I recently had to visit the emergency room at the Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire. From the minute I walked in I felt I was in good hands. From the person checking me in to every staff member that treated me, my care was outstanding. My PA Maggie Maxwell was very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. My nurse Nick was very patient and caring. Both treated me extremely well and I am grateful for their care. Great job to the entire care team!

Was run over by a car on April 5th of 2026. Sent here minutes afterwards, I cannot accurately remember my original stay in the ICU, which was about a week. But from what I've been told, the staff were more than amazing. They treated my family, and or friends with the utmost respect, gave not just me, but my parents care. And by ALL means -- undoubtedly saved my life. The same can be said for the care I received in Rochester after being air-lifted. After staying there for around a month+, I was then sent back to Eau Claire, only this time fully conscious, and in much better condition. Experiencing the same hospital again though this time awake confirmed everything my family told me. The doctors put simply were awesome, the nurses were engaging yet extremely respectful, and kind. This hospital did more than save my life, it honored it. No online rating can accurately represent just how amazing some of the people inside this building truly are.

I've been to four VA clinics and tried non-VA clinics. This one has been my favorite. My primary Dr. and staff are helpful. They do everything they can and have helped with every health concern I had. I know they are also understaffed. My Doc is all business and I don't expect her to be fluff, she's there to take care of my health. I appreciate that, that's military grade. Get to know the staff, let them take care of you, and make sure to show you care for them.

This clinic is truly amazing! I’ve been clean for 16 years, and I can honestly say it's the best experience I've had. The staff members are just wonderful—so kind, caring, and understanding. The counseling sessions are very helpful, and I wish they could stay longer. My counselor is absolutely fantastic! Pam, Corey, and Kayla not to mention the nurse are so great. Marge invited my child and myself into her office and truly heard me when I explained what we were seeking and I feel she matched us very well. Jennifer Abele was wonderful for our pre marriage counseling, we did about 6 or 7 sessions with her and really got a lot out of it. Highly recommend. Only took one star off because the lady with gray hair at the front desk we saw every-time is not great and always had to rescan our insurance because she would lose it every single time or couldn’t locate it and overall is very spacey.

I was in need of good solid information and to start a life of recovery in the community. I went there with a friend and the members there greeted me with open arms,open minds, and open hearts. The people there new what I needed and without reservation shared their stories and their lives. Meeting after meeting I began cleansing myself and with the help of others who came regularily I formed a foundation for my soberiety. All through the time I participated I was supported with knowledge and sincere caring, these works and a genuine desire to stop drinking made available a positive sense of spirituality which I will always carry with me.As I was becoming healthy the bonds continued to grow and I have many friends at the Alano Club 76. They are the type of friends you can always go to if there is need, What more could one ask for? I pray for many others in need to go through the doors at the Alano Club.

Alano Club 76 saved my life. It was such a great place even though I was really nervous to initially leave it couldn't have been a better decision I met a lot of great people but I still talk to to this day that hold me accountable

Anonymous family environment for anyone of any alcohol and/or drug addiction and family events as well. I grew up in the warm welcoming family atmosphere that left such amazing memories, when my addictions hit me to rock bottom led me back home! One day at a time...keep coming back non judgemental people who have walked a similar path as you and me!
