They like to taunt people! If I didnt have so much clean time they would bother me but they cant! Im sure the people that are fresh into there journey i hope you don't have to start here cause this place truly not a place to start something that is already so hard! They just make it so much harder not all but most! They also said I kept singing the form they could talk to my old drs they were old for a reason they wouldnt even build there own goals with me ! Idk how they sleep at night but I pray for them on they daily to get in gear with what people need! Thanks

Horrible- I took my daughter here to get REAl help for her issues. They kept her in a complete lockdown enviroment for a week where she was reported to have been making sucicide pact with other patients. Phone calls and visitation we met with hostility on her part, indicating that she had made NO progress staff refused to address any of the issues that brought her there, refused to take any input from outside sources about her behavior or issues,. From the start the staff seamed only interested in drugging her down , with No real help at getting to the bottom of her issues that would open up her to a healing process. On the 5 th day my insurance company called me putting pressure to have her releases, two days after that the hospital call scheduling her release the following day- . Beware of this facility- the only thing you will recieve is a HUGE bill and a child with a better education on how to manipulate the system

If you've come across this, It's probably fair to say, Life hasn't been a walk in the park lately, And you're looking at possible options to get help. You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". If you've read this, Please do yourself a favor, And pick up the phone and call them, It may be the most important call you ever make, Help is available!!

I was a part of MHICM, mental health intensive case management. They are incompetent. Their psych doctor is a joke. He didn't validate or diagnose active non violent PTSD and said it was psychosis. The Mhicm team operates in stigma and pre judging. They want to over commit people to inpatient. There is no psycho therapy, empowerment or recovery. They just do these 15 to 30 minute visits and blow smoke. I have told them about vets getting used every check for their money. They did nothing. I have identified actively homicidal peers from war trauma, they did nothing.
Personally the mis maganaged my meds (Dr. DUKES) by taking me off some hard psychosis meds and I ended up full blow psychotic in two weeks where law enforcement got involved. Furthermore, one time Mhicm came out for a visit because I was a bit manic. I wasn't a threat to myself or others. I got on my knees begging them to leave and I'd check in. They didn't then I got prostrate of my face begging them
They instead let me get handcuffed while I was on my face and didn't even let me get clothes and took me to psych ward.
Numerous times the violated my patients rights. They do not know or stand by their own act recovery model or the va policy. I did intensive research into VA policy and basically they do not abide by policy or even know policy. They have harmed me Numerous ways. They are totally INCOMPETENT where high level directors have to do their job in there stead to see my care is given. The mhicm program needs to be investigated. They are letting vets get harmed and abused. They put false claims on vets who so any sign but placid and get law ended involved. Happened to me personally at least 3 times on record.
This program is supposed to be the highest level of mental health care. But most all workers besides Shaun, Katie T. And Angela. Don't know real intensive therapy process. And they threat it as a business as usually 9-5. It's a social club. Not front lines tip of the spear for intensely mentally challenged.
They so non engaging the gonna get seriously struggling trauma vets and combat vets killed or suicide period

I'm an army veteran I can only say this is the only good thing about Muskogee Oklahoma the fact that I can go to the VA and get certain things and Medical Care sometimes it's good but there's doctors up there that I don't agree with there's been times where I have to stay forcefully and go in front of a judge that I know already from childhood and it's quite irritating because he looked at me as a child and as a veteran and it's hard to distinguish if he's punishing me for being mentally ill or for something I did it back in my teenage years having a mental illness is not easy you have to deal with people asking you stupid things like why are you so excited all the time well it's better than being suicidal like all my friends who killed herself in the past behind drinking and drugs and the fact that they couldn't get any help at their local VA I hope that the VA will separate civilians and Veterans it's not a good thing to have him so close in the same area all the time civilians don't really know what we go through because they don't go through anything they left a mark they hang up the phone they're very disrespectful and they really need to do a revamp on the employment the only time anyone is nice at the VA is when it's a holiday for the veterans that seems like the only time they care but throughout the rest of the year it's all hurry up over counseling appointment oh never mind

The Metal health care facility is amazing. The Dr's RNs and CNA's are caring and well organized.
I really appreciate how well I was treated and even the Nintendo Bowling!
The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the beds could use an upgrade, although I still was able to get sleep on them.
I had a 3 day stay and left in much better condition than I came in.

Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I got down many frames and they didn't even seem to mind, super nice and helpful. They called yesterday to tell me my glasses are in. 12 days. Far cry from 6- 8 weeks!!! They got their ducks in a row. Can't wait to pick them up my new glasses with the no glare tint and anti-scratch coating.

I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it’s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they’re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him

Whitney, Scott and Cheryl were very well organized and the day was packed full of fun activities. It was truly a pleasure to interact and meet people my own age with similar heritage’s.

I had the best experience ever with Nurse Practioner Ms.Brillhart-Green. I finally felt heard and understood. She set me up with a 3 month game plan with f/u. I teared up from the experience, in the best way.

Sober Living Addiction Treatment & Recovery Helpline had such an easygoing and welcoming vibe that I felt comfortable right away. The team talked to me like a real person, not a case file, and that made opening up a lot less scary. Group sessions felt more like honest conversations than formal meetings, and everyone supported each other with encouragement and humor. This place felt like a fresh start 🌞. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel right at home. I'm giving South Central Mental Health in El Dorado a 4 star rating because there's always room for improvement. I appreciate my old therapist (for privacy reasons I will not State who that person is) He was very polite. A gentleman. Had a very caring nature. I appreciate his willingness to help me. I also appreciate him being skeptical when I wasn't being honest with him. I appreciate him allowing me to rethink the whole moving in with my dad discussion because it would have been bad. Towards the end I needed a change because I went through personality changes. I felt that my therapist then did not recognize me anymore because I changed after being in state custody. I appreciate the receptionists for always making me laugh and giving me candy at the time and a rubber stress ball. Very kind. Thank you!

I had a procedure yesterday that I was so nervous about. I can’t say enough good things about every person I encountered when I got to the hospital. From Cindy at registration to every single nurse to the anesthesiologist to Dr Dare. They all made us so comfortable to the point of laughing hysterically. I just want to thank them all and I feel Cushing is blessed to have the hospital and wonderful staff here to serve. Thank you all so much! Can’t say that enough. Highly recommend the personal, kind service you provide!

This is by far one of the best hospitals I have gone to for healthcare (and we'll just say I've had a "few" to compare to over time...)
I was experiencing uncomfortable visits at my local hospital, so decided to try Hillcrest Cushing for care, since it's not too far away. I could not be happier with my decision.
The reception area and rooms were clean and well-kept. I only had to wait a few minutes to get straight to a room, and everyone was friendly right off the bat. You can tell when people are happy with their jobs and these folks portrayed that.
All of the staff: The attending doctor, nurses, dietary aides, housekeeping staff, etc. were all extremely helpful and respectful.
I most definitely recommend making the extra trip, if you live close to the area, for individual or family healthcare needs.
