Such a smooth experience, front desk was so sweet and called me in back really fast. Very courteous and helpful!

Competent, friendly nurses and staff, except for the receptionist, who seems to be always having a bad day. This is the best place to get COVID and flu shots.

Folks were kind, thoughtful, and efficient.

I've been there when it was a 1 star and I've been there when it was a 5 star. It also depends on where you are in your addiction and how much you want recovery. The ARC has saved thousands of people's lives. They can change your if you let them. Stop resisting and just submit. All that weight will be lifted from your shoulders and you can start walking with your head held high.

I have mixed review about this center. They really helped my friend thank you for being there for him and caring. You offered a safe place for him to become sober and also assisted with a difficult surgery he had to undergo that would have definitely caused a relapse if he was outside of your program. So I am grateful. But this place needs help so badly. They need funding and a really really strong administration something you know as soon as you walk into the delapitated building it does not have leadership. It is beyond filthy. I don’t know how anyone stays healthy the yard looks like a prison yard and worse. The communication is a confused mess and the process is a confused mess. Please hire a capable administrator and a grant writer to help make this place better!!

This place is the greatest. They saved my life they are friendly and truly care and do all they can to make detox painless

You can stop in for coffee, soup, or Gatorade they are always accommodating, helpful, insightful and encouraging. Extremely valuable for those in need.

This is a great program they bring you the skills you needed to become a better person, this is a wonderful place that has truly saved my life.

Okay, this is my second review as my first one somehow disappeared.. I cannot Stop saying enough amazing things about this clinic and the staff a lot of times when you go to a medicated treatment therapy. They really Treat you as just a not here. They treat you as a person, and they want to get to know the real person that you are. The counselors are amazing, the the supervisors are outstanding the nursing staff. Is top-notch and they would do everything that they can to make sure that you are safely medicated and taken care of thoroughly. I am so grateful for this clinic. And everything that they have done for me and my family. Not onot only have they've been there during difficult hard times And they always. Always and I stress always will check on you to make sure that you are okay and if you need anything. I don't know a lot of places that will do that.. So if you are contemplating going into medicated treatment therap? I strongly would like to encourage you to give them a call. Set up an appointment, talk with a counselor an intake counselor. It will truly change your life.. So please take this review to heart and I really wanna encourage you. If this is something you are considering consider going to the clinic.

The nurse's at Allied are a rare occurrence. They are there dealing with HUNDREDS of patients, every day, and STILL have a smile to greet you with. These nurse's are amazing, and thank you for all of the hard work!

I found this place , due to resurfaced trauma I was very concerned it was a man who would see me, but after giving him a chance, I find my self so much more understanding , even when he said too big of words.What I'm saying is he's great 👍 I trust him fully and too me that's a real PLUS!, also Receptionist is fun to talk with I'm over 60 and feel so blessed to find 🙏🏿 a great Therapist! THANK YOU FAMILY SOLUTIONS! Oh I want my $ 20.00 for saying that...lol. haha joking!

Well I started 2 weeks ago, and having a male therapist was odd to me, but he's a professional his name is Dan and he's very kind,understanding &very respectable my case is different for many reasons but coming online to talk about his services is a plus 4 me! So if anyone needs some good therapy call 📞 ask for Dan Thank you so much Dan! 4 helping me!

I give this clinic all the starts in the sky. All the staff and Dr.Basham are very awesome. Thank you all for a good and easy visit. Very welcoming clinic.

Deer Creek is amazing. I have known people who have gone there and turned their lives around. I tried to get my own child placed in their program, but his probation officer wasn't supportive. He is now in OYA corrections. I only wish that he was allowed to go to Deer Creek. The admissions director walked with me through a difficult process even through my child didn't go into the program.... offering me encouragement and support. I highly recommend this program.

I went to this place it is a lot better then other rehabs 10/10 would go for fun

They provide a genuinely caring environment, and are truley concerned with bettering their clients lives.

Figuring out how to rate there services was the most complicated part of my experience with them nick is very helpful at the desk and there staff is very knowledgeable and professional I've used there services for a couple years now and there the best. In town

I've been going to acme for a few years and I highly recommend this place. The staff are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me overcome difficult obstacles in my life and I could not have done so without the help of my counselor and everyone at acme.

