This crew is really amazing. They are always courteous despite my sometimes cruddy attitude. They really went the distance when my meds ran out. They advocated for me with my pharmacy to help me get my medication after a lapse which was my doing unfortunately. Patty is an outstanding provider who listens and is attentive to her patients—these folkes have make my life better—my hat is off to them all!!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my booster shot at Benton County Services. I was a little nervous about the needle, but Dr. Lubejko used something she called 'freezie spray' on my arm right before the nurse gave the injection, and I honestly didn't feel the shot at all! It was a quick and painless process. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Lubejko and the nurse worked together seamlessly; the doctor used the spray, and the nurse administered the shot. They were both so kind and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Lubejko and the team at Benton County Services for their excellent care and thoughtful techniques to ensure patient comfort.

I adore every single one of the counselors. They're all real people also in recovery which I think is super important. Was a great place to get help and learn about REBT therapy back in early 90's. I was in there with Larry Hagman shortly after he lost his role on Dallas. Sally was a great phycologist. She had studied under Albert Ellis. It was an old beautiful mansion that had strict rules and regiments including strict diets (mine was hypoglycemic). The food was great! Not sure what happened as I read sum of these reviews..

After searching for help during a mental health crisis, the Samaritan PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) ended up being the only place able to help me. I was brought into their three-week program, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. I felt thoroughly supported and appreciated, I learned so much and grew even more. The staff members (Terri, Lauren, Daryl, Erin, Brian) were all absolutely WONDERFUL folks and so helpful in my mental health journey. If you're in an emotional crisis or need more help than you're getting, consider Samaritan PHP. Not everyone will get as much as I did out of it, but I really think more folks should give it a go! I slept the entire time because of the medicine they put me on. They have a free phone that patients can use. The food is great! Patients get to decide what they want to eat. There is a menu. I was woken up by a nurse to attend an arts and crafts group. A Catholic priest came in my room and blessed me with oil against my will. He did not ask me if I wanted to be blessed. He just did it. They have a covered outside area for people that want to smoke. Patients are given cigarettes by the nurses. They have a gym but it's not great. When I visited a friend here they had a T.V. room. I didn't notice it when I was staying there. Maybe it was a different unit. My only complaint is that it is hard to get into this place because of the Linn County crisis team are mentally retarded or something. Even when I was pregnant and attempted suicide they refused to hospitalize me to protect the baby. However, they would be glad to give me the phone number to a clinic where I could kill it. Saves them money I guess if there mentally ill pregnant patients just have abortions. Linn County Mental Health is evil.

I am four weeks into outpatient following a 7 day detox. This has already been a life changing experience for me here at OTR. From the very first phone call with very caring staff members to the amazing counselors that actually listen and help bring out honest self reflection (along with great feedback), I feel that this has been the best treatment program I have ever been to. Update: Nearly 6 years later, I'm still clean & sober. This program did things for me that I couldn't have ever asked for. I was a stone-cold alcoholic: 25 beers/day was my unhealthy way of solving the problems that really drove my addiction. I was scared to start, but Pacific Crest Trail Detox helped me get clean. They helped me get into their sober houses to give me 3 months of what I really needed - a family that understood. Sober brothers, that knew my struggles and talked me thru them. I miss it.. Not the addiction, but the family. It was the best beginning I could've asked for on my sober path.

people and the staff are more then willing to do anything to help you even if it's just finding resources, i just got out of detox today and i did NOT want to leave, i came there thinking there's no WAY i could stay 7 days and when the 5,6,7th day arrived i just did nOT want to leave it was a bitter sweet ending i felt so safe it's like a legit house and you have your freedom to do whatever i could bring my vape pretty much anything you can bring there that isn't drugs i felt so safe and taken care of it was the easiest detox ive ever been through i will be recommending pacific crest trail detox to EVERYONE who needs to go to detox there is NOOOO better place in oregon to detox than pacific crest trail. i thank all you staff members there for being so kind and patient and lifting me up and always willing to listen please go here if you are considering detox

There is no other place like serenity lane. The staff cares, the community is the most inviting , the facility is beautiful , the curriculum is good. The was a little iffy for a little but they have done amazing at listening to clients opinions and have improved drastically in that area as well. This place is magic. They are on a completely different level here. If you or someone you know is struggling with the disease of addiction this place is the most amazing place I've been. It's based on relapse prevention and their angle on it is incredible. Work through your trauma in a safe place, rebuild burned bridges with family, friends and at work.
