Competent, friendly nurses and staff, except for the receptionist, who seems to be always having a bad day. This is the best place to get COVID and flu shots.

I've been there when it was a 1 star and I've been there when it was a 5 star. It also depends on where you are in your addiction and how much you want recovery. The ARC has saved thousands of people's lives. They can change your if you let them. Stop resisting and just submit. All that weight will be lifted from your shoulders and you can start walking with your head held high.

So appreciative of this group of women for the support over the last year. I was able to leave a battery abusive relationship, and not go back. The world perceives abused women often as part of the problem, dramatic, manipulative and not honest because of the times we all often stay in the trauma bond forgiving our abusers and not able to get out. My last abuse was strangulation, and I was able to end it and never go back with the support system I have with Dawn who is a walking miracle in support and her team. It's been almost a year, and my life is not perfect but I have made huge strides in reclaiming myself and life. Thank you.

Okay, this is my second review as my first one somehow disappeared.. I cannot Stop saying enough amazing things about this clinic and the staff a lot of times when you go to a medicated treatment therapy. They really Treat you as just a not here. They treat you as a person, and they want to get to know the real person that you are. The counselors are amazing, the the supervisors are outstanding the nursing staff. Is top-notch and they would do everything that they can to make sure that you are safely medicated and taken care of thoroughly. I am so grateful for this clinic. And everything that they have done for me and my family. Not onot only have they've been there during difficult hard times And they always. Always and I stress always will check on you to make sure that you are okay and if you need anything. I don't know a lot of places that will do that.. So if you are contemplating going into medicated treatment therap? I strongly would like to encourage you to give them a call. Set up an appointment, talk with a counselor an intake counselor. It will truly change your life.. So please take this review to heart and I really wanna encourage you. If this is something you are considering consider going to the clinic.

The nurse's at Allied are a rare occurrence. They are there dealing with HUNDREDS of patients, every day, and STILL have a smile to greet you with. These nurse's are amazing, and thank you for all of the hard work!

Choices was the best decision I've ever made. Walking thru those doors changed my life. Those individuals, each and everyone of them are the most careing people i know. Thank you for saving my life..

Amazing staff great environment

there are nice counselors there, who are usually ready to work with their clients to teach them how to cope with life's ups & downs instead of relying on substances to get thru the day. if things arent working out with 1 counselor, dont give up on treatment! you can switch counselors with no problem. its worth it to maintain a support system that can increase your chances of staying away from problem drinking or any other addiction that may be plaguing your life.

These people have completely turned my life around. I was in such a horrible spot in my life and I didn't even realize it until I opened up and started accepting the reality that they recognized and brought to my attention. I was never able to open up to anybody, even through years and years of counseling. But it's only effective if you can be honest with yourself and your counselor. You can trust them, and they will go out of your way to help you. Their motto is counseling from the heart and it is a truly fitting of their goals. They care about you as a person, not as a client, and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can. I've recently graduated after over a year of attending, and I feel accomplished and proud, but at the same time I also am sad to have graduated. I will miss the support they have given me, but also have the option of attending other support groups now that I have graduated. I have obtained coping skills I never knew I had, and for once I feel that I am in control of my life no matter what obstacles may occur.

U-Turn for Christ in Grants Pass is a truly unique and effective place for those genuinely seeking to move forward from lives of addiction and self-destruction. We have seen the life of a family member, who had been in a death-spiral for nearly 30 years, be transformed into something amazing. I had the opportunity to visit the U-Turn ranch, talk with the men there working toward restoration, and seeing the unbelievable results of what a Christ-centered recovery environment has accomplished. Not only have the lives of these men been radically changed for their own good and the good of our society, but the impact to the extended families (moms, dads, siblings, children, etc.) has been phenomenal. Some reviews I've read are critical of the methods employed at the ranch. Having served in the US Military, however, gives one the wisdom and understanding that some men are more stubborn than the average person and often choose the harder road. In my experience, these men that have suffered long term addictions, homelessness, abuse and even prison time, generally do not change when the road to recovery is easy. U-Turn for Christ in Grants Pass doesn't offer the easy recovery road. They do, however, offer enormous love and compassion for those who choose the hard path to recovery. None of these men are forced to stay at the ranch - they do so voluntarily. Our family member need several attempts to complete the program without giving up. But what dramatic and wonderful results we have seen as we saw Jesus break through all of the tough outward defenses and form a new man, even to become a leader of others struggling as he had. A modern-day miracle! We are deeply grateful to the many who have worked tirelessly to help these men. A special shout-out to Calvary Chapel Grants Pass and to those who are storing up treasures in Heaven as they see lives transformed directly due to their efforts. What they don't often see are the dozens of lives that are touched through each of the men they help. Families are healed in ways no ordinary rehab program can accomplish. I found this place , due to resurfaced trauma I was very concerned it was a man who would see me, but after giving him a chance, I find my self so much more understanding , even when he said too big of words.What I'm saying is he's great 👍 I trust him fully and too me that's a real PLUS!, also Receptionist is fun to talk with I'm over 60 and feel so blessed to find 🙏🏿 a great Therapist! THANK YOU FAMILY SOLUTIONS! Oh I want my $ 20.00 for saying that...lol. haha joking!

Well I started 2 weeks ago, and having a male therapist was odd to me, but he's a professional his name is Dan and he's very kind,understanding &very respectable my case is different for many reasons but coming online to talk about his services is a plus 4 me! Outstanding experience overall and I’ve learned more about the way our minds process through your information than anywhere else. Staff are amazing and missed. Much love from Eastern Oregon as this side of the state crumbles from the lack of people like you guys. Also any of these people who left a bad review are most likely narcissistic, pathological liars, psychologically abusive people, or people who can’t take accountability for actions. I run into it every day. The only people who oppose this training are people who typically just refuse to treat others correctly. Instead they get offended and treat people who are doing what’s right incorrectly. I could make changes with what I’ve learned if I had the power to do more over here. I’ve tried but people who are manipulative seem to have the power over here. Any of you who complain need to readjust your opinions and try moving to a new area. It’s too easy to create an issue just because you can’t do the right thing. It’s part of this training. Most people can’t do the right thing as soon as they are upset. Anyone who’s upset in these reviews is the exact thing they train you to ignore because it’s a spiteful response and you aren’t using a logical thought process. Keep it to yourself. Don’t go looking for issues months or years later just because your life isn’t what you wanted it to be.

DUI and DUI related incidents are truly world shaking and embarrassing. It can be shameful, it can be something you don’t want to think you are capable of. These women that run this program welcome you with open arms and reassure you that your situation does not define you and needing help with alcohol/drug use is not in fact shameful, it’s a decision you make to better yourself that you should be proud of! Tinamarie, Tanisha, and Katie will be your biggest cheerleaders. At first this program was mandatory, and now with their support, I’m aware I’m fully capable of being a better person and being better for it sober! Thank you ladies thank you for doing what you do, I don’t know where this community would be without you ♥️
