I went through BRC in 2018 and am grateful ever since for starting me on my gift of sobriety! Good people who know what they’re talking about, which is hard to come by. Overall great family of programs and would send anyone I love and care about here

Dr. Jacob Berry was incredibly nice and understanding of my situation. He helped my anxiety calm down and took care of my needs

From security, triage nurse, unit nurse, CT, and Doctor…everyone was polite, professional, and extremely efficient! I went in with what felt like a kidney stone the size of my car and the staff addressed the issue quickly and everyone had amazing bedside manner!

Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family! It is a wonderful program.

It's ridiculous the protocol and process they have to make you run around jumping thru hoops, yet they take no accountability for the issues they cause to hinder a person getting back up. Can't email, or text case workers? Why, that makes no sense... And with the turnover rate on the employees, well there's obviously something wrong.... Yet no transparency A shame because they're supposed to help, instead just raking in that funding

How do they charge and do ya know a program that will help pay some of your medicine.

Had me wait 5 hours to ask 3 questions and send me off literally wasted time I didn’t have. They also never answer the damn phone. The machine says put the extension number but yet no one in there has one.

Kyle McGuckin has been a steady, reliable source helping deal with my son’s addiction issues. He always responds or calls back even on Sundays. He’s genuinely cares. 🙏🏼

Never been so disappointed in the way the device was given with a I.q of a pendeja and studering is not the polite way to handle you customers with all do respect it’s not right at all

Our children addicted to fentanyl needing detox / rehab have to do another ASSESSMENT . This is checking insurance, documents,. We have already done this, opioid addiction is no short battle. We need a quicker way to access care. This operation needs to be streamlined to get these kids off the streets quick fast and in a hurry. Also if you miss an appointment here they will call CPS on you knowing that these kids are in the grips of a progressive illness. Oh and the parents have to be there or they won’t see you. How can we manage to find a drug attic that doesn’t want to be found for this, and parents that work. This place a labyrinth.

The best of care and the customer/ patient care is 10 or above. This place is clean with plenty of smiles to go around. I recommend this clinic against any other.

I have nothing but positive experiences here in every department for over two years. Everyone has treated me with respect and care!

The Drs, Lab, and Pharmacy are wonderful. Tiffany, is one of THE BEST Phlebotomist, and rarely has a problem with my small "senior" veins. I have a New Dr, Dr Khalil, he is very kind and patient, and takes time to LISTEN. The Pharmacy Techs are the sweetest ever! They always greet me by name when I walk in, and even Miss Monica, the PIC, looks up and speaks to me, asking about my grandson.

I love this place! It saved my life, totally! Second time I've been here and it's still the most wonderful rehab I've been to. Would recommend to anybody! Drop your pride and show up to starlite!!!! Fun and helpful!

The food is vary tasty and and thay treated like loyalty and the treatment is vary enhanced I really did like it there's no problem at all that I had issues with them it's only night stuff that has issues

Horrible place! no one deserves to go here! The facility abuses you & they DONT have any knowledge of behavioral health. The POC was horrible. The patient advocate never assisted with my family members discharge plan. Don’t let your family members go here!

Fullbrook honestly was one of the best places i’ve ever been to. I wish i would’ve stayed my full stay. Sometimes i wish i could go back. The staff are great and they care so much. It was very hard for me to be there because of my past placement history. But being there was sooo much different. They did everything in there power to make sure everyone felt welcome. And everyone is super nice. If i was to recommend anywhere to someone to get better i would 100 percent recommend fullbrook. They saved my life.

This program helped me to start the healing process after a 20 year alcohol addiction. Because of the amazing staff I have been able to start to turn my life around. I am forever grateful to SARC.

I was happy with the mental health care my child received. However, I am not happy that my child was sick daily during treatment. She also came home with lice.

Great facility with staff that truly cares!

I have waited for over a year to write this review to ensure my time at Sage was indeed "life-changing". I can now confidently say, my decision to seek therapy there was one of the best decisions I have ever made. For over 30 years I struggled with depression and anxiety and turned to alcohol to cope. But thanks to the therapists and counselors at the center, I now have the resources to manage my emotions in a healthy way. I feel like I've regained control of my life, and I'm excited to move forward with a new sense of confidence and purpose. I also attend their alumni group, which offers individuals free, weekly social events that provide ongoing support, education, and networking opportunities. It's an excellent resource for anyone in recovery who wants to continue their journey towards wellness and a better life.
