program that I know of and it takes 9 months for a child to be born, so it makes sense that jt takes 9 months for a new child of God to be reborn. If nothing else has worked for you, give it a shot- what do you have to lose? Saved my life and many others.

The staff is so nice and very polite and they go out of the way to help you try to get whatever you need if you need a social worker if you need a mental health counselor, any doctors appointments they strive to help you get back on your feet. The counselors are amazing. They re a genuinely care and they genuinely want to help overall I love Brightview. I ve been going here for a few years. This is one of the top drug and alcohol centers. Outpatient alcohol and substance use disorder treatment provides a comprehensive approach to addiction treatment while allowing an individual to remain at home and continue to meet their work and family obligations. Individuals participate in one on one counseling and group therapy utilizing a mix of behavioral therapies that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy(REBT), contingency management or motivational interviewing. Individuals learn to recognize personal triggers, develop healthy coping skills and make a plan for the future. Another benefit of outpatient treatment is the peer support that comes from other participants who understand the trials of living with addiction. Through those relationships comes accountability, which is a critical component in overcoming addiction. Outpatient is best for individuals with mild to moderate addiction and a strong support system or for continued treatment after discharge from an inpatient program. In many cases, the cost of outpatient treatment is less than an inpatient stay, making it a more accessible option for some. Throughout Ohio, there are outpatient programs that include standard outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), which provide the therapy, education and support needed to build a future without the burden of addiction.
