Visited many other facilities or Dentist but so far my first two visits, Harbor Care is by far the best. The staff, the dentist assistant and above all the Dentist - Dr. Gupta is very good. She listens patiently and ensured all the questions were answered. I will certainly rate her 10 out of 10. Thanks 👍

Staff was friendly and kind, went after work 15 minutes before they closed and they did not make me feel rushed or unwanted. Dr. Wu was a blessing. Proper diagnosis and speedy prescription. Even calling to make sure the pharmacy would be open and suggested which to go to so I could start getting better same day.

Great experience with Southern NH, Dr Andy his staff and Southern NH Rehab. Very step was planned out and explained in detail. On the day of surgery, the Southern NH medical staff was wonderful, explaining every step to make sure you were comfortable and knew what was next. The Rehab staff in Milford NH were great to work with and knew exactly what areas to focus on. They informed me of progress and things to work on each week. They were very flexible to allow me to maintain a busy personal / work schedule. I spent several years looking for the right fit for my total knee replacement. I am glad I decided on DR Andy and Southern New Hampshire Medical and Rehab. Great people, who are straight and up front on the procedure, the rehab and your part. I went into the procedure fully aware of the small possible negative outcome as well as the positive side of having a new knee. My husband was treated here recently for a work injury that turned into urgent surgery. I had to drive almost two hours from out of state, I was confused, and anxious to get to my husband. Every single staff member I encountered were helpful, smiling, and genuine. They assisted in making a very stressful situation something positive. I am so grateful to the ER nurses, surgical staff, the surgeon (AKA Dr Nice Guy), ER dr’s , the security team & the valet as well, you are all fantastic! Six months ago I showed up in Nashua, NH a broken and hopeless person. I was out of options and I believed I would never truly get better. I had been to a dozen other treatment facilities and from the moment I got here I knew things would be different. They cared about me when I couldn't care for myself and they provided the structure and encouragement I needed to heal. The entire staff genuinely cares about each and every patient, from the behavioral techs to the CEO. In terms of actual care the clinical director and my therapist, April, has literally changed my life. I had been misdiagnosed with bipolar disease for years and she recognized this and started to treat me for PTSD. My medications and treatment were directly focused on this diagnosis and finally my outlook on myself and what was possible had changed. Slowly over time i have been able to conquer my emotional and mental struggles through therapy and the coping skills I was taught. The individual therapy sessions which are done weekly are unparalleled in terms of quality and depth. Why I worked on my internal struggles I was introduced to the best recovery community I have been apart of here in Nashua, NH. We are everywhere up here and we are thriving and I truly feel a part of something bigger than myself. I am so happy with this place I have decided to stay up here. GH Recovery Solutions gave me a home again, a place I belonged and for that I am forever in their debt.

The staff, the facility, and living arrangements I consider the best treatment program I’ve been to hands down. My individual therapy sessions with April were amazing. By far the best therapist I’ve ever had. The way she makes you think about your past and yourself and helps you to deal with issues your having past, present, and future is amazing. I hope I can find another therapist half as good as she is. I’d highly recommend GH to anyone trying to get clean and sober. Never been to a more helpful treatment center. Thank you to all the staff that helped on a daily basis get me through the day. You guys are awesome keep up the great work.

I absolutely love the staff at Spring Hill! The campus is gorgeous and healing. The ability to walk around and socialize in an open space is wonderful. I really felt cared for by the clinicians, case managers, nurses and RSes. CORPORATE, however is obviously very greedy unfortunately. You are a number to them. It’s a common problem but something you should know. Do not listen to promises of recruiters, there are many things said to try to get you signed up (commission) that are untrue (ex/ pool, trails, what you can bring or not etc) Know your rights. If you are sent for detox at BEDROCK, DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO STAYING. Go to Spring Hill and don’t waver

I'm over 5 years sober now and I've been working in the Substance Use Disorder field for over 3 years now. I'm actually creating an updated resource sheet, which is why I ended up on here haha. But I figured while Im here, I should post a review about my own experience. I went to Granite House back around 2020. My experience was great, I definitely had some ups and downs however the downs were 100% self induced. Although the staff and the group of people I was within were all incredible- I just wasn't ready yet at that time. I went to about half a dozen treatment programs throughout my addiction, but to this day I tell people "if you have medicaid and you're looking to go to rehab in NH - Granite House the best place to go." It is my first choice for referral out of all the treatment centers in the state! Its obviously been a while since I was there, 7 years or so, but I have had clients tell me about their recent experiences and they all say the same thing " Its like a big family. " I couldn't agree more! Thank you Granite House for your continued dedication to those who are in need of a safe, caring and trustworthy treatment center during their most vulnerable days. New Hampshire has lost a lot of good, helpful, and solid places over the past several years but to see you still standing and providing people with treatment is truly deeply appreciated!!! * If you're reading this - and are trying to figure out if this is the right choice... as someone who statistically was not supposed to and never should have made it out... my advice is ; Ask yourself what do you have to loose by trying? By showing up and giving yourself the chance? Compared to ... if you stay..? And don't even give it a try? We do recover - It takes time and its not easy - but nothing in life worth having, ever comes easy! You are more than worth it, so take the chance 🫶

I’m two and a half years clean thanks to this place. To keep it short, I left detox and went to another facility that was extremely strict about AA and pushed it in a way that didn’t work for me. When I expressed that, it became an issue, so I chose to leave.. leaving was difficulty the other facility made me walk miles and miles before allowing myself a cell phone and left my stranded in the middle of nowhere. I got the courage after leaving to find another facility and CHOOSE NOT TO GO BACK TO THE LIFESTYLE I ONCE HAD. Finding Mayflower made all the difference. I appreciated that they allowed a more balanced, normal routine outside of meetings—you could relax, watch TV, do crafts, play basketball, and still focus on recovery. They also offered a different approach to sobriety that felt more supportive and personalized. What really stood out was the medical staff—they were always there when I needed them and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time getting sober, and I’ve stayed sober ever since because of this place.. great food as well. I’m so thankful for this place because without them I don’t know where I would be today. If one place isn’t a fit for you in recovery please find the next place and do not give up!

I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

I have read some of the negative reviews on here and the only thing I can say is when your going through detox every bad thing that happens is greatly magnified and things are not always as bad as you think. It’s a detox not day camp. If you are truly being sick and tired of being sick and tired and you want help getting clean and sober I would suggest going to Farnum. This place definitely saved my life. If you are looking for a place that will help in your recovery then please reach out to them. I didn’t get it right the first time so I’ve been there twice over the course of 5 years but both times I’ve been there all of the staff were all very helpful and caring. When I first started my intensive outpatient therapy program at Victory Bay, I was a bit skeptical of the process. The beginning was intense — 3 3-hour group sessions per week, plus a 1:1 appointment with your personal therapist? Why is all of that time so necessary!