I must share that I’m super impressed with the Medical Doctors, PAs, Nurses, lab technicians and all staff at this clinic. They are very caring, very compassionate, they listen, they take action, they are very communicative and quick to respond to your needs, and all are extremely competent in their respective areas. They never seem like they are trying to hurry up your appointment, they take their time to fully understand all of your needs. The office is very clean, welcoming and well appointed. Parking is easy and close. I highly recommend this entire clinic!!

Not really my experience. My husbands. My favorite part of finding out that him and a nurse have found love? Now I hate him and her while struggling with my own sobriety. Great job, bridgeway. We won't mention the hospital stays because they refused him. And the " Dr " that put us on ozempic. Pushed a full dose after husband drank once each week.

I'm not sure how my review was taken down? But it needs to be up because it's important. You do not want to go here. If you actually want to be sober and you actually want to recover the."counselors", If you can call them that are incredibly unprofessional. Not only are they unprofessional, but I swear they make you want to do drugs and drink more. They are unethical, immoral and unprofessional. This is not the place for anybody to go if they actually want help. I had a family member go to one of the counselors there she was unethical and my family member ended up drinking heavily After seeing her

NCSAC Crossroad's is an epic Treatment Center that has guided so many personal individuals that I know...in the right direction. Personally, I have noticed a constant pattern of successful recovery journeys. The costal location really sets a positive tone. I stand by NCSAC Crossroad's!

These people are here to help and they know what it feels like to be on the other side of the fence. Crossroads is a God send fod anyone looking to get clean and they saved my life.

The best treatment that I've been to on the North coast. They are very understanding of each individuals needs and work with them on issues that need attention. Wes and Denise are very understanding and patient. THIS IS A VERY LENIENT ENVIRONMENT AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU ENOUGH ROPE TO HANG YOURSELF SO DONT ENROLL IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT RECOVERY!! They have been there and done that so they know what people need to succeed. They also allow people to take Suboxone/Subutex which is a huge tool for some people who are trying to get and stay off opiates. I recommend the 90-day program or you can do 30, 60 or 90 days depending on your needs.

Doctor and counselor have helped me tremendously.

This crew is really amazing. They are always courteous despite my sometimes cruddy attitude. They really went the distance when my meds ran out. They advocated for me with my pharmacy to help me get my medication after a lapse which was my doing unfortunately. Patty is an outstanding provider who listens and is attentive to her patients—these folkes have make my life better—my hat is off to them all!!!

The staff is helpful and understanding; people here have a clue of what they're doing, the service is fantastic and so are the nurses.

I've attended BestCare in Madras for several years now since coming over with Dr. Montee, the prescribing doctor from the program through Mosaic. The people are very kind and considerate, you don't feel judged which is great because coming into treatment can be stressful enough for some. It's one of the best places to start if your serious about getting and living sober! It takes hard work on our end of course but having the right support makes all the difference.

Dr.Z will go way out of her way to help you get the services and treatment you need. The people here not only listen but want to help.

The only reason I gave this facility 5 stars is because they don't have 12 to click on. I know there are people who do not get the same experience that I have had going to Best Care in Madras. But I have been going there for many years and I must say that being a person who suffers from PTSD I have never been so wonderfully treated. Starting with the staff in the front office. Those ladies are all beautiful and gracious with me every time i have gone in. Which in my case is 4 times a month. My therapist is Peter. He has with great patience has worked with me over three years and with all of the issues I have it has taken me that long to really trust. He and the staff have walked with me through the loss of a grandchild, my oldest sons death, physical issues and some heavy duty traumas that I am just now able to confront and conquer. I have recommended this facility to a total of five people and with myself included in the group all but 2 have had success. I know without this incredible team supporting me and without being over dramatic; a huge credit going to my therapist. I know I would probably not be alive today. I think a good way to approach counseling might be to take on the point of view of comparing it to a restaurant. It may be the finest place in town but the ratio of experience might be the same as my friends and family that have tried Best Care. Even with the best of intentions 3 out of 5 found great success. You don't stop eating just because of a couple of bad meals. You just need to find a different place to eat. My son who went for counseling for the first time; hated it and thought the therapist was an idiot. I heard his complaint and I suggested he try again a couple of times. By the end of the second visit he was convinced that his therapist was very knowledgeable and continued to go until his death. I believe that the Lord sent me there to find my life.
